Photoshop Elements 12 do I need to de-register if I am removing it from my PC. I now subscribe to Photoshop CC so no longer need it.
I now subscribe to Photoshop CC and no longer need Elements. I wondered if I need to de-register it after I have removed it from my PC. If so where and how do I do it. I have looked at my account and can't find anywhere that would let me do this.

If you load the Editor, go to Help -> Sign out - that deactivates that copy.

You need to sign in when using Photoshop Elements 12 as it is the method of activation. If you sign out it deactivates that installation.

You cannot move or copy software between computers. You must reinstall. You will need the serial number. Check your account details on Adobe's site if you registered.

How do I recover the program for Photoshop Elements 12 that was wiped off my computer when they removed some viruses? I no longer have the program because I bought it on-line and downloaded it instead of having the program disc. I bought it last year and can't seem to contact anyone at Adobe or find out who to call.

Photoshop Elements 12 (fresh install, on fresh installed Windowss 7 Ulitmate 64 OS) was printing incorrect colors, now is not printing at all. All other applications will print. I was having this problem before I restored my PC back to factory defaults. Now it is happening again.

How do I uninstall photoshop elements 6 (windows) when there is not option in add-remove programs. I have looked on my hard drive extensively for a library or utility folder that would have an uninstall program, nothing. I want to install Elements 9, but have found out that Elements 9 does not remove Elements 6, so I want to remove elements 6 first.
Strange that PSE6 does not show up via the control pane.
I wouldn’t worry about uninstalling it. The two versions sit happily side by side and PSE6 takes up hardly any file space compared with PSE9. -
Hello, I'm using Photoshop elements 11 on a mac, I've just updated my mac to OS X Yosemite and now when I try to move an image it just springs back to where it started from!

i'm not able to install Photoshop Elements 10 on my new PC. I'm told the serial number is invalid. Why? It has 24 digits separated into 4 digits at a time by hyphens. Am I typing it wrongly?
i just had same issue. never installed on old pc which is a window 7 convert from xp. Just to summarise:
If I run Photoshop Elements I get a window headed "AMT Subsystem failure". It states "This product has a problem which requires that you restart your computer before it can be launched. If you continue to see this message etc. contact Adobe Technical Support etc. Error 130:9. http etc".
I have tried to run LicenceRecovery 109. This did not work. I have tried other suggestions on the internet. Nothing worked. This included resetting FLexnet.
I then tried to uninstall and reinstall Photoshop Elements. There is no repair facility. The uninstall gets about 95% through and then stops and replaces all the files. I get a window headed "Adobe Photoshop Elements 8.0 Setup". It states "Error 1316. A network error while trying to read from the file C:\windows\installer\adobe photoshop elements 8.0.msi."
That is the details of the two screen dumps which I have.

ways worked before. Would it help to re-install Elements, or should I look for a way to download the Plug-in. Don't even know what it is called. ThanksWhen you browse to Computer is your CF card shown as a removable drive?
If not try shutting down the computer and re-starting and then inserting the CF card or plugging in the USB again.
Open Elements Organizer and press Ctrl+G to bring up the downloader and under Source click refresh to locate your CF card.
