PO tex at item position not transfer to backend

Hi all,
Is necesary any configuration or BADI activation to transfer PO item text to backend?? all PO data is transfer correctly except this information.
any suggestions?

I have searched the boards and found a handful of suggestions that I have tried with very limited success. My assumption is that is is a drive issue rather than a mac issue (Enlighten me if I am not posting in the right place!)
I'd like to be able to avoid deleting the files and reformatting as I'd have a very tough time reloading the information seeing that I can't copy directly from that disk and the backup is in a different physical location (about 3 time zones away). Please let me know if there is something that can be done to find what the "hang up" is on this disk and pinpoint the error rather than having to start from scratch. Here is a more detailed background:
Computer - Mac Mini running 10.6.8 (I have tried on two separate machines of the same model and OS as well as on a Mac Pro also running 10.6.8 with the same results)
What I am trying to do: Copy several folders woth of .mov and .avi files of varying size (files are up to about 9GB but most are around 100MB) over firewire 800 from a 1TB LaCie Rugged to a 4TB G-Raid. (I have tried copying whole folders as well as individual files).
The Issue: In the middle of a large transfer of multiple files nested in a folder I got an error message saying that the file could not be copied because it was "in use." I tried again and got the error again, I then tried moving individual folders and started getting the error even earlier in the transfer.
What I have tried: Restarted, tried on multiple systems, and verified and repaired the questionable disk (even though no errors were being reported).
I then remembered a time when I had a similar issue that turned out to be a Quicklook Bug so I terminated Quicklookhelper in my processes and restarted (no luck) I changed my view settings in Finder to not have a preview (no luck).
I took the advice of another board and trashed com.apple.QuickLookDaemon and com.apple.QuickLookDaemon.plist and restarted (no luck).
I then tried verifying the disk again and it did come up with an error though it claimed to successfully repair it. (I will post the report from disk utility at the end for anyone that thinks it might be helpful)
At this point I was able to transfer one file of 4+GB to the other disk. Then when I went to go to the next file I started getting the same error. I went throught the above "trash and repair" process that worked before but saw no results this time.
I also noticed that I could not "trash"com.apple.QuickLookDaemon and com.apple.QuickLookDaemon.plist while the faulty drive was mounted as it was coming up as "in use" as well.
Any suggestions? I'd love you forever.
(Here is the report from Disk Utility: Yes, the faulty drive is called "Baby Mama")

Console isn't reporting anything other than "aborted" whenever it fails to transfer.
For a minute the drive seemed to fail entirely, but then is able to be repaied in disk Utility (after 2 tries).
It also ocassionally won't unmount because the drive too is "in use" (despite the fact that this would be impossible as no other programs are running after I restart.
I got 2 small files to transfer in Safe Mode, but then I was back to the same errors.
Time Machine isn't running and I added the drive to the Privacy Pane. So far I'm still having a hang up with this thing.
All good suggestions though. I appreciate it.
I wonder what the process is that is holding it up!?! Is the "node" error I keep seeing some sort of clue? I can't find much about it.

The payment request do not transfer the Item Text field to FI doc

The payment request do not transfer the Item Text (SGTXT) field to FI documents (accounting document) when they are paid by F111 and the payment request is created from repetitive codes (Trx FRFT_B). Therefore is not able to display a text description in the FI line items accounts, even the payment request document number is not available in the accounting document.
Even the program SAPLKKBL (F8BT) does not contain available the Accounting document.
So, there is not easy trace.
Does anybody know how can I match this?

In other words, you will not able to experience the reported issue
in the system with standard SAP coding.
However, the text value can be passed via business transaction event
(BTE) for example or other modifications as a substitution.
I hope this confirmation of the standard system behaviour is
useful to you.

hi,
transfer of cost from sub item to main item is configured in the delivery to billing copy control for the main item. go to VTFL > select the required item cateogry > here at the bottom you will find a check box Cummulate cost. Tick it.
Not really what you meant COPA purposes. But the pricing conditions are mapped to COPA value fields at KE4I transaction.

Ask the ACDSee Pro support personnel.
With iPhoto that message means the library is a referenced library (photo not copied when imported into iPhoto's structure) and the source file is not where it was when first added to the library. I don't know how ACDSee works. Does it have a referenced mode as opposed to copying photos into its structure?

Frm 10.1.2.0.2 screen layout item x-y positions not matching property value

Hi,
We're having an ongoing problem here.
When we open up older existing forms and look at the layout editor and place the cursor at the left edge of a screen item and note the x/y values.
We then open the property palette for the same item and the physical x-position and y-position are always larger (by some 30%).
If we add a new item and match it to other items in the block, the new item's prop palette x/y values do not match the layout editor position.
This is happenning on more than 1 pc.
Currently running forms 10.1.2.0.2 (32 bit) on win7 ultimate 64 bit, but this was also happenning under winXP.
Just as a side note, creating a new form from scratch does not show this issue; both the layout editor and the property palette x/y values match.
Anyone else had this problem?

