Placing an initial message in new user's account on Messaging Server

Question

How can I get the Messaging Server to place an initial message in a new user's
account?

Create a message and place it in a file on the server. If the file does
not exist, create it with a text editor like vi, emacs, or notepad.

On Unix: /netscape/suitespot/bin/mail/server/etc/greeting.txt <BR>
On Windows NT: C:\Netscape\Suitespot\bin\mail\server\etc\greeting.txt

If that isn't it, then the Alias is not any form of esa.
Discussions is not case sensitive.
If a Topic was started, do you remember it's title, or contents?
Try this;
Delete the browser's Apple Cookies, and clear the browser Cache.
On the Discussions Sign In Page, do not enter any info in the text fields.
Instead, under "Did you forget your password?", click on "Click here for assistance".
On the page that opens, click on "Forget your Apple ID?".
Enter the required info, and click Continue.
