Portal Configuration Error

Question

Hi All,
I have a sun messaging setup with 1 Frontend and 1 Backend server . All the services are running fine on Frontend and Backend Server , however when I configured Portal server 7.1 on Frontend Server I am getting an error :
Configuration Failed : com.sun.portal.fabric.tasks.ConfigurationException: javax.management.MBeanException: Exception thrown in operation createAndFinalizeInstance
The log entry shows:

Hi Kiran,
While checking the connection I am getting the following error
com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exceptionoccured:->User J2EE_ADMIN has no RFC authorization for function group SYST
Result:
*com.sapportals.connector.connection.ConnectionFailedExceptionoccured:Linked Exception: Connection *Failed: Nested Exception. Failed to get connection. Please contact your admin. Linked Exception: *Connection Failed: Nested Exception. Physical connection was not initialized. Linked Exception: *Connection Failed: Nested Exception. Failed in creating the JCO Connection. ->User J2EE_ADMIN has *no RFC authorization for function group SYST. *

one more thing in drop down menu i can't see the add alias option ......can you tell me why its happening?
