PO Change after Creation

Dear all;
In this scenario after creation of PO it is possible to change the PO, but Our client requirement is not to change PO after creation .how this is possible ,is there any special configuration for that ?

hi,
in standard their is no that facility for normal p.o but you can restrict that at  enduser level don't give that authorization to that enduser for this you have to consult your basis person.
other wise you have to restrict through relese startgy for p.o

    solution 1 : Do not give authorization for ME22
    solution 2 : Grey out price chage , it should only be possible thru info records, and give authorization of info records in secured hands.
    You should not totally restrict price change after GR because there are possibilities that you might require to change rate after goods receipt also. In that case you have to change rate and then have to give restrospective effect to GR.

  • Baseline date in Accounting document changed after creation of Invoice List

    Hi all,
    1) User Requirement:-
    Creation of Invoice document(using VF01), Transfer u201CGoods Issue Dateu201D to FI accounting as a Baseline date instead of Invoice creation date.
    To meet the above requirement I did enhancement name: SDVFX008 user exit: EXIT_SAPLV60B_008.
    Its working fine and transfered goods issue date to Accounting(as baseline date) insted of  invoice date.
    2) Problem:-
    After Creation of Invoice List (VF21) system again overwriting baseline date iwith invoice list date.
    Does anyone know how to Stop overwriting baseline date in accounting while creation of invoice list.

  • Baseline date change after creation invoice list

    When I create invoice document, the invoice date (vbrk-fkdat) is the end of the month and the invoice list date (VBRK-FKDAT_RL)  is the next business day after the invoice date, the baseline date of the accounting document (bseg-zfbdt) is the document creation date and this is what I wanted.
    However, when I start to create the invoice list, the baseline date on the accounting document (field bseg-ZFBDT) is changed to the invoice date.  Does anyone know why and how to fix and where to look in the configuration to see how invoice list date (vbrk-fkdat_rl) is populated?  It seems to me that the baseline date default back to the invoice list date when invoice list document is created.  Thanks for your help.

    You need to check your payment terms. the baseline date is determined from the payment terms, which is assigned to the vendor. You can use OBB8 to see the config of payment terms.

    You can add message 06 608 in  IMG ---> Material Management ---> Purchasing ---> Environment Data ---> Define Atributes of System Messages.
    if not already there.
    This message appears if one changes the quantity in a requisition for which a PO already exists.
    If you set the attribute to E for Error then the requistioner should not be able to change a PR anymore if PO exists.

  • Schedule line date changes after each MRP run

    Dear Experts,
    Clarification needed on how the system plans the MM schedule lines.
    Setting: Start in the past not allowed.
                  3 days for processing of order
    The issue is after each MRP run the system is moving the schedule line to the current date + 3 days for processing + the planned delivery time.
    If the schedule line is not firmed, after each MRP run ( which happens everyday) the system is moving the schedule line and then giving an alert saying the " order has to be rescheduled to the previous day"
    on the second day after the mrp run the system moves the schedule line again by one more day and gives the rescheduling date as " -2 days from today"
    this change is happening every day after the planning run. - because of this there are really no backorders ( schedule line in the past ) in the system. we were not able to know if the vendor is actually delayed in this case.
    can you kindly suggest what went wrong here ??
    we are using strategy 10 for the planning of procured parts. Let me know if more info is needed.
    Note: we are also using stock transfer process for some procured parts. there too the PR date gets changed after each MRP run. There there is no lead time in this case. the order is placed on the same day as the requirement as both plants are nearby. There the PR date is changing everyday to the current date.

