PO upload header text

Hi,
is there any way to upload massively header texts in POs ?
Regards

the tables are always STXH and STXL for long text, for any long text in SAP.
The key is important.
Just enter a header note in ME22N, then double click the text to get into  the text editor.
beeing in the text editor choose from menu GOTO > HEADER  to get the important info about the key.
you will see which text id  and text object is used and how the text name has to be formatted when loading.

    Hi,
Using BDC, You can not uplaod sales order header text. You can upload the header text using FM

Here giving sample code. This code is written for Material master text. You change this code according to your requirement

Record the transaction properly for header text along with other fields properly, it will generate the code for you when you save the recording and create the Program using the Recording.
if not You can go with the BAPI,
    BAPI : BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2
Table parameter ORDER_TEXT is used for the creation of the text.
Read the documentation of the BAPI.

  • Header text not responsive at smart phone size & BG question

The header text doesn't fit into the view for a smart phone. I don't know how to correct that other than to change my width from 85% to 100% when at the smallest size (if that can be done). Help?
I thought it would be better to ask this next question on a new thread but both needed the code so I'll add that here:
The purse (& butterfly) images have an incomplete BG color. The partial upper BG color comes from div hover which really isn't a functional div. Since the image boxes are within the body but not a separate div I don't know how to get BG color (same as footer). help?

  • BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST problem in header text(bktxt)

    Hi experts,
Am using bapi  BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST for gl upload for t-code f-02. the problem is header text(bktxt) is not uploading in fb03. how to solve this problem??
    Regards,
    Sunita.

Because BAPI: BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST will Check BADI with Posting
    1.BADI Information:
    (1)Object Type Name(Interface) is IF_EX_AC_DOCUMENT (T-code: SE24)
    (2)Method: CHANGE_INITIAL & CHANGE_AFTER_CHECK
    2.Reason:
(1)Once This BADI has been created for any reason,
        BAPI:BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_CHECK & BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST
will check it for Document Header Text
(2)If Method: CHANGE_INITIAL & CHANGE_AFTER_CHECK has been created for any reason,
but Creator return an null Document Header Text, then BAPI will clear Document Header Text
    3.Solution:
    (1)Add source code into Method: CHANGE_INITIAL & CHANGE_AFTER_CHECK,
please refer to (2) for detail source code below
    (2)
      DATA: wa_header TYPE acchd.
      IF sy-xprog EQ 'SAPLBPFC'.
*---<SAPLBPFC> is for Posting     with BAPI: BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_CHECK
    *---<SAPMSSY1> is for Test(Check) with BAPI: BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST
        CLEAR wa_header.
        wa_header = im_document-header.
        ex_document-header-bktxt = wa_header-bktxt.
        CLEAR wa_header.
      ENDIF.

  • LSMW - Direct Input - Sales order - Header Text

    Hello,
I upload scheduling agreement with header text.  Upload is successful and I have seen the text from both front end and table STXH.  However, this field is set mandatory, and even it is uploaded, it is still shown on incompletion log.  Only when I manually make some change it passes the incompletion check.
Here is what i have done In LSMW::
BTEXHKOM                       Communication fields for maintaining text header
        Fields
OLDNR                        Document and item number of the data in the external system
                                Source:  ZHEADER-OLDNR (QAD SO no.)
                                Rule :   Transfer (MOVE)
                                Code:    BTEXHKOM-OLDNR = ZHEADER-OLDNR.
Caution: Source field is longer than target field
LAISO                        Language according to ISO 639
                                Code:    BTEXHKOM-LAISO = 'EN'.
            TDID                         Text ID
                                Rule :   Constant
                                Code:    BTEXHKOM-TDID = 'ZTTR'.
BTEXLKOM                       Communication fields for maintaining text lines
               Fields
OLDNR                        Document and item number of the data in the external system
                                       Source:  ZHEADER-OLDNR (QAD SO no.)
                                       Rule :   Transfer (MOVE)
                                       Code:    BTEXLKOM-OLDNR = ZHEADER-OLDNR.
Caution: Source field is longer than target field
                   TXPARGRAPH                   Tag column
                                       Code:    BTEXLKOM-TXPARGRAPH = '/'.
                   TXLINE                       Text editor text line
                                       Source:  ZHEADER-ZTEXT1 (Title of transfer)
                                       Rule :   Transfer (MOVE)
                                       Code:    BTEXLKOM-TXLINE = ZHEADER-ZTEXT1.
I put them under same structure ZHEADER together with other header fields in SA. Is there anything missing?
    Thanks in advance.
    Susan

    Hi all,
Many thanks for the suggestions.  One of our expert developers got involved and provided the solution.
In order to have item level text populate, the VBAP-PSTYV  (the sales document item category) field also needs to be populated.  The VBAP-PSTYV field value is dependent on the sales document type.  (Or, at least it is for the configuartion set up in my example)  The sales document type is VBAK-AUART.

  • How to upload a text file from a shared folder and provide an o/p

how to upload a text file from a shared folder and provide an o/p  containing the details in each order in the text file

    Hi,
Use <b>GUI_UPLOAD</b> to upload a text file from a shared folder.
Use <b>GUI_DOWNLOAD</b> to download data in a file on the presentation server or use <b>OPEN DATASET, TRANSFER</b> and <b>CLOSE DATASET</b> statements to download data to the application server.
Now, I hope the code for data fetching, if required, is already present in the report.
Reward points if the answer is helpful.

  • Copy of header text

    Hi SAP Gurus,
Is there any SAP std. possibility, If I entered the text in the Credit memo heder and which get copied into the output of the Invoice list(Credit memo list).
If yes then please let me know how to configure.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Sachin

    Hi Sachin,
To map your requirement you have to ask your Abaper to pick up the Text entered in the Header Text field by using Function module "READ_TEXT" (T-code - SE37).
Firstly go to the Billing document> Header> Text and press the Display log icon available at the bottom where you have entered your Text. It will give you details like ID and Object name against the Text Type where you have entered your text.
Then Use T-code - SE37 then select "READ_TEXT" function module and Execute. System will ask you to enter your client code, ID, Language and the Billing document no. along with the Object Name and then execute. System will display the RESULT at the bottom. Ask your ABAPer to pick this data and use the same on Invoice.
Hope the above meets your requirement.
    REWARD if it helps you!!

    Hello,
the SAP note 301077 lists the available userexits in SD/FI interface.
If, for example, you want to fill a BSEG field of customer line, userexit EXIT_SAPLV60B_002 is the good one.
Instead if you want to fill a BSEG field of a G/L line, userexit EXIT_SAPLV60B_004 is the good one.
    Best regards,
    Ivano.
