Portal inbox not aligned with ECC inbox

Dear experts,
we are facing an issue between the portal inbox and ecc inbox.
We run two processes through the same workflow and each process launchs a notification for the user.
One of these notifications is shown on the portal inbox but the other one no. If we check the ECC inbox both notifications are displayed.
Have you got any clue to investigate this strange case?

we tried to replicate the issue in our development environment and at the end the error with the sync was a authorisation issue. But, right now, we are facing another error (i will try to do the best to explain it)
We have two users (userA and userB). The userA creates a new disposal list. The userB receives this notificatin on his inbox (in ECC and in Portal). The userB approves this disposal. The userA receive the approval notification and the modifies the equipment status from "Disposed" to another one to cancel the disposal (in my case i have selected "In Use"). In this moment the userB receives the cancelation notification on ECC but not in portal.
Do you know what can be the problem? Do you have any clue?

    so in MD04 it is say that the goods is available at 15.10.2009 same with requirement dates.
    this seem not right.
    it seems that order finish date is not adjusted by lead time scheduling on "today scheduling".
    Is there a way so order finish date is adjusted by lead time scheduling on "today scheduling" ????

  • Hdr photos not aligning with original non-hdr image iPhone6

    Why are hdr photos not aligning with their original non-hdr source image in iPhone6? I've found that when I overlay the two in gimp, there's a misalignment of several pixels. Previously with my iPhone4 on iOS7 both the original image & its corresponding hdr version always aligned perfectly so I could easily make adjustments between the two versions to create the final image I wanted. Has anyone else noticed this discrepancy?

    I figured out the answer.
    It turns out I had accidentally enabled the 'chrome' filter on all of the pictures I was taking. The icon with the 3 overlapping circles at the bottom right in the camera app were in color, indicating I had a filter on. Another thing I was not aware of oops.
    That is why my pics all seemed to have extra contrast. The chrome filter was close enough to the original that I thought it was actually HDR, being unfamilar with how HDR should look.
    If I had set something like black and white as a filter I would have realized what was going on sooner.
    I also figured out that HDR was actually saving both of my photos. Scanning through my library I found a few duplicate images. As mentioned above, the HDR version has a little rectangular icon with 'HDR'.

  • Subcircuit pins do not align with grid and will not connect

    I have two identical subcircuit symbols.  One is just fine, but the other has pins that do not align with the MS grid, and one that will not even connect.  MS12.0.0.

    Hi,
    I have been experimenting a bit with this. One thing you can try is open the Symbol Editor, select the pin which is not connecting and then from the spreadsheet view, change the Shape to Zero-length Pin. Then try to see if you can connect the pin in the design. It will not appear as a line but you should still be able to connect to it.
    If this does not work, you can open a service request and we can try to see how to resolve the issue.

    Thanks for looking into it.
    Actually we have just added a field GJAHR (was missing in the extractor) so that it takes data accoring to fiscal yr. Actually we had a issue that the Business area for a particular vendor 'X' and doc no 'Y' was showing incorrectly (similar to that of yr 2008) but it changed this yr and the extractor was still picking Business Area for yr 2008.
    So we added GJAHR field so that it takes correct Business Area. we have checked in R/3 Extractor checker and it shows correctly.
    But that change has not reflected in BW yet even after replicating datasource.
    I hope i have made you all understand the situation.

    the default start/finish dates for resource assignments are the activity start/finish dates. if for any reason you changed that, you can check and reset both Original Lag and Remaining Lag to 0 for all/ some of your resource assignments by adding the columns in the Resource Assignments window and performing either a fill down or a Global Change operation. let me know if you need help with any of these.

  • Work Clearance Management  (WCM) not available with ECC 6.0

    Work Clearance Management (WCM) is a part of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). It is a standard functionality. This is not available with our installed version of ECC 6.0 system.
    The navigation should be
    SAP Easy Access > Logistics > Plant Maintenance > Work Clearance Management.
    This is also not available on SPRO.
    But whenever we directly enter the T Code related to WCM, it allows me to go to that screen. But if we want to customize the WCM using the same method then the SAP standard configuration is missing.
    I need to get this functionality available on our system.
    Is it a part of SAP software component SAP_APPL ?
    But how do I get this ?
    Can anyone pls help me on this ?

