POI: HSSFCellStyle odd results

The function below works just fine
<p>
public short addColumnHeader( int rId, String name )
     {</p>
          HSSFRow row = sheet.getRow( rId );
HSSFCell firstCell = row.getCell((short)0);
HSSFCellStyle headerStyle = firstCell.getCellSt yle();
          short cId = (short)row.getPhysicalNumberOfCells();
          row.createCell( cId );
          HSSFCell newCell = row.getCell( cId );
          newCell.setCellStyle( headerStyle );
                    return cId;
     <p>}</p>
<p>
Created cell receives the background and formatting identical to the first cell in the row
</p>
<p>
I, also, have the function that returns HSSFCellStyle after extracting it from another cell.
</p>
<p>public HSSFCellStyle getCellStyle( int rowId )
     {</p>
          HSSFRow row = ( HSSFRow )sheet.getRow( rowId );
          return row.getCell(( short )0).getCellStyle();
     <p>}</p>
when I use the returned result in setting the style, style is not set.
HSSFCell cell = someRow.createCell((short) x);
cell.setCellStyle( getCellStyle( rowId ));
If you have any idea on how to troubleshoot this or the reason behind, please let me know.
Thank you in advance.

I redid the experiment with the sound left at 32K and had the same results. Breaking up a file in MPEG Streamclip does not solve or even mitigate lack of audio synchronization noticeable at the end of two-hour clips when played in the event browser and in the project browser. This is particularly strange considering that if I trim that same footage in QuickTime and then import it into iMovie, the noticeable lack of synchronization goes away. Can anyone make sense of this?
So here is what I am left with as way of diminishing the synchronization problem that accompanies long DV files:
(1) Open the DV file in QuickTime 7.
(2) Select the section you want to work with, using the In and Out selection markers.
(3) From the Edit menu choose Copy
(4) From the File menu choose New Player
(5) From the Edit menu choose Paste
(6) From the File menu choose Save
Then import the saved file into iMovie.
Otherwise, the more complete solution is to switch to Final Cut Express. Or do earlier versions of iMovie not have this synchronization problem?
One small note: During my second experiment with MPEG Streamclip, while I was importing the results into iMovie there was a power failure caused by the blizzard we are having here in the Chicago area. It lasted a short time and things continued after it passed, but I had to force quit when the thumbnail generation was taking way too long. When I relaunched it looked like all the thumbnails were present and accounted for, so I am not redoing the experiment.

  • 404 and other odd results from 11.2 docs in tahiti

    Just an observation, searching on things like pga at tahiti.oracle.com then clicking on 11.2 results gives 404 errors. Clicking on the 11.2 docs then searching gives not found errors. No problems with other versions. I optimistically take this as a sign that someone is updating the doc set. But it would seem odd to update at 11:00AM on a workday.

    Hi,
    I would like to test downgrade process through the scripts (@catdwgrd.sql). Oracle documentation http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E18283_01/server.112/e17222/downgrade.htm
    says
    "2.If you previously installed a recent version of the time zone file and used the DBMS_DST PL/SQL package to upgrade TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE data to that version, then you must install the same version of the time zone file in the release to which you are downgrading. For example, the latest time zone files that are supplied with Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2) are version 14 as of this printing. If after the database upgrade, you had used DBMS_DST to upgrade the TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE data to version 14, then install the version 14 time zone file in the release to which you are downgrading. This ensures that your TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE data is not logically corrupted during retrieval. To find which version your database is using, query V$TIMEZONE_FILE"
    1) In my case, I used DBMS_DST and now the version if the time zone file is 14. If I have to go back to 10.2.0.4, Should i copy the files to $ORACLE_HOME/ORACORE/ZONEINFO (where $ORACLE_HOME is 10.2.0.4)?
    No - you should not copy files from the 11gR2 HOME to the 10.2.0.4 HOME - instead apply patch 9742718 to the 10.2.0.4 HOME (which corresponds to v14 of the DST patch)
    Updated DST transitions and new Time Zones in Oracle Time Zone File patches [ID 412160.1]
    2) If my Oracle 10.2.0.4 is shared with multiple instances, will i introduce risk for other databases running on the same oracle home when I copy the files?
    You will need to follow steps in 9742718 for all of the databases running out of the 10.2.0.4 HOME
    3) What other steps should I do other than copying the version 14 files into this directory?
    See above

  • Mac Pro not recognizing bootable DVDs and Disk Utility giving odd results.

