PickFast exists in some classes but no in others?

{Pickfast does not exist (no other bugs).

{Exists here, why?
Does it have to be imported with other packages and if so, which ones?

The problem with that is the closest "Genius Bar" is over 2.5 hours away from me. Can't the ATT store where I bought it do something? One other bit of info is shortly after I installed iTunes it said there was a carrier update for the phone which I installed. It did help with signal around my home but could it have messed up something else?
