Planning Availability Times tab not available

Dear All,
Greetings!
We have a SAP NW 04s system with PI 7.0 SP 11, we are trying to do some actions in the Planning Availability Times tab at the Communication Channel Monitoring in Runtime Workbench.
But the Planning Availability Times tab is not available when I choose any of the Communication Channels, I am able to view only the Cluster Node and Administration Tabs in the browser screen.
Kindly let me know whether any configurations needs to be activated for the tab
(or)
Any special authorizations to the user
(or)
Is the feature available only from SP12, as I searched few OSS notes for Planning Availability Times and found that the corrections or changes refering to SP 12 and above for WAS 7.00.
Currently we are on the below mentioned SP's,
SAP_ABA                     700                     0011
SAP_BASIS     700                     0011
PI_BASIS                     2005_1_700     0011
SAP_BW                     700                     0010
Kindly help me in solving the issue.

I am not sure exactly when this functionality was released (SP11 or SP12). I think it may be available in the latest SP11 patches (XIAFC, XIAF and XITOOLS). You would need to be on the latest patches to ensure you can use the functionality. If you still don't see the button then it will be necessary to go to SP12.

Grid Control performance tab not available when on the target home of ASM

I noticed recently that the "Performance" tab/link is not available when you are using 10g Grid Control and you are on the home page of an ASM instance. Can this be explained?

I try to help you. The OEM Grid Control in some times not discover the Oracle 9i databases and you must to add manually.
First, check in your target machine that the user owner of agent software have rights of read and write in the ORACLE_HOME directories of Oracle 9i databases.
Go to Grid Control Console
Select Targets ---> Databases
Press Add --> Select the host ebisdb2.oneshield.com and press continue
The automatic discover process begin. When finished is very normal that nor discover the Oracle 9i databases. You press the Add manually button
in the page that appear you must entry all the configuration information of database:
ORACLE_HOME directory
DBSNMP USER
DBSNMP PASSWORD
HOSTNAME
PORT
SID
Check that the dbsnmp user in your database is unlock and press the TEST button to verify the connection work fine.
After this many windows appear of configuration process, and you will put the sys password and host credentials.

Attribute Editor: Alarm Tab Not Available

Hi,
We have installed Sun Manager Center 4.0 with Addon v 5.
When we select, <server object> -> Operating System -> Kernel Reader -> System Load Statistics -> Load Average Over Last 5 Minutes, in the console, the "attribute button" becomes unavailable.
Does any body know why this would be?
In other installations the " attribute button" is active. When selected the alarm tab becomes available.
Why is our installation different?

HP webservices tab not available when using HP Jetdirect 2700w wireless print server

I recently bought HP Laserjet Enterprise 500 m551 dn color laser printer with HP jetdirect 2700w wireless print server ( one day old at this time).
I was able to configure the device and enable/ use eprint services using the embedded server with a wired connection.
However when I attach a the mentioned wireless print server, the "Webservices" tab disappears from the configuration website, the printer reports that the eprint services are not enabled and ofcourse hp eprint or google cloud print do not work. The printer appears offline at eprintcenter. Everything else works fine.
On the product website for the wireless server, it clearly states that this is compatible with eprint services.
What am I doing wrong.

It could be an authorization issue then. Can you please check in the IMG the following menu path:
IMG
Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Purchase Requisition ->
Set Up Authorization Check for G/L Accounts.
Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Purchase Order ->
Set Up Authorization Check for G/L Accounts.

In this step, you set up the authorization check for G/L accounts in the
case of purchase requisitions.
You can determine whether or not the authorization check is to be active
for each company code.
If the check is active, each time a G/L account is entered in a purchase
requisition, the system checks whether the user has the posting"
Please check whether the authorisation group in the account code
(transaction FS02, the field is on the 'Control data' tab, technical
name is BEGRU) is setup.
When a account assigned purchase requisition is created, the system
checks for object F_BKPF_BES with values from the BEGRU and activity 01.
This controls users to enter an account assignment when they
create a purchase requisition.

Extended tab not available for Characteristics property in pla queries..

Hello All
I am implementing BI IP and i am experiencing a strange problem which i never encountered before. When i am creating an input ready query I am unable to view the extend tab where we select the access type for each characteristics for any info object. But i can see the planning tab for the Query as whole and i am able to save data in the cube from this sample query. I am also unable to view the options Transfer values and Save Values in the context menu when i execute the query.
Please help me asap.

