PO release status is not updated.
Dear Expert,
Configuration of PO Release Strategy:
Release Indicator B & R.
Indicator B : Changble field is 4
Indicator R : Changble field is 1 ( Cann't be changed)
Note : For PR , Business case is same , Upon final release users are not allowed to change the PR & PO.
Transaction:
1. PR Creation & Release --- Working fine.
1. PO w.r.t PR Creation & Release --- PO release ( ME29N)status is getting changed from B to R, But release status of PO getting reset from R to B when I am trying to View/Change/cancel Release ME23N/ME22N/ME29N.
When I am using the above said T-Code, there I am seeing that PO is un-release, Though I ahve released the PO.
I am not able to understand why system is behaviing such way.
Help me out to resolve this issue.

Keep Changeability Indicator BLANK in Indicator B & for Indicator R , you can keep Changeability Indicator 1 ( Cann't be changed) as your business required in configuration of PO Release Strategy:
For Example:
Release Indicator B & R.
Release ID..........Released.........Changeability Indicator.........Description
Indicator B ........{ }..........................{ }......................................Blocked
Indicator R ........................................................................Released
Now try creating PO & then release, sure it will work.

Since you set the "certificate check required" you must do an explicit check of the cert. I included below the help screen from this indicator in SPRO.
You should be able to review the status of your cert in transaction QC53.

Explicit Inspection of GR Certificate Necessary
If you set this indicator, at goods receipt the system will generally perform as described in the field "Control without certificate".
This means that even if you confirm the certificate receipt at goods receipt, and thereby set the status "2 - Certificate received", the system will still perform as specified in the field "control without certificate". See Control without certificate.
You must explicitly check the content of the certificate recieved at goods receipt and set the status "5 - Certificate filed and inspected ", before, for example, the inspection lot status will be set to CROK.
You can confirm that you have checked the content of the certificate in the certificate transaction or when making the usage decision.
Note
If you have set the indicator and chosen an unsuitable setting in the field "Control without certificate", the goods receipt can be generally blocked.
This security function is generally used at electronic certificate receipt to check the accuracy of the certificate contents. -
Contract Release Value is not updated with Confirmation or Invoice value
The release value for a contract in SRM EBP shows the value of purchase orders created using that contract. It does not take into account confirmation and/or invoice values.
For example I create a PO for 10 items at £100/each using Contract ABC. The total value of the PO is £1000 and the release value contract ABC would be £1000. If I then only confirm and invoice 5 items (£500) for the PO, the release value of contract ABC stays at £1000 even though I would expect it to update to £500
Therefore the release value of the contract could be incorrectly overstated if purchase orders are created against the contract but not actually invoiced/confirmed for their total value.

Status is not updated from delivery to sales order item.
Dear Folks,
One user created sales order with 10 line items and he created delivery and later he deleted line item 30 in that delivery document and with remaining 9 line item he done the PGI & Billing.Here what is the problem is the deleted line item in sales order status showing as completed and delivered quatity showing as 10.Status is not updated from delivery to sales order item.Please let me know how to resolve this?

Please go to VTLA transaction then select your delivery and order types after that go in to the details of the item level settings here you check field called Update document flow under Control data tab.

Release PO value not updated to GOA
Hi Gurus,
when I create a PO on ECC releted to an SRM GOA, the release value is not update to SRM.
When I creat a PO, the outbound idoc form ECC is created correctly but the inbound idoc on SRM show an error like "object linkage not found"

Requisition status was not updated
Hello people,
we have a requisition with only one item. We are asking quantity = 4.
For this requisition were opened 4 RFQ. So the requisition Processing Status is "RFQ created".
After this, it was created an order with 4 lines (each one with PO Quantity = 1). In the first line we have the RFQ and the requisition numbers above.
But the requisition Processing Status is "RFQ created" yet.
Why the status was not updated? And, how can I update it?
I tried to run the report RM06HL04, but it didn´t update it.

Contract Release value is not updated with Limit item value
We have SRM 4.0 with ECS scenario.
Contract are created in SRM and replicated to ERP.
If we create PO with Service line and Limit line using contract in both of these line items, contract Release value is getting updated only with Service line item value.
But the contract Total value is the addition of Service and Limit value of PO.