    Yes, we use firm zone for few of the vendors. there the system don't change the schedule lines.
    Also for the stock transfer PR's there is no firm zone and the lead time is one day. in this case it changes everyday after the MRP run.
    the stock transfer PR's leads to the creation of Schedule lines from the source plant. Since this PR gets changed everyday. the alerts coming out of MD07 gets changed and we really did not know if this order is delayed or not.  In the source plant we use the firm zone to avoid moving the schedule line. But then the alerts are always not correct.
    is there any setting which helps in not moving the PR everyday without using " start in the past"

  • Address data changed after invoice is created

    Hi,
    I've a problem to solve and it's related with data changed after invoice is created.
    The scenario is the follow:
    1º - create a complete and standard sales process - order => delivery => invoice, with the standard partner scheme and without edit the address data, for any kind of partner
    2ª after the invoice is created, I change the address data on Client Master Data, for the same client that I've used on previous process
    3º I'll go to the VF03 transaction and take a look at the partner data on header level. Here I can see that the changes on the Client Master Data ar updated to the invoice document wich is already created and printed when I maked the changes
    I think that could be a program error because, once the documento is created, you only can change texts and accounts if this document is not yet created.
    And, I can't edit this kind of data on invoice creation because it must be done at order level.
    So I don't understand why it happen, but it happen on more than one client.
    I'll hope that anyone can help me to solve this issue.

    Hi Nuno,
    the adresses of all Clients are stored in table adrc. If there are no changes in the order, the system takes the standard adress of the client. That is made for not having an extra adress for each order.
    If you change the adress - the system will create a new adressnumber ( 999........ - see in VBPA ).
    If you have different adressnumbers in your orders, you are not able th collect several orders into one delivery note - for the adressnumber ist normally a split-criteria.
    Ich you will have an extra Adress for each Order, change the adress - for example by an user exit.
    But if you have different adressnumbers - the delivery and the invoice will split the different orders - if you dont do something against in an user-exit.

  • How can i change the Creation Date of a video (mts-Format)?

    I work with Phohoshop Elements 13 an i use Online-Album (Revel)
    My Problem:
    I would like to change the Creation Date of a Video-File (mts-Format). I don't no why but the date (in Metadata) is wrong and i would like it to change. If i change it in Photoshop Elements the Date (Edit... Change Date...) it seems that the date has changed, but in reality in the Metadata is still the wrong date (see attachment).
    Why this ist important for me:
    The Adobe Revel (Online-Album) takes always the date from the metadata which is wrong.
    Any idea how i can resolve my Problem?

    Did you get help ? Or do you have a work around ? I have about 20.000 Pictures and countless videos to organize myself.
    I just ran into the same problem. Except that after a while Adobe will undo the changes I have made to the date.
    Here's a  screen shot I just made of one of the files.

  • Shipment cost delete/change after service acceptance

    Dear Friends,
    After creation of service PO the shipment cost is done and service acceptance is also done,can i change the shipment cost or i have to cancel it and create new document? accounting not done.

    To cancel service entry sheet follow below steps
    1. Go to ML81N Tcode
    2. enter your service entry sheet number
    3. Go tochange mode
    4. Unrelease service entry sheet by selecting Menupath Service entry
    ->Set Status -> cancel release
    5. Then selct Menupath as Entry sheet -> delete
    This will cancel service entry sheet.
    Next step then VI02 undo cost transfer then you can change or delete the Shipment cost document.Before that check any invoice made against service entry in Purchase Order.

    Updation to this table is done via standard tcode SPRO
    but my log entirs are not going in CDPOS , CDHDR
    now my question is :
    by creating the change document, when i run the standard tcode where exactly  the change document will be called to log the entries

    in <b>SCDO</b> tcode
    Activate the object after creation and giving the table name
    Once it is created entries should come into CDHDR and CDPOS tables.

    I could able to create DIR from Easy DMS. But I could not able to see DIR no. after creation, so that I do not document created or not ? If created what is the no. I need to open thru search or other way.
    Is it standard functionality.
    Can we change this by any functioanl module or any BADI implementation?

    Hi Sai
    When you creating a DIR through Easy DMS it will ask you document type and description. In the same window as prasad mentioned 4th tab "Techinal Details" you can find the document number,document type, document part and document version. After creating the document it will create in the folder with all the remaining details with default layout.
    e.g: Document Description | Status Description | Document Number | Type | Version | Part | User | Change Number ... other details.
            Test                            |  Create Document | 10000000304         | DOC |  00         | 000  |...etc
    Please check the DIR while creating. Surely it will be available.

    Purchase requistions should be "Closed" automatically after creation of Purchase order. Purchase orders are created manually.
    Is there any settings or config to achieve this?