Hi all
I have solved the problem for calendar months but not for calday.
For months, I have modified 0calmonth infoobject and flag "With texts" in the "Master data/texts" tab. I dind't have to load any texts for months and I could use the "Display as text" option in the queries and texts were displayed correctly in the reports.
For calendar day, I couldn't use this solution nor for 0DATE infoobject.

I am not sure what is going on. I've used Skype in the past. I had canceled my subscription a while back but renewed the subscription today. After getting a plan I went to my "dashboard" and the usual "Skype to Go" icon is not there. I am not able to follow any link from the FAQ into the skype to go page in order to set it up. I have a subscription and I have credit on the account. Anybody know what could be going on. I have already logged out and back in to my account through the web interface with no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.

Backup disk for Time Machine not available after recent update.

Please Help!!!
I just did and automatic update that consisted of about 6 items, now my external hard drive is not even recognized! Long story short, Time Machine can not find my external to do a backup.
I have already done all the unplugging and restarting and searching for the disk... Nothing!
Plugged in, my external is Lit and seemingly functioning.
There has GOT to be an easy fix for this one!

Check that the data cable is securely inserted at both ends.
Try a different cable.
If you're connecting the drive through a hub, connect it directly to a built-in port on the Mac.
If you're connecting it directly, try a different port.
Test the drive with another Mac. Test another drive with this Mac.
Boot from your recovery partition (Mac OS X 10.7 or later) or from your installation disc, and launch Disk Utility. Is the drive recognized?
If the drive doesn't work under any of the above conditions, and if another drive does work with the same Mac, then the drive has failed. You may be able to salvage the mechanism by removing it from the enclosure and installing it in another one, or in a drive dock.

Outlook/Exchange - Free/Busy time is not available while scheduling

According to your description, I know that the OOF cannot be setup and cannot see Free/Busy information in Outlook 2013.
How is the impact, only one user or all users have this issue on Outlook client? How about in OWA?
As Martin mentioned, both of F/B and OOF are related to EWS. If you have the same issue on OWA, I'm afraid this issue related to Exchange Server side. Please try to verify the EWS setting. Also try to re-build EWS Virtural Directory for testing.
If this issue only occur on Outlook client, I suggest run Outlook under safe mode or re-create profile. I also suggest ask Outlook Forum for help, so that you can get more professional suggestions.

Admin tab not available on the BI publisher

I have installed OBIEE , to get a practice on BI Publisher. I launch BI Publisher with the user / password (Administrator/Administrator) . I am getting BI Publisher screen without admin tab. Please help me how can i get Admin tab.

Modify the file xmlp-server-config.xml in \OracleBI\xmlp\XMLP\Admin\Configuration with the following contents and check.
<property name="SUPERUSER_PASSWORD" value="Give Some Password"/>
<property name="SUPERUSER_USERNAME" value="Admin"/>
<property name="SECURITY_MODEL" value="XDO"/>
Restart OC4J and log in either with Administrator or the Admin id created above.

I'm trying to setup the BI publisher.
When I access the publisher, I can't see the Admin tab. I can't create any report. Basically, I can't do anything.
I have already allow the access to the publishser to Everyone.

is the version of OBIEE that you're using 10.1.3.3.0?
I have this problem when I'm using this version. When I upgrade to a higher version this problem didn't happen again.
If you couldn't upgrade your version try to execute the cryptotools utility.
Also, check if the 'xmlp-server-config.xml' file (at $OracleHome\OracleBI\xmlp\XMLP\Admin\Configuration) has the entry <property name="SAW_USERNAME" value="Administrator"/>

Time Machine Not AVAILABLE !!! Why EVERYTIME I upgrade, this happens and I have to always start from scratch!!!!!

Apple is SO good on some things and SO TERRIBLE on others. EVERYTIME I get a new macbook pro and/or upgrade to the new OS, my time capsule Time machine backup ALWAYS screws up.... It is so frustrating. So when I try to back up, it says the " the backup on TC is already in use "....
Everytime. Does anyone know how I can use the old backup so I just continue on. I really hate having to reset and start over again.
I have an external hard drive connected to the Time Capsule so It is recognized by Finder. I can click on TC and then see the "xxxx.sprsebundle with today's date. But it won't connect.
I really would appreciate it if someone can simply explain why this happens and what, if anything I can do about it.

Why Conditions tab Not available in STO ?

In one system I see Conditions tab for STO in both header level and item detail level, but in another client I don't see the Conditions tabs........Why is this? How do I enable the Condition Tabs?

GOTO SPRO->Materials Management->Purchasing->Conditions->Define Price Determination process->Define Schema Determination Process->Determine Schema for Stock Transport Orders
Select New entries enter the schema group, documentype for STO and Price determination procedure.
