Please help - what do I need? Recording questions

We do not have digital cable but do NOT need a converter box because we have comcast basic cable. (I did buy one anyway with the coupon). We will switch to digital eventually but right now the budget doesn't allow the extra monthly charges. I am purchasing a new TV for one of the rooms but want to still be able to record programs while watching another channel, which I can currently do with my VCR/DVD combo. I also need to buy a new recorder (combo perhaps?) because this one is on the way out but still want to be able to do what I'm currently doing. (I still tape programs in another room on an old VCR and can watch them in the other room). However, my question is what equipment do I buy? With what I've been reading, I'm guessing a dual tuner DVD/DVR/VCR combo? Is that correct? I'm totally confused at this point. However, I also want to be able to still use this equipment (recording one channel while watching another) when we switch to digital cable. I don't want to spend the money on equipment that won't be usable when we upgrade to digital. Any advice?? Your help would be appreciated.

I would suggest a Tivo to meet your needs. There is a montly service fee involved to the Tivo service, cost depending on what type of plan you get but no more then about $15 a month. With Tivo you can set it to record your fravorite shows once, choose if you want it to record all showings or just new eps. Then you never have to worry about missing your favorite shows. It has a dual tuner that can record 2 shows at once and you can watch a previously recorded show at the same time.
I had comcast DVR for a long time but had to pay for the digital service on top of that even though I never watched channels over 75. So i made the switch to Tivo and love it. If you already have Netflix then you get a major bonus. You can watch instant queue movies on your TV. And if you have broadband internet access some movies are sent in HD format as long as you have the TivoHD DVR model.

If your account is disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your iPhone and iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Storeand then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
For your security questions, if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then the steps half-way down this page will give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

The people on these boards aren't Apple Support and can't do that for you. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

The error message you're seeing is likely the other way around -- i.e. something like "This iPhone has previously been synced with a different computer". There's no problem syncing multiple iOS devices to the same computer.
However, the reverse is not true for the iPhone -- you cannot connect an iPhone to another computer without it being erased, even if you manually manage music and video. So, it sounds like you've been syncing your iPhone to a different computer?
Also, 5.1 (not 5.0.1) is the latest iOS.

downpayment percentage , so if i want 50 percent of order value to be paid and when i go to faz type the invoice is created for 0 value that 50 percent of the amount is not getting calculated , where as when i enter in order same as 50 percent in amount it gets calculated in invoice, any help ?