I'm assuming the answer has to be yes (same settings), as we don't change the defaults when we install forms onto new PCs. You might want to confirm this rather than assume. We require all new forms to start from a TEMPLATE.fmb so we know that all forms have the same basic defaults (coordinate system, inherited triggers, required objects, etc).
I can't say for certain that is the cause - but it is work checking the forms you are having trouble with to make sure they match forms that work OK.
I honestly can't think of what to look at next. If it creates a problem in your runtime, you might want to consider opening a Service Request (SR) with Oracle Support.

Balancing field "Profit Center" in line item 001 not filled

When i am doing Posting with clearing(FB05) i am getting the below error message "Balancing field "Profit Center" in line item 001 not filled"
Background: When we are doing the MIRO transaction we have used a diffrent profit center than it came from the Purchase Order where we have added extra cost and included the new line items under GL tab and posted the Invoice.
Now i want to tranfer that to a diffrent Vendor and clear it. So i used FB05 transsaction. When i tired to do the transfer posting with clearing i am getting the error message "Balancing field "Profit Center" in line item 001 not filled" As we have under the document split Zero balances check box checked along with the Profit center Mandatory for field Profit Center. The system could not determine which profit center it has to use.

How to add a new item-position to salesorder in dialog

Dear all,
i have a request to add a new item position to an existing sales order in dialog. The information I have are material number and quanity. After adding these infos the system should work like the user has added the line manually (Entered MatNr and Quantity and pressed Enter). All error messages and checks and rereading data should be processed. Any idea how to do this?

Maybe not exactly. The user jumps from an "extension" button to a dialog where he can select materials an quantity´s these should be added as new positions to the order.

Balance Sheet Accounts are required to be split in case you have document splitting activated u2026.. and in your case the profit center is made mandatory for the documents to get splitted u2026.. and the profit center would be derived from cost centeru2026u2026u2026. therefore to split the document by using document type u2013 SA through F-02 we need to do further settings, i.e., you need to configure u201CExtended Document Splitting Configurationu201D
For example: Rent expenditure is been posted which is having more than 2 Debits and consisting of different Cost Centers and posting to Rent Payable A/c which is a Balance sheet A/cu2026u2026.
Path: Financial Accounting (New) - - General Ledger Accounting (New) - - Business Transactions - - Document Splitting - - Extended Document Splitting -- Define Document Splitting Rule
Define your Business Transaction variant and for that variant define document splitting rule u2026u2026u2026.. where in you need to activate Automatically split check box for the desired categories.

Item Category not Defined Error message when deleting a batch item in Deliv

Hi,
I am trying with a Intercompany transfer . So after creating Interco. Transfer we have followed with a delivery document.
Now,we would like to delete the delivery document. For your info. Del. doc is still open. We haven't gone for Goods issue or anything else.
So,we tried removing the batch line item in batchsplit tab of the delivery and then deleting the delivery document.
But we get the error message "Item catgeory Not defined". but we could see entries for Item category Determination with the particular Delivery typeItem Category Group from Material MasterItem Usage+Item Category.
Why does system throw "Item catgeory Not defined". when there are entries for particular determination available .

Trying to create a new playlist but several songs are marked with exclamation mark and will not transfer into playlist - any advice?

I have never had trouble creating playlists before but quite a few songs will not transfer and ate marked at the side with an exclamation mark. I know ZERO about technology so if you can help me in very simple language, I would be very grateful! I am wondering if it may have something to do with the fact that I have had to start new accounts when I have moved countries, on order to be able to use the credit card of the new country in the Itunes store of that country... I am in Aus and have bought a lot of tunes here but last year I was living in Brunei and, in order to use my brunei credit card ( as it was the only one with money in it) , I had to set it up as different to my Aus account. Could this be the issue? prior to Aus my account was in Ireland. I have paid for all these songs but it seems I cannot now use some of them... Please help!!! The exclamation mark next to a song means it is no longer where iTunes is looking for it. iTunes won't let you add such "missing" songs to a playlist. Possible reasons for a song going missing are that you or some third party software has moved or deleted it, or a folder that contained it, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter, or a configuration file has changed making iTunes look in a slightly different place from before.
Select one of the songs with an exclamation mark, press CTRL+I to Get Info, say no when prompted to locate it, then note down the location from the Summary tab that begins file://localhost/ - please post back this path as given. Hopefully you can find the file this entry in your library is supposed to be connected to. Assuming you can please post back this path as well. These two items of information may suggest a fix through folder manipulation or a configuration change.
If things have got a little more disorganized then, as long as the tracks still exist to be found, my FindTracks script should be able to reconnect them to iTunes. FindTracks uses some fuzzy matching routines and searches for multiple potential locations. For more details see this thread. Start by selecting the tracks of a single album and then run the script. Your media folder should normally be detected automatically, e.g. as C:\Users\<User>\iTunes\iTunes Media, but you can edit the path if it is wrong or a particular batch of lost files are stored at another path. If it works as expected you can then move on to fixing the rest of the library in bigger batches.
