Please help with how a filechooser works on a webpage
I must say that I have no idea about Java.
I am dealing with a webpage that has a "browse" button to add a file. The page seems to initiate java as java appears in my system tray when navigating to the page.
I have coming to this page through a totally different programming language and need to deal with the windows dialog (filechooser) that appears after clicking the "browse" button.
The thing is that after clicking the browse button - my code is stopped and only starts again after this dialog is closed.
So is it possible that the coder of this webpage has got his java (i think applet) so that once the dialog is open that no code can be run on the computer till the dialog is closed.

I am sadely back in the darkages as I am using VBA which does not allow me to choose threads.
To make this question complete I am trying to automate an intranet web page. Of course there is an add file text box TYPE=File which is the cause of the problem. You cannot fill the box with something other than with SendKeys. (which only sometimes works).
So I wanted to "click" on the browse button and then my code should get a handle on the now open dialog, but my code is paused until the dialog is closed and it appears that java is doing this.
I assume it must be some security thing, maybe to stop exactly what I am doing. The funny thing is that the dialog is only model for the browser and my code. I can still do everything else with my computer. (I suppose the "everything else" is using another thread like you suggested.

Please help with how to copy CS3 from iMac (Snow Leopard) to MacBook Air (Mavericks)
I have a 2006 Mac Desktop computer with the CS3 suite on it. I still have the discs for the suite and would like to move it over to my macbook air. I tried to just copy the Photoshop file, but that didn't work. Is there an easy way to migrate these files from one mac to another? My MacBook Air does not have a DVD drive. Ideally, I would like to have these files on both computers, as I believe you can have your purchased programs on 2 computers. Anyone have a a quick and easy way to make this happen?
Never, ever migrate. CS installs are "Machine specific", you break licensing doing that.
Go here: Download CS3 products and download the installer for your suite onto your new Mac.

PowerPC refers to the processing chip used by Apple before they transferred to Intel chips. They are very different, and applications written only for PPC Macs cannot work on a Mac running Lion.
You could contact the developers to see if they have an updated version in the pipeline. -
I've installed windows 7 with the help of bootcamp on my macbook pro 2011.
Please help me how to install mac drivers for windows7 64 bit???You either download drivers from within Boot Camp Assistant and save to USB FAT disk, or you insert and use 10.6.x OS X DVD when in Windows and install and run the SETUP from there.

Step 4: Install the Boot Camp Drivers for Windows

What do you mean, "is it unlocked"? If your iPod has a screen lock set, it will be obvious from the iPod's screen. For issues with the iPod not appearing in iTunes, start which these troubleshooting steps:

You do not need the Setup Assistant; in fact, you do not need any software on an external hard drive. I have two LaCie's; I erased the drive as soon as I plugged it in. You will need to format it anyway because most hard drives come Windows formatted. So, if you only want to use it with the Mac, highlight it in Disk Utility and choose Mac OS Extended (Journaled) as the format and the GUID Partition scheme under Options. While doing that, it will erase the drive (and get rid of the LaCie software) - once finished, your drive is ready to use for Time Machine or any other backup plans you have for it.

I bought CS6 creative suite. As of now i need to work each application in separate separate system. Can any one please help me how to solve this problem.
I saw the below quote on Adobe forum
"You may install software on up to two computers. These two computers can be Windows, Mac OS, or one each."
If i install each application in single single system the system count is more than two. In this case, are we have any license issue? Please advice how the problem will solve?

Uvaraj SI already answered that. If you purchased a Suite then you can only install and activate it on two machines. Even if you only insdtall one of the applications of that suite, it counts as one activation of the suite. You cannot take the six or seven different applications that might be in a suite and install and activate them in six or seven different machines... only two machines.
If your scenario will allow for it, one thing you can do is install the programs on all the different machines and only activate two of the machines at any given time. If you need to activate a program on a third machine then you need to deactivate on one of the currently activate machines first so that you have an open activation to use again. I do not remember if there is a limit to the total number of activations you can process for the life of the software. -

I have a creative inspire 5. 5700 hooked up to my X-FI extreme music via Digital I/O port.
However im a bit pissed off because i cant get a microphone to work, it seems that the port i use my speakers for is the same port as the microphone..
Any ideas how to get my mic to work without unplugging the digital I/O?
