Please unblock my account

hi please unblock my Skype ID as I make international calls frequently. and it is very frustrating that I can log into my Skype account with the correct ID and the correct password(which was reset through my email), but can't make a call. What is the point of that? I can log in and see all my personal informations but can't make calls? I can't believe Skype does not offer phone customer support even today. When we have serious problems like this, we don't trust online chat and email request. We would like to talk to a real person and make sure the problem is resolved within minutes. I tried switching to Google Voice yesterday but the quality was subpar. Now I am switching back to Skype so please unblock my account.

Your report reads as if Skype's fraud filters interpreted a series of international calls as potentially fraudulent; whatever triggered this suspension may have been outside your typical call patterns. 
Here are a few extra notes to guide you along the way ...
You will need to proceed through each step, one at a time. Sign on to the Skype website as requested. Choose the subject and topic which most closely matches the item you need assistance with. Then, continue past Step 2 of the instruction where several articles from the FAQ library will appear for you to review, and proceed to Step 3, Continue Support Request (the blue "button" appears at the lower right corner of the website page). You may also skip through Step 4 where you will be referred back here to the Community; no need to do this as the Community is where you started. When you complete the web-form and click Submit, your information is relayed to Skype and you will receive a reply via e-mail unless you are transferred to start an instant message chat session with a Customer Service agent.

    Since moving to iCloud my personal email account has been locked out for security reasons, this has given me a massive problem because i cannot remember the security question, there must be another way to verify it so i can get back on my account.I have 2 accounts

    To contact  iCloud Support: if you currently happen to have AppleCare, either because you recently bought Apple hardware or have paid to extend the inititial period, you can contact them here:

    You will need the serial number of the covered hardware.
    If you are not covered by AppleCare, then - in common with other free email services - there is no free support and you may be asked to pay a fee.

  • FURIOUS WITH SKYPE They won't unblock my account but keep charging me $$$!

    I travelled to France in July 2014 and planned on using Skype to stay connected to friends and colleagues. To my dismay, Skype promptly blocked my account. Since then, I have filled out the Account Verification Form over 10 times and they will not unblock my account. They also won't tell me what information is missing/incorrect. I get it, it's a security thing, but I am who I say I am and have invited them to call me, email me, write to me at my billing address, etc. I signed up for Skype back when it was first launched, over 10 years ago. I'm SORRY, I don't remember what email address I used 10+ years ago! I don't like to put my real DOB. I'm SORRY, but I don't remember the DOB I put. I think I signed up in the USA but, IT'S BEEN OVER 10 YEARS, I DON'T REMEMBER. AND I DON'T REMEMBER THE EXACT MONTH AND YEAR I SIGNED UP!! Skype support will not do anything to help me, even though I've been a loyal user for so long. To make matters worse, they keep charging my credit card $18.54 every month for a service they won't let me use!! Well, I've had it. I'm NEVER filling in an Account Verification Form again. All I want now is to cancel my account, get a refund for the charges and move on with my life (to Google Voice, thank you very much). But THEY WON'T LET ME!! They say they can't cancel my account because they can't verify who I am. I'M STUCK IN SOME HORRIBLE LOOP WITH THEM AND THEY WON'T HELP. Please, Skype community, HELP ME!     samehing here. i bought a number so i could get call coming in and now cant use it. ive tried everything so many times but still blocked. its like they are sitting there enjoying that all my important calls arent getting to me or something. my accoint wont let me do anything. so my mom openned one in jer name for 2.99 and would like to get a number but we would like our old number back and a different one. can this be done ? its like we did something wrong but we didnt . i dont see why or how tjey can on my account not even let me pay my bill. all we tried to do was pay with a green dot cards several times beca,use we needed oir phone. the card we use to start service was a chase unemployment card visa that now thatbwe have a job we cant use that card .we cant add funds to it and we no longer get funds from unemployment. i do not see how they find this hard to beleive that it was us trying to pay our skype bills withna different card cause we couldnt use the other anymore. my mother did sign in with her facebook but we allmuse skype. theybdidnt message me about anythingntil we tried to pay billmwith green dot card even tried using paypal. im so upset. can anyone tell us how to get our old number put on new account or get old account back open? ive done everything they ask. i was 15 when i opened my account im 22 now so i dont remember a lot of things come on.. but i feel like i have been treated on fair. jessie

  • I cannot sign in.  "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store.  Please review your account information."  I click "Review", next message "You must turn on cookies to continue.   Cookies must be enabled if you want to create or edit.. etc."

    I applied and received an upgrade code to Redeem Mountain Lion for my new MBP. 
    I get this message when I try to Sign in to the App Store after entering the redemption content code, and also if I just try to "Sign In".   The first part of the error is true - I haven't used the AppleID with the iTunes store.  
    I received the upgrade code using this same AppleID, so I don't think I can use a different AppleID.
    I also tried to re-create this appleID...(it was one suggestion I saw for this issue) It doesn't let me since the ID already exists...
    The error is:
    "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store.  Please review your account information."  I click "Review", next message "You must turn on cookies to continue.   Cookies must be enabled if you want to create or edit.. etc." 
    It's clearly not a cookie issue..   Stuck...

    received the upgrade code using this same AppleID, so I don't think I can use a different AppleID.

    It's clearly not a cookie issue..
    As for cookies. Quit the App Store. Now open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder.
    Type this exactly as you see it here:   ~/Library/Cookies
    Click Go the move the   com.apple.appstore.plist   file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
    Relaunch the App Store.

    This is information you you have created an apple id.
    To use this apple id for the itunes store, you have to agree to the terms and conditions and enter in the requested information before you can use the store.
    When you create an apple id it does not mean you gain access to all apples features, you would need to create a :-
    Itunes id
    Facetime id
    Game centre id
    imessage id
    icloud id
    You can use the same email address as each login. but until you agree to each terms and conditions you wont be able to access the services.
    This is usually done the first time you access each service and sign in with your apple id.
    As to iTunes you need a little extra as they will request to confirm details as to address, etc, with the payment information they can confirm you are actually in that country you are trying to purchase from.
    Once you have added the credit card details, you can go back in a set payment method to none and remove the credit card details once you have activated the itunes on your apple id.
    Basically this message you are getting is just ADDING the feature of iTunes store to your apple id, and confirms you have not got a iTunes id yet.

    Count me in as having the same problem. I have been leaving messages in the iTunes for Mac forum where others in there also are having problems. I have been unable to access my account since 11/7/2007. E-mails with Apple have not worked and now I haven't heard back from them since Saturday. I have tried both on a Mac and Windows machine and keep receiving the same error message that:
    This Apple ID has not yet been used with iTunes.
    I last purchased music with this account on 10/30/2007. I even tried resetting my password, changing my account info, trying on a computer with iTunes 7.4, etc. I have money in that account and 150 songs and 5-6 tv shows that I cannot access. I also just purchased a new computer and cannot sync my iPod with this computer since these songs will not transfer.
    Apple really needs a phone number for technical support. Having to deal with e-mails back and forth (and waiting a day for each e-mail) is not a good business practice. Hopefully they will have a phone number in the future.
    Either way, count me in on getting annoyed that a week later, this issue has not been fixed.

    how it will be considered in financials.  Is there any setting off for this balance with consumption.