    My issue is complex, but I'll try my best to explain it as I can.
    One has been resolved it seems, but I am including it so that the whole issue can be seen in context.
    Friday, May 16, 2014
    Last night, after rebooting my Mac Pro from my Bootcamp partition (I'm using Windows 7 Professional if that information is helpful) I received a kernel panic upon Mac OS X booting (Mac OS X 10.6.8).
    My first action was to launch Disk Utility to verify the Mac HD, verify was stopped by disk utility citing that I should insert my Mac OS X install DVD and repair the disk.
    I tried booting from my Snow Leopard install DVD. After the grey Apple logo appeared with the gear spinning below it remained for roughly ten to fifteen seconds (a little long) — then the Apple logo changed to. A grey prohibitory sign (circle with a diagonal line through it, the spinning gear remained. — I tried booting from the Snow Leopard DVD a few time, same result.
    Following this I tried booting using Disk Warrior, same result again.
    I tried booting both the Snow Leopard and Disk Warrior DVDs in both my upper and lower optical drives, with no change.
    I decided to leave the issue and call Apple Support in the morning
    Saturday, May 17, 2014
    This morning I woke my Mac Pro from sleep, opened Disk Utility and tried verifying the hard drive to see if it was temporary — same result, 'please insert the Mac OS X install DVD and repair the drive.' — I also tried booting the install DVD again with no result.
    I then booted my Mac into Safe Mode to check my hardware.
    Upon opening Disk Utility and verifying my Mac HD — the result "Macintosh HD appears to be OK", rand the test again to see if this was an anomaly, but disk returned another pass.
    I performed a normal restart of my system, although Finder was a little slower to load than normal, the system booted correctly. — I then launched Disk Utility and verified the Mac HD, it returned another pass.
    This confused me, after a call to Apple Support the tech explained that 'sometime a Safe Mode boot will fix problems because it disables all non-essential processes when booting. — That makes sense to me.
    However.
    The issue of my Mac not recognizing bootable DVDs remains — it reads disks correctly, it just will not boot them.
    Other steps I have taken to try and resolve this remaining issue.
    1. a PRAM reset. — No change.
    2. an SMC reset. — No change.
    3. Removal of newly installed RAM. — I have tried both running the old and new RAM separately, no change using either combination.
    4. Running bootable DVDs in different optical bays. — No change from both bays.
    a. My upper drive is an MCE Blu-Ray/DVD combo drive, but I have booted from this drive before. (Less than six months old.)
    b. My lower drive is LG DVD-RAM combo drive, I have also booted from this drive before. (Over one year old, replacement for an Apple optical drive.)
    None of the above steps have helped, I still cannot boot from my optical drives — I always receive a prohibitory sign shortly after the Apple logo.
    Other system information:
    Mac OS X 10.6.8
    8GB of RAM (4 x 2GB)
    500GB Western Digital Caviar Blue HDD (less than a year old, boot drive for Mac OS X 10.6.8)
    1TB Samsung HDD (for data storage and also containing Bootcamp partition)
    2TB HDD (cannot remember manufacturer, contains Time Machine backups, as well as data storage)
    ATI Radeon HD 5770 with 1GB of VRAM
    Sorry for the long post but I really need to be able to boot from my optical drives.

    Update: found an old Mountain Lion installation USB flash drive I created a while back.
    I am able to boot from the ML USB flash drive, but am still unable to boot from my either my Snow Leopard Install DVD or my Disk Warrior DVD. — I have verified both DVD and they pass verification tests.
    This leads me to believe that the problem resides either in the Mac, or in BOTH  the Snow Leopard and Disk Warrior DVDs.
    Since I am able to boot from a USB drive, I will look into the possibility of creating a bootable Snow Leopard drive, and perhaps also a Disk Warrior drive — at least until I can resolve the 'not able to boot from DVD' issue.