Yes. there are various reasons .upon your contract incorrect status and linkage not establised / or more attachment in SRM GOA.
what type of contract are you using? GOA or CCTR
If it is GOA - which version of SRM and service pack ?are you in ?
If it is a GOA , BLAREL idoc might failed to post the release value in the SRM .
How contracts are created material / mat group ?
to fix or understand the issue, you need to recreate the issue.

Current Status report not updating
Over the past few months I have been getting more and more problems where the "Current Status" indication is wrong. Usually I can get the "Current Status" back to being accure by going to File/Refresh. In the past when something changed the status, like a restart taking the system off line for a few seconds, the current status would update back to Available once the remote computer completed its reboot. Now however there is about an equal chanve that the status indicated in ARD will or will not update automatically when the status changes. If the status remains at ARD Not Available or Sleeping or something else ARD will not control that system till I manually do a refresh and then initiate the new action.
This is more of an irritant than a major problem but it sure would be nice if I could get ARD back to correcting and updating the indicated status correctly. This is with the 3.5.1 ARD Admin software. Any Ideas?A few things I would suggest you do to determine where the problem lies.
1) Create an Essbase pull sheet in Excel that mimics the form and verify you see the data in Essbase -- you should see it just after your form is saved.
2) Compare the dimensions on your report with those on the Form. I would guess your report has an upper level member that is not dynamically calculated -- if this is true then if you really want the report to show the exact data as the form then update the report appropriately.

Apple Mail read status does not update correctly
I have one iMac running Mavericks and using Apple Mail to run three IMAP accounts provided by a local Apple Mountain Lion Server.
It exhibits two issues:
Firstly it fails to refresh the view automatically in the message viewer window.
The header at the very top of the window will update live when a new message comes in so that it says "X Messages (Y Unread)" with the correct numbers. The list of messages does not update unless you switch mailboxes, then switch back again. Then they appear instantly.
The second and more critical issue is that the read and unread status of messages is not updating correctly at all. Refreshing the view make no difference. Two of the three accounts are shared with 6 other iMacs running Mountain Lion and Snow Leopard. None of these have an issue.
I have deleted and re-added the accounts several times, I have tried a completely clean new user account. Sometimes the first issue goes away but it returns after a short time.
The next step would be to erase the whole Mac but I am reluctant to go to the hassle as I have a suspicion that this will not make a difference and that there is a glitch with Mail on Mavericks. I have run all updates.Hi Brenn,
To narrow down the issue, we need more investigation:
1.Does the issue occurs only in Category view? Please check if user 1 set the view to Date and email read status update.
2.Does the issue occurs to user1's own mailbox with the same setting as shared mailbox?
3.If the shared mailbox is in cached mode, please check Account Settings > Change > More Settings... > Adwanced > Use Cached Exchange mode > check Download shared folders.
4.Please switch to online mode for shared mailbox and test the issue.

Release Status Code not changing
Hi experts,
There is a button "Released" on CustomerInvoiceRequestQAF. After released, the new invoice that I have created should be released.
But I check the released status code in CustomerInvoice.xbo's BeforeSaveEvent and the status is still not changing. It still shows "Not Released".
The steps when I press Release on CustomerInvoiceRequestQAF.
1.CustomerInvoice.xbo's BeforeSave (because I have written some code there)
this.Status.ReleasedStatusCode is still "1" meaning "Not Released". It should be "3" (Released)
2.CustomerInvoiceRequest.xbo's BeforeSave
this.Status.LifeCycleCode is still "1" meaning "Not Released".It should be "2" (Released).
When I press Release on CustomerInvoiceQAF. The status is changed to Released.

This case involves 2 standard BOs. CustomerInvoiceRequest and CustomerInvoice.
CustomerInoivceRequestQAF--->Save -->Invoice Requests (CustomerInvoiceRequestOWL)
I can release the invoice directly here.
CustomerInvoiceRequestQAF-->Release -->Invoice Documents (CustomerInoivceOWL)
OR
I can release the invoice this way. First "Save as Invoice", and Then "Release" it in Invoice Documents.
CustomerInoivceRequestQAF--->Save As Invoice -->CustomerInvoiceQAF(with a status "Not Released")
CustomerInvoiceQAF--> Release -->Invoice Documents(with a status "Released")
The second case works fine. In the first case, the release status code doesn't change to "Released".

