Hi,
I am trying to push metadata via outline load in utility in blank test application.
In Acct Dimension -
I designed a member as below
Account     Parent     Data Storage     Description     Data Type     Account Type     Aggregation (Plan1)
Statistical Drivers     Account     Dynamic Calc          Non-Currency     Saved Assumption     ~
It gives me below error in Exception log

In Currency Dimension -
I designed a member as below

It is loaded successfully but when I checked in Planning application - I can see £ symbol as well.
How symbol come up automatically when I have not defined in data file.
Please advice.

Sales Order Loading Date and Goods Issue Date

I am getting confused with specific sales orders in our system which have a loading date of 5.11.2008 00:00 and a goods issue of 6.11.2008 00:00, this would imply a loading time of 1 day, I would think. However in our system I look at the shipping point I see default from shipping point is 2 work days. Is there something I am missing or other setting I am not aware of?

What is the delivery scheduling type you are using for the sales document type? If you are using A change it to X. Also check the loading times.

TMG load balance and publishing issues

Dear Experts,
I have some questions about publishing multiple services with TMG's ISP redundacny with load balancing:
We are using a single TMG 2010 server to protect our network and providing Internet connection to them. We manage our own domain providing the name service with the DNS server component installed on the TMG box and published it outside. We are using Exchange
for mail service, as well we publish web sites too and terminal services via RDP. There wasn't any problem till today, when we got an other, separate Internet connection via a new different ISP. When I set ISP Redundancy to Load Balance I faced to a problem.
The Internet connection works fine, but the partner SMTP's drop our letters, because they can not complete the reverse DNS check.
How can I set the TMG and/or the DNS to provide a correct mail publishing service? How should I set our DNS to provide access to our web sites and other services when one of the Internet connections brake down?

Would you tell me, how should I configure my DNS for working properly if I publish my services to all my IPs/Internet connections? Do I have to double all my A and MX records?
Is it possible to publish services on all IPs/Internet connections or should I publish on only one an use NLB only for to provide Internet connection to our computers?
What is the good solution to make a fail-safe internet-gateway which publishes multiple services fail-safe too?

Report Painter and currency issue

Hi All:
We have several report painter based on table FAGLFLEXT and have a problem maintaing the company code currency in report results.
Here is the scenario:
User 1 runs report for a company code A in country A with Currency A
User 1 does a currency conversion to Currency B. Report is now shown in Company code A, for Country A with Currency B
User 1 exits report and is prompted to if they want to save their data.
User 1 selects that they do want to save data (this is a data save..not a report layout or defintion save).
User 2 now runs same report for Company code C in country C with currency C
Results of report are now in Currency B as this was what was saved by User 1
I have found that it requires both the currency conversion and the Save Data function to make this happen. If only one of these steps is done, User 2 gets results in Currency C.
I believe I can fix the problem by removing the authorization to "Save Data"...but would like to find a better solution..Any ideas would be most appreciated

Load time and Currency rate

Hi experts,
I have two ?s today.
1. The ODS that i used to laod sometimes takes 50 min for x no of records (1st request) and sometimes takes 15 mins..(2nd request) for the same no of records after i delete the 1st request. what could be teh reason..??
2. Is there any way to automate the transfer of xchange rate from one s/m to another..say from r3 TO BW..if possible what are the reasons taht might stop this automatci job..

for ods performance try check oss note

2. yes, rsa1->source system->r/3 source system, right click 'transfer exchange rate', in next screen, menu program->run in background. you can check the job with SM37, job name is RSIMPCURR. check the reason why that job stopped, see the job log, perhaps connection/user authorization problem?.

I am creating the STPO's (Different company codes) in items details -> Del.sch-> transport, load date and goods issue is not appear. The Delivery date is 25.02.2008. next day the user as change the del.date from 25th to 26th. transport,load date and goods issue is appear.
Anybody plz tell me how its happen like this, and tell the root cause.

ISA570-Load balancing and Losing packets

I am load balancing two isp's. One isp is fine, but the other I have very high packet loss when pinging the corresponding wan interface from any machine located outside our network. During the packet loss, I cannot https to our firewall from outside our network, but I can rdp using a different address on that same isp and ping another machine located inside our network, it seems only the wan interface is having the issues. Our isp uses icmp to our wan interface and they started noticing the loss the other day, again the other isp loses no packets. I have no issues with clients losing connection from that isp so it looks like it is an issue from outside in only on that wan interface.
I have a spare ISA and that is experiencing no packet loss when using another ip from the problem isp on it's wan interface. The isa's have the same configuration and when I tried moving completely to the backup isa it continued with the same issue. Upgraded to a later firmware, still the same issue. I even took a laptop and put it on our switch that is before the isa and gave it a static public address and I can ping it with no problem from the outside. I can also ping from the laptop to the wan port of the prod isa that is losing packets and it replies as it should, which I assumed would lose packets if it were the isa having issues, but it didn't.
I know this has nothing to do with Cisco security services as on the backup firewall it was still losing packets when we moved the connections over to it.
I can ping from inside my network to the public wan address with no loss when outside machines are having problems.
I can ping the problem wan address from a laptop or from isa(IP = 64.x.x.42) to isa(IP = 64.x.x.45) with no packet loss.
This is a head scratcher and I need some real help here.