  • Odd results from SQL statement in JSP

    Hi.
    Getting very strange results from my SQL statement housed in my JSP.
    the last part of it is like so:
    "SELECT DISTINCT AID, ACTIVE, REQUESTOR_NAME, ..." +
    "REQUESTOR_EMAIL" +
    " FROM CHANGE_CONTROL_ADMIN a INNER JOIN CHANGE_CONTROL_USER b " +
    "ON a.CHANGE_CTRL_ID = b.CHANGE_CTRL_ID " +
      " WHERE UPPER(REQUESTOR_NAME) LIKE ? ";   I've set the following variables and statements:
    String reqName = request.getParameter("requestor_name");
    PreparedStatement prepstmt = connection.prepareStatement(preparedQuery);
    prepstmt.setString(1, "%" + reqName.trim().toUpperCase() + "%");
    ResultSet rslts = prepstmt.executeQuery();
    rslts.next();
    int aidn = rslts.getInt(1);
    int actbox = rslts.getInt(2);     String reqname = rslts.getString(3).toUpperCase();
    String reqemails = rslts.getString(4);
    String bizct = rslts.getString(5);
    String dept = rslts.getString(6);
    String loc = rslts.getString(7);
    Date datereq = rslts.getDate(8);
    String busvp = rslts.getString(9);
    AND SO ONSo then I loop it, or try to with the following:
    <%
      try {
      while ((rslts).next()) { %>
      <tr class="style17">
        <td><%=reqname%></td><td><%=reqemails %></td><td><%=bizct %></td>td><%=dept %></td>
       <td><%=aidn %></td>
      </tr>
      <%
    rslts.close();
    selstmt.close();
    catch(Exception ex){
         ex.printStackTrace();
         log("Exception", ex);
    %>AND so on, setting 13 getXXX methods of the 16 cols in the SQL statement.
    Trouble is I'm getting wildly inconsistent results.
    For example, typing 'H' (w/o quotes) will spit out 20 duplicate records of a guy named Herman, with the rest of his corresponding info correct, just repeated for some reason.
    Typing in 'He' will bring back the record twice (2 rows of the complete result set being queried).
    However, typing in 'Her' returns nothing. I could type in 'ell' (last 3 letters of his name, Winchell) and it will again return two duplicate records, but typing in 'hell' would return nothing.
    Am I omitting something crucial from the while statement that's needed to accurately print out the results set without duplicating it and that will ensure returning it?
    There's also records in the DB that I know are there but aren't being returned. Different names (i.e. Jennifer, Jesse, Jeremy) won't be returned by typing in partial name strings like Je.
    Any insight would be largely appreciated.
    One sidenote: I can go to SQL Plus and accurately return a results set through the above query. Having said that, is it possible the JDBC driver has some kind of issue?

    Am I omitting something crucial from the while
    statement that's needed to accurately print out the
    results set without duplicating it and that will
    ensure returning it?Yes.
    In this code, nothing ever changes the value of reqname or any of the other variables.
      while ((rslts).next()) { %>
      <tr class="style17">
        <td><%=reqname%></td><td><%=reqemails %></td><td><%=bizct %></td>td><%=dept %></td>
       <td><%=aidn %></td>
      </tr>
      <%
    } You code needs to be like this:while (rslts.next()) {
      reqname = rslts.getString(3).toUpperCase();
      reqemails = rslts.getString(4);
      bizct = rslts.getString(5);
      dept = rslts.getString(6);
      loc = rslts.getString(7);
      datereq = rslts.getDate(8);
      busvp = rslts.getString(9);
    %>
      <tr class="style17">
        <td><%=reqname%></td><td><%=reqemails %></td><td><%=bizct %></td>td><%=dept %></td>
       <td><%=aidn %></td>
      </tr>
      <%

    but aren't being returned. Different names (i.e.
    Jennifer, Jesse, Jeremy) won't be returned by typing
    in partial name strings like Je.Well, you're half-right, your loop won't display all the rows in the result set, because you call rslts.next(); once immediately after executing the query. That advance the result set to the first row; when the loop is entered, it starts displaying at the 2nd row (or later if there are more next() calls in the code you omitted).

  • Odd results when trying to print a booket

    I print a short run A5 booklet in house. It's printed on a Samsung CLP 610 colour Laser, which can duplex. The printer has it's own booklet protocol. The paper used is A4.
    If I produce pages in CS4 at A5 size and try to print them 2-up saddle stitch, they come out rotated and A6 size - like you were trying to print 4 up to A4.
    The only way I can make it work is to produce the pages at A4 and use the printers booklet making facility. It then reduces them rotates them and imposes them in the right order.
    This is OK as a work around, but I may want to go to an outside printer at some point and they will need A5 pages.
    I must be missing something here - can anyone give me a blow by blow of how to achieve this while originating in A5 and using Indesign's page imposing?

