    thanks for reply..
    1) Yes, i.e i have taken into BomType: Template
    2) i did not get any helpful output by using treetype by keeping 'S' and 'N', i kept in comment.
    3) Actually MT0001-05 - these are material item- unit prices are fixed. see in attached image
         for parent item, unit prices are not fixed. I give the price for them in Sale Order.
         I want unit price for parent and child should be summed/cumulative for Sale Order print.
         (in my above post, first matrix exactly same as sale order line items plz check it)
    Please help me, how i can achieve this by query(for PLd or Crystal report)

  • Query to mimic the items tab of the Sales Analysis report.

    Hi there,
    I'm currently looking to create a query that mimics the behaviour of the Sales Analysis report in B1. The items tab of the Sales Analysis report provides all the data I require - the only issue is that I would like to merge this data with some other data regarding current on hand stock quantities etc. and therefore I would like to be able to pull out the query behind the Sales Analysis report.
    I'm assuming this cannot be done and therefore I'm attempting to build a query to replicate the results. The query needs to show Item No, Item Description, Quantity Sold, Sales Amt (in system currency), Gross Profit and Gross Profit % for items within a given period.
    If this can be done relatively easily, can the query then be modified to show all items (including items that haven't sold in the date range) merely with '0' for Quantity Sold, Sales Amt etc. if the item hasn't been sold in the period, and the appropriate figures if each of these columns if the item has sold. I assume some kind of CASE statement can be used to generate this.
    So the query needs to show Item No, Item Description, Current quantity in stock, Quantity Sold, Sales Amt (in system currency), Gross Profit and Gross Profit % for all items within a given date range.

  • Query vs Sales Analysis Report

    I wrote a query that does virtually the same thing as a sales analysis report -- add up all invoice totals and calculate a gross sales number.
    In the sales analysis report ItemXXX has a total sales of $1456.94
    My query ItemXXX has a total sales of $1457.73
    A $.79 discrepancy which I assumed was a result of the fact that my query doesn't include A/R Credit Memos. Only some items have this discrepancy.
    The problem is that if I do an inventory posting list on the item there are no A/R Credit Memos listed. Only A/R Invoices, A/P Invoices, and A/P Goods Receipts.
    What other documents could be affecting this number? Any other things that could be causing this?

    Good afternoon. Looking for a bit if help/advice.
    I'm not a complete novice to SAP but what I need is confusing me slightly. I understand the sales analysis report uses many different table as part of its calculations. A company I've recently began working for, who has had SAP for a while, has used sales analysis reports alongside some bespoke reports that are reporting different data.
    Here is their report:

    How would I go about this? Can I extract parts of the sales analysis report somehow and run it as a query I can manipulate?

  • User Query - Expanding the Sales Analysis report

    Dear All,
    I have to make a Sales Analysis Report for a client, but groupping by Countries, which is not possible with the built in Sales Analysis Report. I have tried many ways to complete a user query but always failed. I have to aggregate the Sales Invoices, decreased by the amounts on related target Credit Memos (if there are ones) and group by Countries (taken from CRD1.Country).
    Please help me out, if you can.

    I need some help….
    This requirement is for Trend Analysis Report (Project Systems)
    I am loading data from ODS to Cube as a Delta Upload
    ODS is getting data from R/3 data source as a full upload (no delta in the Datasource)
    I added one custom field in the cube (0PS_C04) and that custom field (Date field) is going to pick current date (Sys date) through formula in the update rules.
    When I am loading data from ODS to Cube, if the value is coming to the amount field, then the current date field is going to get the current date to the cube
    If there is no record is updated in R/3, then delta is not going to update any record to the Cube.
    If no record is updated to the cube to the particular project number, then Date field is not going to get any data from update rules.
    But I need to see all dates in the cube even though there is no update in the R/3 for that project.
    Example:
    Proj---day1        2       3      4     5      6
    -XYZ---     10        5      --      3     --     2
    In the report now I am able to see some thing like this
    Project   day1        2      4     6
    XYZ        10        5     3     2
    But I am expecting some thing like this…

  • How to build a Analysis report in OBIEE 11g

    Hi All,
    I have a query regarding 'How to' to build an analysis report in OBIEE 11g.
    The data model is a financial data model, where information such as Actual, Plan, Forecast, What - if etc for current AND prior year need to be displayed in a dashboard.
    I created two analysis reports one for current year Rep1 and second for prior year Rep2 each with filter criteria as current year and prior year respectively based on years column. and then in the dashboard I created prompt based on scenario column (radio button) for Actual, plan, Forecast, and wht if.
    I am able to show the current vs prior year data in the same dashboard for Actual or Plan or forecast or what if (depending on data availability in the database).
    I want to achieve the same information in a single analysis report instead of two separate analysis reports. I do not want to create separate physical report for current and prior year data.
    I need one analysis report which I can use in dashboard and depending on selection for scenario (actual , plan, forecast or wht if) I want to show the current AND prior year data the way I achieved in with two seperate reports embedded in their respective sections as explained above.
    Does any one have idea how to achive this by building single analysis report?

    As per I understand your requirement,
    In your Dashboard create a Presentation variable which receives the value of year you select.
    Now in your analysis, select the year column along with all the measures you want (Actual, plan, Forecast, and what-if, etc).
    Create a filter on Year column and convert it into SQL. Put the condition as:
    "Year" BETWEEN @{Presentaion_Variable} - 1 AND @{Presentation_Variable}
    You will get the result for selected year and the previous year.

  • Customer aging analysis report layout

    hi experts,
    i have a client that needs the aging report to display in the following way. when doing an aging analysis for one month, all previous months invoices should be aggregated in one line as an opening balance. Then the invoices for the aging month should be listed under that opening balance and the aging schedule below should age the total of opening balance and the month's invoice. The way SAP Business One does the aging is such that EITHER the opening balance is displayed + the month's invoices but the aging schedule below is for that month's invoices only OR it lists all the invoices relating to that customer existing in the system and does the aging of the total invoices.
    is there a way to generate the aging report as required above?

    I am afraid you have to create your own version of the report for this specif requirement.  To match the system report values exactly would be a great challenge if you haven't create hundreds of query reports already.

    Purpose – To capture data for Standard Reports, we require to activate Statistic Group as under:
    --> Item category (Configuration)
    --> Sales document type (Configuration)
    --> Customer (Maintain in Master data)
    --> Material (Maintain in Master data)
    When you generate statistics in the logistics information system, the system uses the combination of specified statistics groups to determine the appropriate update sequence. The update sequence in turn determines for exactly which fields the statistics are generated.

    I need your assistance in creating a query that balances back to Sales Analysis Report but I require the BP Reference No to show per row.  I have created 2 queries through Query Generator.  The 1st contains the OINV and OSLP tables with Fields:  DocNum, NumAtCard, SlpName, DocDate, CardCode, CardName, DocTotal
    The 2nd contains the ORIN and OSLP tables withe the same Fields.
    I need to combine these 2 queries and I need assistance with the DocTotal.  I need the amount before tax.
    This report needs to balance back to the SAP B1 Sales Analysis Report.

    Is it possible for us to display an additional field  to be viewed in Sales Analysis Report?
    I'm talking about a vacant field from BP Master data, and somehow append it into form settings and put it into the report?

    It is not possible to add field on SAP sales analysis report , but you can create report based on query with required fields.
