The iphone does not sync with exchange even after apple says the new upgrade addresses calendar issues. When is this going to be fixed? My smart phone is now dumb?

Sorry, quite right. My note was not helpful, just plain frustrated. the sync does not hold. So the phone keeps trying to establish the synchronization. Thus, it zero's out the emails and intermittently does not hold the calendar, the phone shows the calendar unchecked. When you manually recheck the calendar it begins to sync. There was quite a lot of blogging about the issues of exchange and the iphone. Also contacts will revert to telphone numbers only with the name of the individuals disappearing. After sync is restablished everything looks normal and then when it losses synchronicity, it starts all over again. It is happening as I type. There were a nbr of user suggestions about how to maintain stablility with synchronicity. However, none of the issues resolved the matter. I have spoken with my IT department. What settings do you have for exchange....what version of exchange. I also heard the apple dismissed its chief overseeing this aspect of the iphone 5 because of the issues.
Apple is very unhelpful....

Adobe Send - Problem with uploading files. When is this going to get fixed?

When is the Adobe Send problem with uploading files going to get fixed. Similar to others - I have tried and tried to make Adobe Send work and get an error. I have tried to upload the file and it looks like it uploads and then - it is nowhere to be found.
I then go to Adobe Send Now and it works fine.

The problem is the same as described in other similar threads.
I have a 57 MB PowerPoint file I am trying to send using Adobe Send. I go through the normal steps to identify the file and select recipients and then send the file. After the file completes the upload - an error saying there was a problem comes up and the file is not uploaded.
I have tried to upload the file to the site with similar results - error and the file doesn't go.
I can go to the old SendNow site and it works flawlessly.
If I need to get screenshots - let me know. There are several other threads describing this same problem. It isn't something new or not heard of before.

I posted this question a while ago and didn't receive any responses but there are a lot of people who have viewed it and 10 have said they have the same question so I thought I would update you that I added my nanny to my exchange server account (created an email for her) and I send all invites to that email address and they work. So sending invites from an exchange server account to a non-exchange server account apparently is a bug so to solve it, get on an exchange server I guess.

I saw cidya aap so i m not sure if it was jailbroken or not before but it is back to normal settings.
My problem started when I tried to sync my music files. I pressed 'sync' all it says is waiting for sync start, preparing to sync and then waiting for the changes to be applied. but it does not sync at all.
I found a way to sync my music files through autofill but I really wanted to sync ringtones but its not syncing and I really wanted to put ringtones in my phone please help.

If you see the cidya app, your iPhone is hacked with the cutsie term for this being jailbroken. This also means all the built in security has been removed making the iPhone as insecure as an android device.
Restore the iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the backup to get rid of that hacking garbage. If the iPhone has hacked to be unlocked, the iPhone will no longer be unlocked when doing so.

M127fn phone does not give signal fax when pressing 1,2,3

Hi, I am Marc and I am new to this forum. Kindly excuse me of any wrong doing on a prior notice. Thanks! I bought the HP M127fn 4in1 unit one month ago and I am still not able to use this unit fully. On my old fax, Panasonic KX-FP342, when the phone rings and I answer, I can make a normal phone call or press the fax signal button to give a fax signal if it is a fax. However, If I do not answer, the panasonic unit picks up the line and gives a fax signal automatically after 5 unanswered ringtones. With the HP M127FN, I am not able to do this procedure. For description, I have the HP unit connected to the wall outlet and 2 phones in my house. One of the phones is connected to the HP Printer extension port and the second phone is connected to another separate socket ( to the same phone number ). When the phone rings for 5 times and I dont answer, the machine picks up the line and gives a fax signal automatically ( which is the normal procedure). But, the problem is when I answer the line. When I pick up the line and the caller asks me to give him a fax signal, I press 1,2,3 ( i tried this using the normal line and the extension line ) but nothing happens on both lines. So i appologize to the caller and ask him/her to call again which is really annoying me since I get around 10 to 15 faxes per day. I want the unit to answer automatically give a fax signal ( regardless of the caller's type ) after 5 ringtones and I want to answer the phone and be able to give a fax signal by myself if necessary. Fax answer type = automatic, rings type = all rings, extesion phone line = yes, rings to answer =5. Please Help!!!!