    OK, I think I have it! Don't know if this will help anyone else,
    but this is what I did:
    Originate document as A5 facing pages.
    Print booket, 2 up saddle stitch
    Go to print settings and select the orientation with little man on his side, head to left(!)
    In the printer driver, set the orientation to A4 landscape and double side on the short edge.
    Result - success...
    Simples!

  • Changing trace file name giving odd results - 10.2.0.2

    Hello,
    I'm trying to run a trace on a particular session. Using this:
    execute dbms_monitor.session_trace_enable(122, 58)
    It creates a tracefile in udump just fine. I turn tracing off:
    execute dbms_monitor.session_trace_disable(122, 58)
    Then the trace usually catches the next sql statement after I issued the disable and I've got a complete trace file.
    If I use the statement:
    alter session set tracefile_identifier = 'TEST';
    With or without quotes, what ends up happening is the tracefile is created with TEST tacked onto the end but what's inside the file is the full path to the file itself, no trace. The previous trace file before setting the identifier then gets all the trace output. This is on Red Hat. After this the only way to get tracing to work again is to close both sessions and start over.
    Am I forgetting to set another parameter when doing this? The litteral set of steps is:
    -open session 1
    -open session 2
    -session 1 run alter session set tracefile_identifier = 'TEST';
    -session 1 run execute dbms_monitor.session_trace_enable(122, 58)
    -session 2 run some sql
    -session 1 run execute dbms_monitor.session_trace_disable(122, 58)
    -session 2 run another sql statement
    -check the udump for the trace file
    Now the ultimate goal here is to be able to tag a trace with a name so I can trace a specific session (made by an application) and then find it later in udump. If the tracefile_id needs to be set in the offending session...well then I need another solution.
    Thanks

    Once the session starts writing to the trace file it
    is going to write to the same file until the session
    is closed.
    Until the session is closed...aaahhhh gotcha. Well that explains that.
    I tried the above with a new session and immediately set the identifier and got the same result, except it created the default trace file name as well as the new identifier copy with the path in it.
    The logon trigger might be a workaround but it's not killing me at the moment.

  • Odd results from ADG608 multiplexer

    Hi dear enthusiasts,
    I am trying to use the following circuit (in the attachments) to switch between multiple resistors using a multiplexer. Initially I had different values of resistors attached to every channel, but since I was getting very strange and HUGE!! results, I grounded all the channels except the first channel and just connected a 120 ohm resistor. I am measuring resistor readings of magnitudes of Mega ohms and I have no idea how such huge values of resistance are showing up at all. I am not sure what I am doing wrong and I really really appreciate any help.
    Solved!

    You cannot measure resistance directly in an active (powered) circuit. You must measure the voltage and current at the relevant points and use Ohm's Law to calculate the resistance. SImulators are jsut like real circuits in this regard.
    You also need to use voltages and currents which are compatible with the devices in the circuit. With 12 V applied to Y2 you will get ~100 mA flowing through S1 of the ADG608 when it is enabled.  I did not look up the specs but suspect that that is too much current.
    I only have a few minutes now and cannot draw up a circuit for you. Connect V1 to Y2 through an ammeter. This will let you measure the current through the mux. Also measure the voltage at Y1.  Then the switch resistance Rs = (V1 - V(Y1))/I(V1).
    Lynn
    Thank you very very much Lynn. I applied the setting that you were talking about which makes a very good sense and I found out that the internal S1 resistance was roughly 15 ohms. When I put a 120 ohm resistance before S1 next time I got a total resistance of around 135 ohms which makes sense considering the individual resistances of the S1 channels and the 120 ohm resistor. The 12V for V1 was also too much and I was careless about it because I thoought I had already taken that into account and had reduced it, but obviously I had not.
    Once again thank you and congratulation for being nominated the Knight of NI.
    I have attached my schematic for the sake of interest.

  • Monitoring OAQ using mgw_gateway gives an odd result?

    When we submit the following query:
    select  AGENT_STATUS, AGENT_PING, LAST_ERROR_DATE, LAST_ERROR_TIME from mgw_gateway;

    SQL> select AGENT_STATUS, AGENT_PING, LAST_ERROR_DATE, LAST_ERROR_TIME from mgw_gateway;

    AGENT_STATUS         AGENT_PING           LAST_ERROR_DATE     LAST_ERR
    RUNNING              REACHABLE
    SQL>
    Those two queries were submitted sequentially.
    DB is located on a Redhat Linux server, where we also submit these queries, so there should be no network issues.
    The questions are:
    Why is AGENT_PING showing two different results?
    Why do we get "MESSAGING GATEWAY IS NOT ONLINE" no matter what the status?
    We are up and running, data is being retrieved from MQ into the AQ queue tables, we are processing and not losing any data.
    The "NOT ONLINE" message is not listed in any docs or online sources I have been able to find.
    We are at a loss. How can we diagnose this?

