Are there C++ API's for IFS? What other API's are available for programmers to interface with IFS - only JAVA?

There are no C++ or C APIs to iFS, only a Java API.

PLSQL API for Voiding Physical Inventory Tags.

We are trying to find a standard Oracle PLSQL API which will allow us to VOID Physical Inventory Tags from backend.
We have a requirement where we want to void specific tags and using the Oracle Std form is proving too cumbersome.

According to the oracle knowledgebase, there is no Public API. But there is an enhancement request that you might want to add your company to.

Plsql API for recording holidays in EBS 12

Hello all of you,
I shoud make a call from a foreign application (Oracle webcenter content 11g) to EBS to record a holiday for an employee (as the work contract states)
I think I should make this through plsql API . What API can I use? I found only hr_std_hol_abs_api api related to holidays but I think it's not the right one .

Plsql client for twitter api (using oauth)

I am probably being a bit optimistic, but does anybody have a plsql client for twitter that will allow me to post status updates from oracle? I found this http://somecodinghero.blogspot.com/2010/09/updating-twitter-from-database-using.html, but it doesn't work, simply giving me 401 Unauthorized whenver I try.

Twitter Part:
1. Acess https://dev.twitter.com
2. Login
3. Create New Application
4. Fill out the data requested by twitter(and create application).
5. Click button "Create my acess token".
6. Copy Consumer key     ,Consumer secret     ,Access token     ,Access token secret     to Notepad++(or elsewhere).
7. Click the Tab Settings, and change Application Type to "Read, Write and Access direct messages". click the "Update..."
After installing DB and verified that you have Java 1.5 in your local machine and downloaded twitter4j jar.
1. Open Jdeveloper(i'm working with 11.1.2.1.0)
2. Create a new Application. Create a java Class with:

Adding New Portal User using PLSQL APIs

I am trying to use the PLSQL APIs to add a new user based. Please let me know if I am on the right track. I am using Portal 3.0.8
1) At the portal30_sso schema, I used wwwsso_ls_private.ls_create_user and it works.
2) At the portal30 schema, I used wwsec_api.add_portal_user and it works.
3) I used the activate_user api and it works.
4) Still can't log on using my user name and password. The message is "Error: Authentication failed. Please try again. (WWC-41419)"

1st Solution...

How to apply XSLT to XML file while importing XML data using XSU plsql API

I need to load XML file with nested repeating elements into Oracle tables and I am using XSU PLSQL API utility package dbms_xmlSave.insertXML. Can use XMLGen package also!!
I found out through documentation that I need to have XML file with ROWSET/ROW tags around the elements. As I have no control of XML file coming from external source, so I wish to apply XSLT to XML. I found setXSLT/setStylesheet procedures but it's not working as expected.
Can you help me with some sample code for the purpose.

The portlet_runtime_record passed to the show procedure in the portlet package (called p_portlet_record in the PDK examples) has a field page_url, that contains the URL of the page.

Is there any API for FND Attachments. I would like to load the concurrent output generated as an attachment to the record.
So I'm planning to write PLSQL to read the file and load in to fnd_lobs. Later I would like this attachment available thru UI.

List of iStore PLSQL API's

Our Client don’t wants to use iStore front end but wants to use backend features.
There will be an external application which will act as iStore UI and call iStore data processing & validation components such as PLSQL API's.
Could you please let me know what are all PLSQL API has been used in iStore for shopping cart, checkout, item search, save cart etc. We need list of all such PLSQL API's so these API can be called thru external application and we can leverage iStore as backend processor.
