PO Updates in SRM

Hello,
I have a requirement for a report in SRM which should update the account assignment in SRM-PO with the new WBS Element / Fund. Now, I am little new to SRM programming. Could some one give me detailed steps as to what FMs do I need to use and how do I go about updating the PO in SRM?

    Hi
    It is not possible to see, but there is a way.  You need to check in ECC in FBL1N for this invoice for the invoice payment. and if you are confirm that no further invoice you need to tick final invoice posted in PO.
    With this tick you can confirm the status of the payment.

  • PO not updated in SRM

    Hi SRM Experts,
    We are in SRM2.0 with classic scenario.
    The PO created in R/3( from Pur Req.) after Shopping Cart approval is updated back to SRM. This PO is then deleted and another PO is created from the same Pur.Req.
    Now the Deleted Status is updated back to the SRM but the newly created PO is not updated even after running BBP_GET_STATUS_2 job.
    As the new PO is not updated in SRM, Confirmation is not possible.
    Any clue on how to proceed for this issue ?

    All list of tables for eg. SC You can find in transaction BBP_PD on SRM side.
    These tables are (SRM):
    - CRMD_ORDERADM_H - for Header (Business Transactions Header)
    - BBP_PDHGP - Business Transaction Purchasing Information
    - CRMD_ORDERADM_I - for Item - Business Transaction Item
    - BBP_PDIGP - Business transaction item-Purchasing information
    - BBP_PDBEI - Backend Specific Item Data
    On R/3 side:
    EBAN - purchase requisition
    EBKN - purch. req. account assignment

    Hi Rameshwar,
    The process and approach may differ organization to organization.
    However, let me tell you what process we follow -
    1.     Whenever the New employee or User joins organization it is automatically updated in the Idm (Identity management system). Hope you are aware of this application.
    2.     The User who wants access to SRM as the end user will apply for the specified roles (Portal roles for Portal access & SAP roles for shopping) through Idm. The Idm is connected to the SRM system and whenever there is a addition / change/ update in Idm it will also update the SRM system.
    3.     Only for SAP Approver roles we have WORKFLOW setup in Idm.So that the user is created in the SRM system with specified approver roles only after approval is completed in Idm.
    For Requester role there is normal workflow.
    4. Once it is approved, the user is created in the SRM system and we can check in SU01D
    5.     This is User creation centrally. However, if you have admin access you can also directly create in SRM using SU01 transaction.
    6.     Once the user is created with specified roles, we need to manually put the user in PPOMA orgnaization strcuture.
    7.    Same procedure is followed when the employee is left the organization.
    8. Throught IDm we remove all the authorization to SRM. however the user gets deleted in SRM but the Assignment still remains in the PPOMA. Which the consultant has to delete it manually.

  • PO status update in SRM

    Hi friends,
    We have seen PO's approved and released through w/f. It has been replicated in R/3 but when user sees the status on SRM portal, it shows as 'Error in Process'.
    Is there any way we can update that status manually.
    Please advice on that. I was looking for any tcode or report or FM which will help me to update that status.

  • Account assignment not updated in SRM's shopping cart when changes are made in ERP's PO - Classic Scenario

    Hello!
    A customer has classic scenario and creates shopping carts using only cost center as account assignments in SRM.
    When the PO is created in ERP's backend, sometimes a purchaser changes the account assignment to Asset("A").
    The account assignment changed in ERP is not reflecting in the shopping cart and the result is that the requester can not make a goods receipt in SRM because the account assignment does not match the PO.
    Does anybody knows what shall be done so the account assignment in SRM is updated according to ERP?
    Shall I use BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI?

    Hi Karin,
    As Mithun rightly said, the changes made to the PO will not be reflected in the SC not just in Classic but in Extended Classic Scenario as well.
    We create a Confirmation against a PO and not against SC, so it is not necessary that the SC needs to be updated.
    Is the system allowing the creation of the Confirmation or is the error coming up when the confirmation is being posted on the backend system?
    Can you check the SLG1 in SRM for the error that it is triggering when the PO is changed?

  • PO history is not updating in SRM EC PO

    We have implemented SRM 7.2 EC scenarios.
    Againt the PO in ECC we generate the Down payment request and Down payment document. It update in as PO history within ECC PO. But Related documents tab with SRM  PO we can't see down payment request number or document as follow on document.
    Where if we generate GR/Invoice/Sub Debit/Sub credit/GR-IR maintenance document within ECC, we can see as follow on document within related tab of SRM PO.

    Are you using PPS?
    Down payment will only be displayed in the Extended History of PO in PPS scenario.

  • SC data updation in SRM and in the R/3

    Hi
    I have few doubts regarding the updation of the shopping cart data to SRM and from SRM to R/3.
    1) when we enter the data in the SC and press the "order" button , i know that the data is atored in the tables
    CRMD_ORDERADM_H and CRMD_ORDERADM_I (am i right ?? are there any other tables which i am missing??). i want to know which abap program extracts the data which we enter in the EB WEB and puts the data into the above tables. How exactly the updationof data into the above mentioned tables takes place.
    2) from SRM how the data is taken to r/3 ? when these data trnsfer exactly occurs. ( I mean whether isis after yhe approval work flow is completed ??)I know some programs which hepls in the transfer of data,  like BBP_reqreq_transfer  and  clean_reqreq_up. Are there any other programs or FM or BADI which comes into pictre during the transfer of SC data from SRM to r/3.