    Hi WoG, thanks for the reply.
    No, not an "own" view, definitely sys.
    Yes, your observation is correct. That "NOT ONLINE" message is separate from the select results and is not a column on the view.

  • WMV Import/Export Issues (Odd Resulting Video)

    Hello all,
    I've been plagued with a problem that has had me scratching my head for days now. My scenario is I need to create a number of short slideshows. I've been using PhotoStory 3 to create the basic slideshow, then importing the video from PS to Premiere to add a voiceover. The problem is when I import the video slideshow, when I play the video on Premiere's timeline some parts of the video have been dropped (i.e. one picture will start fading to the next, and the video will suddenly go black for a few seconds, then fade to the next picture) and some of the fade transitions in-between pictures have been abruptly cut short.
    What's even weider is that deleting the video from Premiere, shutting Premiere down and then restarting it and re-importing the slideshow sometimes fixes the problem. Sometimes it introduces different missing video segments; sometimes there are more problems than before.
    When (by simple luck) the video plays properly on Premiere's timeline, I've tried to export the video as a WMV. The result is more black segments and skipped transitions. I also tried rendering the same as a DV file, which fixed everything except one black segment. On another occasion, I managed to render one slideshow as a WMV with no issues at all. But only once, and after a number of failed attempts.
    What should I do? Any WMV file not from Photostory imports and exports just fine. I tried using Premiere's slideshow capabilities (automate to timeline), but the pan/zooming is far too manual. Encore does the job great, but it can't export to anything other than DVD (I need WMV!). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Specs: Dell XPS 410, 2.66 GHz w/ dual core processors, 4 gigs RAM, Vista Home Premium

    I would avoid the conversion to DV and then to mpeg. If you really need to edit the video, then do not use Photostory.
    If you are leaving the video from Photostory alone, why not do the voiceover in Photostory? Or do some kind of conversion of the video so you can play it in PPro and do the voiceover (such as Colin's method, and even leaving the type1 if it plays evenly), but use the wmv in encore. It is far from ideal, but a Photostory export (wmv, use settings for DVD) looked pretty good. (I don't actually remember whether I did the transcode in Encore or DVDIt.)
    I would not do my own slideshow in Photostory with only wmv for export, but for the school musical I was doing, it was the Photostory slideshow done by the school for a DVD "bonus" or nothing.

  • Spacebar, other keys, produce odd results, codes

    I'm encountering a really weird problem with a Powerbook running Mac OS X 10.3.9 -- when various keys (spacebar, delete, etc) are pressed, various functions occur (Expose hide windows, lower sound volume, etc). Also, if the cursor was in a text window, consistent, odd text is generated on each key press.
    Pressing spacebar, for example, activates the Expose hide windows function (the same as pressing F11) and "6yhn" is typed whereever the cursor was.
    I tried turning off Expose in it's System Preference Panel and that stopped Expose from being triggered, but the 6yhn is still typed.
    I also checked the International System Preference to see if any other keyboards were active, but none were.
    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Solved!

  • Some odd results... anyone have any thoughts?

    Hi - I have quite a few sequences that I've exported from FCE 4 to compressor, and imported in DVDSP4. I've created a track joining all of the sequences together. It's worked well so far. Recently, I did a batch export from compressor, and got some wierd results, that shows up in DVDSP. (I've never done a batch export before). When I try to simulate the playing of the sequence, I get a green screen, and in the track, I get hollow squares. I've tried to re-export to DVD one sequence as a test, and that seemed to import fine. Does anyone have an opinion on the greenscreen/squares wierdness? Btw, the audio seems just fine.