Never figured this one out. However, I was able to figure out how this starts. A couple of weeks ago we had an issue with an ISP and we disabled that interface during the day and re-enabled at the end of the day and thats when we noticed ICMP breaks to other ISP.. I don't know why but the ISP we renabled we can ping just fine, but the other one always has issues. The only fix is to enable link failover detection and both WAN interfaces become pingable again.
Now, we use load balancing and one issue we are experiencing is that randomly both WAN interfaces go down and I can confirm this with a ping utility we use off site that pings both WAN interfaces and also each ISP gateway they are connected to. When this happens the ISP's gateways are reachable and neither WAN interface on the ISA are. I am still on .15 version of the firmware, because there were too many issues with newer releases. Is this a known issue?

SPM Auto Load Capture and Use.

I was reading about Oracle SPM feature, but i have questions in mind for automatic feature..
* if we have set both capture and use parameter true. Oracle will automatically capture Plans, but will it automatically evolve new plans to accepted or it will wait for evolve it manually before using new plan.
* If it Automatically evolve, when and how will it?
* If it Automatically, will change old plan's flag accepted to No? or add one more accepted plan

If a plan is loaded automatically and no plan already exists, then the first plan will be created as ACCEPTED=YES.
Otherwise, if the plans are loaded automatically, then they will not be accepted until performance has been verified by the evolution process.
If it Automatically evolve, when and how will it?If the task is enabled, the SQL Tuning Advisor auto task will deal with the automatic evolution.
If it Automatically, will change old plan's flag accepted to No? or add one more accepted planThe accepted flag of the previous plan should not be set to NO, there should be multiple accepted plans.
It might be worth taking a step back and looking at the big picture with automatic baseline capture on.
- If you have a SQL statement for which there is not an accepted baseline, on parse the optimizer does its usual optimizer business and the generated plan is stored in a baseline as ACCEPTED=YES.
- If you have a SQL statement for which there is already an accepted baseline, on parse the optimizer does its usual optimizer business.
- If the plan it comes up with by default matches one of the baselines, great.
- If the plan doesn't match one of the baselines then it will store the generated plan in the baseline to wait for evolution.
- The optimizer will then use the outline hints in the baseline to generate the particular plan - to do this it has to match the plan_hash_2 value to the underlying plan id in sys.sqlobj$/sqlobj$data/sqlobj$auxdata.
- If the optimizer can generate the plan, great.
- If the optimizer cannot generate the baselined plan, then it will revert to the generated plan and mark the relevant plan as reproduced=NO.

How to change Purchase Order currency after Good receipt and Good issue?

I've a PO created last year. The PO currency has been entered wrongly.
My store colleague has been performed good received and consumed it.
Now, I am not able to change PO currency to correct one, due to this message:-
Currency can no longer be changed
Message no. 06489
Diagnosis
As a basic rule, the currency cannot be changed if there has already been a goods receipt against a document.
If the document contains external service and/or limit items, or if an invoicing plan has been assigned to an item, the currency cannot be changed following the receipt of an invoice either.
If external service items exist, the currency also cannot be changed if services that have actually been performed have already been recorded or if the item in question has been assigned to a preventive maintenance (servicing) plan.
Is there anyway to change PO currency after Good receipt and Good issue? Thanks !

Diagnosis

it is a classic planning application, after I load dimensions and members into classic Planning application, I can't see new members I added in csv file.
How could I confirm whether it was successfully loaded.

With your help, I can verify it easier rather than creating dataform to verify it.
I have resolved the question now, the root cause is I had used the wrong parameter, shouldn't add '/N' in the command. for /N is a dry run to check whether there are error in CSV file, it won't perform metadata load.
If no error occured, run the command without /N, then the metadata load will be performed.

I have a data file that has TEXT data that I want to load to planning, I have done the following steps and facing issue while running the
Outline Command .Please advice what could be the problem. I have mentioned all dimension in the CSV file.
Below Version and Type i am using .

Year 2010-2011 MacBook Pro version 10.7.4 issues: freezes up, files are loading slowly and buttons are not responding

Hello my fellow Apple product user's. My problem has been going on for about a month and half with my laptop locking up, file folders on my desktop loading slowly and my sleep button and other buttons on my dash board not responding. Where to being with my issues that are listed up in my title and my first scene. The first issue has been my file folders are not loading fast like that did before, the issue is that they load in about 10-15 if not a little longer after I log into my laptop desktop. The second issue is that my sleep button does not respond to sleep right away, I have to press it three or four different times after I have logged out of my desktop to make it go to sleep. The final problem is dealing with my buttons and laptop locking up, when I started an application called runescape after it load to the log in screen and after I came back to log into the game it decide to lock up/ froze on me and durning that time my buttons on my dashboard was not responding, so I decide to command q to quit the application and after that buttons were not reponding to it and I decide to do common and control c to see if it would work and it did and after that everything has been working fine except for the files are loading slowly. Also I had another issue with the laptop sleeping so quick as soon I am using the Internet. There was one other problem that had happen to me just like my description in my first scene, but I do not remember that issue.

first of all the iphone 4 is not a 4G phone
second it sounds like your iphone could be locked to another operator then the sim you have inserted

I am having a similar problem. I am using Chrome and tried on Mac and on PC but the same. Its not completing my order and on PC saying:
We were unable to process your payment please contact our customer support.......... etc
But strangely its giving a confirmation button again. It gave me this error upon reconfirmation:
