Phoneclean app is it safe?

I was concerned about the space taken up by updates, so I searched the web. Can previous updates be removed to regain lost space. The search turned up a free app called PhoneClean. Has anyone tried this? Is it safe? Or is it a scam? Are there any other ways to clean your and rid yourself of the inevitable junk that accumulates on it?

If your apps are set for 4.0, and you're running 3.x, they may not work. If they are set for 3.x, and you're running 4.0, they should work.
Upgrading is the only way to be sure everything runs.

My iPhone 5 will not let me delete emails. I trash them and they look like they are deleted and then they will load back in. I cannot open my Keep Safe app after the last update. It said I needed more storage so I upgraded and it still will not load. It opens for a second and then goes to home page. FB is hit or miss if it will open and when it does it is really slow. Any suggestions?

Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!

HT2128 I keep on getting updates for Adobe Flash Player.app, are these safe to download?

I keep on getting messages to download updates for Adobe Flash Player.app however, I always get a warning message since it is an application downloaded from the internet and the question "Are you sure you want to open it?" Are these safe to download, or shall I cancel it? Perhaps it is best to go to the Adobe site? Any recommendations? Thank you very much.

It can be easier to remove Adobe Flash Player from OS X entirely, and be done with the effort involved. Adobe has a tool to remove Flash Player from OS X available. (If you really need Flash capabilities, there's a version embedded in the Chrome web browser that might suffice.)
As for your question, if you have gone directly to the Adobe web site (by entering the URL in Safair, and not by clicking on anyting in email or on another web site), and have downloaded Adobe Flash Player updates from there, then you're reasonably safe.
If you've downloaded the Adobe update bits from the Adobe site (and again, not from any other site), then clicking through the "yes, I know I downloaded this" is probably safe.

That error means, JAD/JAR were no signed by a code-signing certificate (or more precise, the JAD does not contain the line MIDlet-Jar-RSA-SHA1, which is a hash of the next to recive JAR). Code-signing makes sure the author of the app is known by person/address and the JAR was not changed between you and the author. That’s it. If the code-signature is missing, you cannot say, the app is not safe.

By the way, in the case of PicoMail, trust is a complicated matter because PicoMail uses its own proxy server to compress/enrich your E-mail messages. However, because of this proxy, PicoWireless obtains your username/password for your E-mail account in clear text.

HT204266 My apps wont update

Hi. For the last three days I have been trying to update my apps on my iPhone 4S but my phone won't allow me to.
When I go to the app store and click the upsate all botton it does nothing. Same when I click on a single app. My phone is on the latest iOs software and I currently have 11updates available for my apps. I have tried updating them via iTunes on the computer and I have even restarted my phone and nothing has changed.
Help me please. What else can I do to try and get my apps updated.

Safari works only in safe mode

When I update my OS X Lion to 10.7.3 Safari instantly stop working. When I open Safari it don't download any sites, just white screen and a colored round. In the same time WebProcess eat all my processor power. If I fully close safari webprocess still working with 100%. VLC and Skype don't work at all, it just jumping icon in the dock. I try to reinstall OS, but it doesn't help, when I recover OS with Time Machine Safari start working, but when I close it and try to open again I faced with same problem. I can use this apps only in Safe Mode

Sounds like an OS issue. Perhaps doing the same update may help you. Or, perhaps trashing Safari's prefs and re-opening the app would help.

Problem with info typed into third party apps

I could use some help here. Downloaded Tap Note for Touchpad. All lists entered into the app have disappeared. Assumed it was with that particular app. Downloaded Shop Easy Lists....same thing! Everything I entered has disappeared. Takes a day or two to happen.
Can someone please tell me what's going on. I am getting tired of re-typing all this info all the time.

Restarting LSM killed a cache of database associations, and when the app was deleted, it thought there were no more database-using apps so it got rid of the Databases.db file.
As Steve said, we've got a fix that we're testing now. It will be in the OTA, but for now, to avoid the issue, don't delete any apps. I think app update is safe, since that doesn't trigger the "delete database" logic.
Developers should be able to assist you with recovering any lost data

I am looking for an apple IOS App that will store and open login/password info for my other Apple IOS Apps. Is there such a thing?
On my regular PC, I use Norton's Password Vault and it does a good job for me. So I loaded the iPhone App "Norton ID Safe". It looks good, can store and protect a lot on info. But it appears to only login to Browser sites. I cannot figure out how to have it store my logins for my other apps.
Any Ideas??

You can use the same dev & dist .p12 for all the apps. But the APNS .p12 + .mobileprovisioning certs is different for every app.
It's greyed out since you have already generated the dev & dist .p12. If you want to use the same .p12 certs on another app and know how to generate the APNS and mobile provisioning certs using the same requested certificate under a new Bundle ID, that's a smarter way.
Otherwise, the easiest is to start from scratch for another app. Make sure to save the previous certs somewhere safe. Then revoke and delete exisitng certs from Apple Dev Portal as well as Keychain and start clean for the second app
*Certificates expires exactly one year from the day it was generated. Once you have a working cert generated for an app, keep them safe somewhere(backup) so you can re-use them if you ever have to re-built the same app within a year. With DPS, it's most likely you'll re-built multiple times in a year to take advantages of new features, bug fixes etc.