    Hey Ira, how are you?
    Sounds like a bad encode/corrupted asset or perhaps you used a codec that was not processed properly.
    You can also try deleting the PAR/MPEG files beforre going through encoding again or delete preferences just in case

  • Odd result using numeric keypad in vi

    Oracle Linux 5.6, x86-64
    This may not be considered a Linux question, per se, but is close enough I'd expect someone here knows the answer.
    When I am editing a file in vi, if I use the numeric keypad to enter numbers, instead of the number, I get a letter followed by a line feed.
    Input of numeric keypad follows. I will be hitting, in sequence, 1, 2, 3, 4:
    t
    s
    r
    q
    Actually, the 'q' was the result of pressing '1'.  Each successive number generated a line feed (pushing the previous entry down), followed by the letter you see.  To clarify
    Input of numeric keypad follows. I will be hitting, in sequence, 1, 2, 3, 4:
    t   < pressing '4' on the keypad, the 's' was pushed down and this 't' was entered.
    s   < pressing '3' on the keypad, the 'r' was pushed down and this 's' was entered.
    r   < pressing '2' on the keypad, the 'q' was pushed down and this 'r' was entered.
    q   < after typing the opening line and 'enter' , I pressed '1' on the keypad, and got this 'q'
    Using the numbers on the top row (above 'qwerty') behaves as one would expect. It's only when I try to use the numeric keypad do I get the above.

    Linux supports hundreds of keyboard layouts; you must identify yours with a line similar to:
    $ export TERM=vt100
    $ reset
    or whatever type terminal or emulator you are using.
    So, er, did you have NUMLOCK on?

  • Organizing Photo Albums by NAME?   very odd results

    I have zero problems with my 5G iPod , but I do have an odd problem:
    I can't seem to get the iPod's Photo album section to match the sort order I have in the Folder they are syncing with.
    For example: I made a folder with 150 "albums" (not from iPhoto)
    I synced to that and everything showed up in alphabetical order like in the album.
    then I added some more folders (albums) to the Photo folder I was syncing with and I labeled some of the folders with a "0" (zero) at the beginning of the name, thinking these would sort at the TOP of the list and in the Folder on the computer, they did, but when I updated the iPod, they went straight to the bottom. And so did some other newer Photo Folders I added that had regular names.
    So it appears that the iPod or iTunes is sorting by WHEN the photos or albums were added to the Folder that they are syncing with and it puts the newer ones at the Bottom by default.
    is there any way to change this?
    I'm putting together an iPod with Videos and Photos for a client and I'm doing it on my Mac, but I want to install the Video and Photos folders on his XP computer so that he can add photos later, but if they are automatically going to drop to the bottom of the list when he adds them that going to be a big time drag.
    and yes, I have to have that many "albums" and no I can't use iPhoto because this will end up being used on a Windows computer later.
    any suggestions?
    iMac G5   Mac OS X (10.4.3)

    well, I figured out a "workaround" for this.
    iTunes makes a new file in the Photo Folder on your computer called "iPod Photo Cache"
    It's not easy to see when you have over 150 "albums"
    my error in the reply above this was NOT deleting that "iPod Photo Cache" file.
    anyways, I trashed that file, then I copied all the "albums" over to a New Folder and went to iTunes an re-imported using THAT new Folder (that doesn't have an iPod photo cache anymore)
    Ta da!
    Now everyone lines up like little soldiers.
    a little clunky for a work-around though.....

  • Get color of text, odd results....

    I'm trying to get the color of a chunk of text, I can get the size, font, etc... but struggling with getting the color.
    When I use this code
    InterfacePtr<const IAttrReport> fontColorAttrReport(iComposeScanner->QueryAttributeAt(charCounter,charCounter + 1,kTextAttrColorBoss,NULL));
    InterfacePtr<const ITextAttrUID> fontColorAttr(fontColorAttrReport, IID_ITEXTATTRUID);
    UID colorUID = fontColorAttr->Get();
    int32 colorspace;
    ColorArray colorArray;
    PMReal tint;
    Utils<IColorSystemUtils>()->GetColorSwatchColorSpaceAndValue(UIDRef(::GetDataBase(TxtModel ),colorUID), colorspace,colorArray,tint);
    WideString colorInfoString = WideString(Utils<IColorSystemUtils>()->GetColorInfoString(colorspace,colorArray,kTrue));
    The colorInfoString comes back like this
    R=1 G=1 B=1
    or
    C=0 M=1 Y=0 K=0
    The thing is, these results are wrong, the values get rounded up or down, for example, the RGB value is actually a pale green, not pure green as the value would suggest.
    Not sure what I'm doing wrong here.
    I simply want to get the R,G,B values or CMYK, depending on colorspace.
    Hope someone can help, I'm sure I'm just doing something stupid.
    Cheers
    MT

    ColorArray values are Real numbers, so your error may simply be your are displaying them as integers ...
    Agh -- sorry! GetColorInfoString formats it for you.