    The closed indicator (EBAN-EBAKZ) could only be set manually within the transaction ME52N or when converting the purchase requisition into a PO. via transaction ME21 or ME21N.                                     
    In the case you use transaction ME21 or ME21N to create the PO with reference to purchase requisition the 'closed' flag has to be set manually. In ME21 before you adopt the item, in ME21N the indicator to close the PReq in ME21N is in the delivery schedule tab of the item details at the far right end of the window.                            
    In the change requisition transaction ME52N, set the close indicator.   
    In ME57, while creating a PO with reference to a requisition, set the close indicator on the item selection screen (SAPMM06E, 0125). 
    You are able to create multiple PO's from the same requisition;  however, once the total quantity of the PReq has been assigned to PO's, your quantity of the PReq will be 0.                                  
    In other words, when you go to ME21N or ME21 and you create with reference to a previously fully assigned requisition, you will be prompted to make an entry in the quantity field, as there is  nothing left on the requisition to pull from.  This should be an alert to the user that there are no selectable quantities available for the item.  This prevents double ordering.                                                                               
    If you want to prevent the requisition to be used again, you should set the closed indicator for the item in the requisition.  The closed indicator is never set automatically.  When creating a purchase order in reference to this requisition, you should select the 'open only' flag.  If the closed indicator has been set for the requisition, you will receive a message that no data satisfying selection criteria exist

    yes..it will accept...but it will show a warning message as per standard.
    Example: " Delivery of 1 EA has already been made for item 10" message no V4096
    if you want to show as an error message try to change the category " W" to "E" in OVAH
    so that it will not allow you to change the order quantity.
    Note: Order quantity will be grayed out after creation of Billing only.

  • Delegate Calendar Entries disappear seconds after creation

    Environment.
    Exchange 2010 on prem. Office 2013. CEO and COO have the same Executive Assistant. This person has Manage Full Access Permissions for both CEO and COO.
    She regularly adds calendar events to either persons calendar without issue for the past 5 months since she started. Until today. Now, on either calendar, as soon as she creates a Meeting or Appointment, it disappears after 3-10 seconds.
    Ran the repair process on Office. Same issue. Removed the Manage Full from both accounts and added it back. Same issue. Had both CEO and COO manually give her delegate access through Outlook. Same issue.
    Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    I was faced with the exact similar problem of my COO sharing her calendar with 2 admin assistants whereby one of them was having issues updating
    the calendar as they would vanish within 20-25 seconds after creation whereas the other assistant was successfully able to do so without any problems even though she was also on cached mode.
    After banging our heads with zillion’s of tests of profile, online mode, offline mode, new profiles, New Laptop, New Configuration, Active Sync
    devices such as Apple, BB, Androids and going through lot of hue and cry on forums, I opened up a call with Microsoft and they pointed me to Exchange 2010 registry entries which eventually did the job. I would only like to summarize my solution which is:

    Event ID 9646 was being logged under my application event
    viewer indicating the following error
    Mapi session “ “ exceeded the maximum of 500 objects of type "objtFolder".
    RESOLUTION:
    To resolve this issue, you simply need to create the following registry keys on each of your mailbox servers.
    Navigate to HKLM > System > CurrentControlSet > Services > MSExchangeIS > ParametersSystem. Create a new key in ParametersSystem
    named MaxObjsPerMapiSession. In MaxObjsPerMapiSession, create a DWORD named
    objtFolder with a decimal value of 600.
    Please note that the DWORD keys should have the same upper and lower case combination therefore copy it from the article above and paste
    in your registry.
    The Information Store will pick up these changes after a few minutes; you do not need to restart the Information Store service. If you continue
    to see this error, only this time specifying that the user has exceeded the new 600 object threshold, increase the value of each DWORD by 100 until the errors stop.
    Similarly, you can see Event ID 9646 indicating other objects also being exceeded as per the above Tech Note and similarly registry entries need
    to be keyed in resolve the issue.
    You will also have to see the user side Sync Issue logs under outlook as they keep indicating various error codes which relate to these problems
    and many more. At times we tend to ignore such logs however are very meaningful.
    Sharing this to minimize a lot of headaches for fellow colleagues who should not suffer the way we did.