Hi , Welcome to the HP Forums! I see that your HP Laserjet m127fn phone, does not give signal fax when pressing 1,2,3. I am happy to help! According to page 48 of your printer's user guide: LCD control panel 1. On the product control panel, press the Setup button.
2. Select Fax Setup, and then select Fax Recv. Setup.
3. Select Extension Phone.
4. Make sure that the On option is selected.
With this setting turned on, you can alert the product to pick up the incoming fax call by pressing 1-2-3 sequentially on the telephone keypad. Turn this setting off only if you use pulse dialing or if you have a service from your telephone company that also uses the 1-2-3 sequence. The telephone company service does not work if it conflicts with the product. 5. Press the Back button to return to the Fax Recv. Setup menu.
6. Select Answer Mode.
7. Select Fax/Tel, and then press the OK button. With this setting, the product automatically picks up all calls and determines if the call is a voice or fax call. If the call is a fax call, the product handles the call as an incoming fax. If the incoming call is detected as a voice call, the product generates an audible synthesized ring to alert you of an incoming voice call. 8. Press the Back button to return to the Fax Recv. Setup menu.
9. Select Fax/Tel Ring Time.

No mail since over 36 hours, when is this going to be fixed???

My family and I haven't been able to use mail in the last 36 hours. The status message on Apple support site remains the same, when is this going to be fixed?

So Firefox is leaving you in "the lurch" because you installed a POS toolbar which is supported by freecause.com which doesn't have its' act together enough to make sure that their security certificate is up-to-date??
Firefox is doing its' job by alerting you to the out-of-date certificate! You need to figure out what extension you have installed which is causing that message, and disable that extension until the certificate is replaced by a current certificate.

ICal still does not sync with exchange 2007 in Lion

In Snow Leopard, iCal was not syncing with Exchange 2007. I read a lot of things on this and it all led to recurring events. Indeed, after deleting them, things started to work. But I cannot delete recurring events! I need them!
Seeing that there was soo much talk on this all over on apple, I assumed that Apple would fix it. Instead, all we're seeing is some enhanced UI.
Can somebody at Apple please make sure that this thing finally gets fixed? Really, how hard can it be, knowing that the hardware based i devices can sync without any trouble?
Just for extra information, so you know what direction to look for:
I have Windows SBS 2008 in Dutch language. Timezone is Brussels. Exchange 2007 and all updates.
The system is running a self signed certificate
Outlook works fine on the Mac. I don't want to use Outlook on the Mac but am forced to at the moment.
Mail/Addressbook sync fine. Only Outlook doesn't!
I did try deleting recurrent events and this worked for a day. Basically stopped working I think when I added again those recurring events.
There are some errors in the console:

I do have exactly the same problem.
But I am adding a new flavor, but I can not understand it.
I've setup two Exchange calender connections. Both servers are inhouse. The setup of the Exchange servers are most likely the same.
But one works and one not! How could this be explained?
I like to express my deep disappointment about iCal and partly Apple Mail. It is unbelievable for me, that years after Apple's cooperation with Microsoft there are still such problems.
I like my Macbooks and I certainly have the absolutely full bandwidth of all Apple products in my household and companies. But I think I have to go back to Microsoft and Sony Laptops in the near future.
Although this kind of bugs are small one's, but the hurt constantly. Apple - please fix that.

Playcount does not sync to iTunes when I sync my iPod Touch

I never had this problem before... When I sync my iPod Touch to iTunes, the playcount does not update anymore. I have no idea if there is an incorrect setting, or if this is just a software update issue, but I really enjoy the playcount. Does anyone know of a fix?

Phone does not ring, alert, etc, when locked.

I have missed every call and text message thus far since owning this phone because when the phone is not in use (locked), it does absolutely nothing. For example, I was talking to my dad on the phone (I initiated the call). I told him to call me RIGHT BACK and then proceeded to lock the phone. I sat 3 inches from the phone and stared at it. After about five minutes I unlocked the phone and I had a missed call. *** is with this phone?