    Hi Sankara,
    1- All tables that are used for document storage are described in transaction BBP_PD (there are several other tables than the CRM* ones).
    Concerning the tables populating, I think you didn't understand that when you are running the SC creation transaction in the WEB, it is an ABAP transaction that is running in the SRM server. It is this transaction that manages the data populating in the database (with FMs).
    2- The data is transfered after the WF is completed to the backend it is done through RFC calls for RS PR PO and Entry Sheets, and through IDOCS for GR and IV .
    The FM BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER is called at the end of the SC WFs, to create follow on documents. In case of Backend documents creation (RS, PR or PO) Badis are available in SRM to change/enrich the document before the RFC call to the backend.

  • Data source 0BBP_TD_SC_APPR_1 - delta update in SRM

    Hello,
    I use 0BBP_TD_SC_APPR_1 data source. I have made the delta initialisation with the data transfer into the ODS. Worked fine: data is in and the delta is initialised.
    The problem is, that the delta queue is never updated in the SRM (RSA7).
    Do you know how this works? Is there an additional report (as RMBW* in R/3 LIS)? Or are there any restrictions for the workflow?

  • The change date of PR in ECC does not update in SRM

    Hi,my experts:
      I work in SRM7.0, PDP Scenairo
      I create PR in ECC ,and then the PR will transfer to sourcing in SRM .But if  I change the quantity of the PR ,the update will not happen on the SC(the PO has not been generated in sourcing ).
      Is it a system error ?Or others ?

    Hi Muthu,
    As said earlier, i have never seen a scenario where one can change a PR after it has been transferred to SRM. I have seen cases where they forcefully reset the eprofile field to close a PR (in some peculiar instances).
    The change i was mentioning was the shopping cart change in the sourcing cockpit. In you example, when the qty is changed from 7 to 5, the difference of 2 comes back as a new cart referencing the PR.
    I missed a point here..
    What i actually intended to mean was in cases where a PO is created from the sourcing cockpit & later on the PO qty is reduced, the difference comes back to the sourcing cockpit.
    I am not very sure in the PDP scenario whether the purchaser is able to change the qty in the sourcing cockpit.
    In the general scenario, i know that a change in qty done from the sourcing cockpit changes the shopping cart qty directly.

  • Approved Supplier List - Item list update in SRM 7.0

    Hello,
    I have a custom screen from where supplier adds the product category themself. Now my question is - If the supplier adds any product category, it should be added in the approved supplier list. If he deletes any product category it should be deleted. We have FM BBP_PD_AVL_UPDATE to do this job. but it not working fine. Even I am not sure whether i am using it properly or not. I have initially added the Del indicator and if I remove the Active indicator it gives an error message -"Status and active flag in one item do not match" . Can any one give some sample code or any other option to do this functionality.

  • PO text not updated on SRM portal

    Hi Friends,
    We have upgraded SRM 4.0 (SRM server 5 SP04) to SRM 5.0 (SRM server 5.5 SP03) in MM-SUS scenario using XI 3.0.
    In a standard functionality text at header and item level of PO is visible on the portal. However currently we are not able to see text in the "Messages from purchaser" textedit box on the portal.
    We have checked in the R/3 idoc. Following two segments carry this information:
    IDOC Segment ON R/3 for header text: E1EDKT2
    IDOC Segment ON R/3 for ITEM text: E1EDPT2
    All the content of these segments are also there in the XML on SUS, but are not visible on the portal.
    For example, following are the contents displayed in the text box:
    Vendor :DS063D -SHARDA MOTOR INDUSTRIES LTD
    Buyer :SANT GANESH
    Validity Start Date :21.03.2006 & Validity-End Date:31.03.2099
    Payment Term :D022 --19 days from date of receipt
    Incoterms :Free del.to stores-Frgt.paid --
    Similar is the problem for item text.
    I will be very grateful if anybody can suggest the settings missing or program correction required on SRM in BSP application (SRMSUS).

    Hello Rajesh,
    Few more pointers, if works:
    1. Check the roles, sometimes security restricts role by document types.
    2. Extended classic scenario is activated.
    3. As a standard, there are 3 purchasing tabs in SRM 7.0 for buyer depending on portal roles, ECC, SRM & harmonized role (ECC & SRM), Check if you are trying to create PO in SRM/Harmonized role purchasing tab & not in ECC. Easiest way to check is you will have shopping cart POWL visible in SRM purchasing tab.

  • Product Catagories deleted in ECC are not updating in SRM

    Hi All ,
    We are facing an issue in Product category replication  from ECC to SRM.
    When add new product category  in ECC and does the Replication then the prod category will replicate in SRM tables.
    but when we delete a  Category in ECC and replicate then none of the SRM tables showing the deletion indicator.
    1: Is there any table which will show the deletion indicator for Product Category  deleted in the ECC.
    2: Is   there  any FM which can get  the deletion indicator in SRM for deleted Product  Categories  in ECC
    Please help us .

    Hi  thanks a lot for your reply,
      but we  have report which gives the details of Product Categories.So In report we are making use of FM
    "COM_PRODUCT_CATEGORY_GETLIST" this FM getting all the Product Categories even those are deleted in ECC.
    So we need to remove such entires.
      If we deleted the Prod cat  through R3MATCLASS , is then the Prod Cat will not be picked by FM ?

  • Service entry update in SRM SUS

    Dear All,
    We are in SRM7, using MM-SUS,creting a confirmation for a service PO from SUS
    It is creating a service entry in MM.
    After service entry release it created a GR as per the standard procedure.
    Now when i run RPODDELIVERY update sending out of MM system using IDOC STPPOD, i could not see the GR in SUS under All Goods recipets.
    This scenario is working successfully for material PO
    Please suggest.

    We don't do Inbound dilevery in Service Procurement. We post service entry.
    As I said there should be some setting  missed in 'SE_SERVICES_PROCUREMENT' XI scenario. You should trouble shoot it.
    As of I remember after posting service entry sheet; confirmation used to get created in SUS.