In Student File:Status Tab Not Updating Automatically
Hi all
When I create a Student, and Create Admission application and create admission, Every time status should be updated automatically. In one system it is updating Correctly, But in Other system it is not updating.
In the other system it is updating only when I create student with the status 'Account Data Not Updated'. Later Statuses like (Admitted Applicant: ADMA, Applicant: ADMU,Attending: CS01,Student: CS03) are not updating.
Can any one tell me where I have to Configure it.
I think because of it the Student Header Status is also not displaying.
My developer debugged and found that, As there are no Active Status Indicators, Student Header Status is coming empty.
Also he found that the Status Infotype 1728 is Empty in one System and filled in other System.
I have checked both the systems, But I didn't find any difference.
I have been struggling for past One week for the same.

I have activated the BADI HRPIQ00_SET_STATIND for filter ADO1(Create Adm Appl) and AD05(Execute Adm).
But that BADI is not triggering when I create admission application or when Creating Admission.
The Status tab is still not updating.
As per my knowledge when ever we create admission application, or create admission like things, the status tab in student file updates automatically depending on some configuration. Because in the other system (which i told in my earlier Question)in which statuses are updating correctly,there is no active Implementation of the BADI HRPIQ00_SET_STATIND,but still Statuses in this System are Updating Correctly.
As of now I have Implemented the BADI HRPIQ00_SET_STATIND with filter AD01 AD05. I didnt write any code in it.
When I put a Break point in the method SET_STATIND of the active Implemented BADI, that break point is not triggering when i create adm appl and when creating admission. So can you tell me how to proceed further to write any code in that.
Are there any standard templates of code available to activate and deactivate the statuses in the method SET_STATIND.
Or any other Config issues because of which the updation of statuses are effecting.
Issue Reg: Status Line
I have seen the BADI HRPIQ00_ST_HD_HS and Implemented the method BUILD_STATUS_LINE for the Custom status.
As you told to use standard Implementation to get the status line, Can you tell me where i could find the standard Implementation to build the status line.
Also to write a custom program to build the status line, Infotype for stauses 1728 is not updating. So I cannot able to fetch the data of statuses from the Infotypes.

Support Desk Message is Sent to SAP; But the status is not updated

We have Solution Manager 7.0 SP15 with Windows Server and Oracle.
Service Desk is configured.
One user has reported a problem from satellite system.
It arrived to Service Desk of Solution Manager.
The support team message processor changed the status to "In Process"
and asked sapadmin user(who can forward messages to SAP) to forward this message to SAP.
sapadmin user(SAP-OSS) has performed the action "Send Message to SAP" successfully.
But the status of the message is still "In Process". It didn't change to "Sent to SAP".
Question is:
1. Where and How to check the message is really sent to SAP or not?
2. Why the status is not changed to SAP? Is anything needs to be done yet?
I have checked this thread and performed the actions. But still it doesn't work.
Send support message to SAP, don't refresh info at service desk

I get different error now when the user try to do the action "Send Message to SAP".
The error is: "You do not have authourization to send notification to SAP".
The user has the following roles:

Remediation status is not updated
Hi,
I have a SCCM 2012 R2 CU3 installation where I use Endpoint Protection on the clients.
My problem is that when I run the report "Infected Computers" I see a list of the computers that are/were infected but the report shows the value "None" in the "Remediation status" field for a lot of the computers even though
that the computers have been cleaned successfully.
If I look at the computer object in the SCCM console there is also listed None as the Remediation status.
How come that the status is not correct? How is the remediation status reported/calculated?
I can see that the report gets it information from the "ComputerStatus" field of the "v_GS_AntimalwareInfectionStatus" view.
Any help would be appreciated.

What's the Infection Status in the "Infected Computers" report?
You could also try to run the other endpoing protection reports to see if you can get more information.
Please make sure that you have choosed the correct collection in the console when check Malware Remediation Status.