My phone also had this problem at&t and apple could not figure it out finally they just told me to take it in to apple and get it replaced they had no problem doing so. I would just try that good luck.

TS3276 OS X Mavericks Mail does not sync with Exchange Server

After moving to Mavericks, mail, contacts, anc calendars do not sync with our exchange server. It will set up the first time and then stop sycning. Is there a way to delete the mail app and reinstall. All other Apple devices sync with the exchange server with no issues.

It was my DNS settings. I had my Airpot pointing to OpenDNS, and for some reason iCal and Address Book could not find their way to my exchange server. I changed the setting to use my ISP's DNS and now everything works fine.

Calendar does not sync with exchange

I am unable to sync my calendar with exchange. Both mail and contacts seem to sync fine with the push.

This is happening for one of my users as well. We are only getting the meetings on her calendar that we are getting notices for (the dotted line-outlined events on her calendar), but all other events are not appearing. I have deleted the account and re-added it, rebooted the iPhone, turned the calendar feature in the Active Sync account settings off and then rebooted and turned it on and rebooted, all to no avail. I have six other users who are not experiencing this problem, all settings are identical. One difference - we use a Kerio Mail Server 6.5.2, which supports ActiveSync on the iPhone. Email for her works great. Contacts also work great. I'd appreciate some path of troubleshooting from an Apple representative. The iPhone is so closed, I have no way to dig into it and throw out anything like a bad preferences, cache file, etc. There has to be some stuff we IT pros can do to get into the guts and fix the problem without having to pay someone who lives 1000 miles away...

After reading the Note 3 problems. How is this going to be fixed and when.

After finding other people were having the same issue I was with my note 3. No help from customer service. Have the issues been fixed on the New Note 4 that soon to be released? As for the cost of having a Verizon account with 6 phones for over $400 a month with 10g to share. Everyone says this is crazy and we have been a loyal customer for over 12yrs. I think we are switching after this. bad reception and bad phones. So much inconvenience when they have to send a refurbished phone. Dropped calls and no bars this has been the worst phone I have had. My husband has the S5 and gets a little better reception and picture quality and I paid $700 for what??? Oh its on the edge....I have tried everything to make this phone work. Since the update it stinks. Friends of mine with the news are thinking of doing a segment on this and service. Verizon is the most expensive and service and quality has gone way down hill .
So what do we do?

Agreed. I would have to think it's just a matter of time before word gets out and they start losing customers. The network "upgrade" was definitely a bad move. They should have just built on to their existing network and not acquired someone else's garbage spectrum. Way to take a step back! I thought Verizon was the leader in fewest dropped calls. Not for long! I wonder how dropped calls get reported? Oh wait...it wouldn't technically be considered a dropped call if you couldn't make the call in the first place.
Sorry for being so negative. But, you would think that having a top-tier phone, we wouldn't have these issues.
I am so frustrated with this. I have been looking at prices on the other carriers over the past month or two, where before I would never think of that because I valued the reliability of Verizon too much. Now, there is nothing to keep customers from fleeing Verizon, especially when they charge more than anyone else out there.

Just this past week, I noticed that Firefox is not keeping my passwords. This is MADDENING. I'm on a Mac, but it seems many are having this issue. I don't see a solution given for this. WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE FIXED??? I like FF the way is USED to be!

It seems Firefox has stopped retaining passwords. This happens with all of my accounts. I must fill in the password manually.
This password issue is not computer specific either. It happens on my G5 as well.

I'm sure I will be calling AppleCare, but the problem is, they charge for the phone calls don't they? Because I don't have money to be spending to be on the phone with a support service.
In other things, it seemed like the only time my MacBook was working was when I had Snow Leopard without the 10.6.8 update download that was supposed to be done to prepare for OS X Lion.
When I look at the information of my HD it says that I have 10.6.8 but that was the install that it claimed to have failed and caused me to restart resulting in all of the repeated problems.
Also, because my computer is currently down, and I've lost all files how would that effect the use of my iPhone? Because if it doesn't get fixed by the time OS 5 is released, how would I be able to upgrade?!
