My phone key tones are audible now even though keyboard click noise turned off. i have turned keyboard clicks on and off and turned iphone on and off but still happening.
Why do you believe keyboard clicks and dialing tones are connected in some way? Neither one has anything to do with the other.

Apple is suppose to be the pinnacle of usability and, yet, I want to throw my new IPhone 4s as far as I can and watch is smash into a million pieces on concrete. Seriously, I've already got three things that irritate the **** out of me. First, there are Apple apps that insist on playing sound even though the sound is turned off. If I flick a switch to turn the sound off, I want the sound off!!!! Second, if I do not want a totally unnecessary feature like Game Center, I should be able to disable it. I completed most of the Angry Bird levels with 2 or 3 stars and now I have to start over from square one. Maybe, this happened when I upgraded to the 4s but it sure seemed to happen when I joined Game Center. Tomorrow, I am going to reset my 4s to factory defaults to try to get rid of my Game Center account. I don't want Game Center! I do need Game Center! I hate Game Center! Finally, I had an alarm go off to wake me up and there was a Snooze button but no button to turn the alarm off. I flicked the slider to access the main screen expecting to see something to turn the alarm off but there was nothing. The alarm just kept alarming. I had to warm boot my IPhone to shut the alarm off! Really, Apple!!!!
The sound is turned off. Only, some Apple apps like YouTube and Siri make sound when the sound is turned off. It is very embarrassing when this happens at work. My question was how do I tell Apple to fix this?

The alarm went off. There was a green thing that looked like a button but pressing it did nothing. There was a red button that said snooze. I did not want to snooze. I wanted to turn the alarm off. I slid the bar to unlock the phone and there were no running apps with a button to press. The alarm just keep running. I have not had this problem since it first occurred. The alarm now shuts off when I just unlock the phone. It may have happened because I had another alarm app running. The two may have interfered with each other. I would like to tell Apple about it.
It also annoys me that the button that closes apps leaves the phone app running. If I press on a number at 6:00 AM to get information about who called me, the phone automatically dials the person back and my natural reaction is to press on the button to close the phone app but the phone keeps dialing this person at 6:00 AM. It is a bad design. I would like to tell Apple about it.
Finally, I looked all over Apple's site to try to find someplace I could send them a polite message to let them know that I was not happy with these "features" but could not find anything. It is extremely frustrating to have issues with a product and not being able to tell the manufacturer about it. So, you grow up!.
When trying to fix the Game Center issue, I saw a link someone posted to report issues with the IPad to Apple. The answer I am looking for is where is the link to report issues with the IPhone. -
When I send email to a group, it shows all members addresses even though that option is turned off in the preferences. This just started happening on all my devices. I have the latest update instaled.
That doesn't work on Mavericks. Follow Tuttle's advice.

No there isn't. If you want to activate the Touch ID, you have to have a passcode for security purpose, in case the Touch ID fails. And, to use Touch ID on the App Store, it has to be active for unlocking the phone. While you can use it to unlock the phone and not use it for the App store, if you use it for the App store, you have to use it for both.

Task List Alerts keeping sending, even though alerts have been turned off
We have about 12 or 13 task lists, which have between 15-25 tasks per list. Originally, the task lists were setup to have an alert on each task to send past the due date. We realized after the due date that this was sending way too many emails, so we turned off the alert on all tasks other than the last one on each list. We continue to get email messages for every task every day (and when you have have multiple task lists, the number of emails can be overwhelming).
When we turned the alert off, should that not have stopped those messages from sending? Is there something else we can check to try to find the root cause of this issue? We don't want to stop the application from sending emails all together, but we want all the alerts that we removed to stop coming in.
Thanks!There are no viruses that affect iOS. There is no way the device could be infected unless it was jailbroken which would void your right to support from Apple and these forums.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved. -
I have my browser set to open on comcast.net webpage and to never use tabs. I have been using firefox for years and am very familiar with it. Suddenly it has started opening on the last page it was on when shut down, and has started using tabs. When I delete Firefox from my computer, it still remembers all my settings. I had this problem once before years ago and ended up having to wipe my entire drive to fix it. I would like to avoid a drive wipe this time. I need to know how to get ALL of the browsers information deleted from the registry so I can get a truly fresh install. And yes, I have tried all the normal avenues and am pretty computer savvy. Please help before I go nuts. I am running the most recent version, but going back to older versions didn't help either. Thanks.

To diagnose this, you can change how Firefox recovers from a crash: instead of restoring the previous session, it will show a list of what you had open so you can be selective or bypass it altogether.
Here's where you change that:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste '''sess''' and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click the '''browser.sessionstore.max_resumed_crashes''' preference and change the value from 1 to 0 and OK that.

It sounds to me like your keyboard has been damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced. Can you try an external keyboard?

Is it normal to see my iPod in Explorer even when disk space is turned off?
For a while, I was using disk space to store stuff. After buying an external and trying to move files over to it, several files were somehow corrupted, causing several problems with Windows wanting to reformat my iPod. I ended up resetting the iPod to fix that... but now I can see my iPod in Windows Explorer, even though disk space is turned off. Is that normal?

Actually the way it always worked for me with my older ipod I had was if i clicked sync while it was disconnected by still showing up in itunes, it would connect back and sync again and then when done go back to where its in the source list but disconnected. -
Hi I am having iphone 4S. Today while connecting to my laptop for regular update, my phone started rebooting and message showed error in rebooting. Now even though i connected to laptop which has internet connection, i phone OS booting still not completed

Caller ID can also be turned off on some networks e.g. iOS has a setting for UK phones to turn it off. You should try calling from a number you know is not blocked from sending the caller ID.