    I think that WCM it's present as an extension set (i'm not quite sure if is EA-PLM or EA-SCM). When you configure it, the activities related in custominizg, will appear as well.

  • How do you not align with the biggest bounding box?

    This is driving me up the wall, I know a way around it, but at some point later in this project the work around won't be efficient enough.
    Ok here is the problem, I have four objects that are going to be large oversized buttons on a website. Inside these buttons (which are square) I have placed a picture, as the picture is larger than the button area I have duplicated the button box and made it a clipping mask for the picture. I have aligned it all up and grouped everything for one button together as one big group. I have done this for each button, so now all buttons are made up of a group of objects.
    The problem is because these images are too big for the buttons and I have clipped them there bounding box is bigger than the buttons so when I come to align them or distribute them it all goes wrong. Why? Well the distribution/alignment goes on the combined area bounding box, in this case the pictures are much bigger so it's pretty much there bounding boxes that everything is getting aligned with. In InDesign it treats the bounding boxes of objects within a clipping mask as being the size of the clipping mask, which is exactly what I want to do here. This seems a massive limitation and I can't see why I would ever want to distribute or align with something that I am effectivly removing from the document.
    The work around is quite simple, I can take everything out of the button boxes, align the button boxes and then put everything back in the button boxes. This would be acceptable if I only had to do it once, but if (and I probably will) want to tweak the layout as I go it's going to be a pain in the rear.
    Any ideas?

    I could pre-crop the images in PS but then I loose the ease of changing them in Illustrator. I always try and do as much work as possible in Illustrator so I am able to undo or change things quickly, I am not a big fan of the finality of working with raster images.
    The real issue is that the client is comming to look at some mockups and if they ask for changes, which we usually do there and then, we will look a bit silly as we complete destruct and then re-construct each object.
    If those align scripts work how I am thinking I might make 4 place holder graphics (that I switch off when I am finished) and centre align each button to those with the scripts.
    Illustrator should just be have an option to align the visable layers or items only. I would even accept the ability that when you switch off a layer in a group (say these pictures where there bounding box goes beyond that of the clipping mask) so your only active layer is a box the same size as your clipping mask and so that is the only bounding box that gets used, but no the off layers still have active bounding boxes.

    Hi Geo,
    I have tried top, middle, and bottom alignment and although they give different results, none are actually aligned with the caption text.
    The top and middle alignments still have the value text raised above the caption text.
    The bottom alignment gives a puzzling result of the value text being sunk below the caption text and actually somewhat cut off at the bottom.
    For some of my text boxes I have thrown together a work-around solution for this by setting the baseline shift for the value text to -3pt. Although this does seem to work, I don't imagine this is how the program was INTENDED to be used and I'd like to understand how to get the text aligned without having to tweak baselines.
    Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

  • SRM Outline PO line not unique with ECC PO line

    Hi Experts,
    We are using SRM 7.01 Extended Classic scenario. We have requirement in BI reporting for Shopping Cart and Purchase Order Overview Report.
    There is 1 issue with Outline PO(PO created from external Requirement) in SRM. In SRM, it is created as Hierarchy line item(Parent- Child relationship).
    For Ex. we have 1 PO with 2 lines in SRM as Outline PO with Hierarchy relationship means there are 2 lines as Outline and 2 lines as limit in SRM with line numbers as 1,2,3,5. When this PO is replicated in ECC, as only limit items gets replicated into ECC and not outline items but with numbering 1 and 3. Now my question here is why these line numbers are not at all matching in ECC. In SRM, it is 2 and 5 and In ECC, it is 1 and 3. This mismatch of line numbers is causing issue for report viewing to users as they verify same in SRM and ECC PO.
    Is there any correction available or can be applied to have unique PO line numbers for Outline PO in SRM and ECC ?
    I will be very thankful if prompt response is given here.

    A colleage just had very unexpected results when using our portal (v8.1 SP2).
    We found that the problem was due to the broswer cache setting. The 'Check for
    newer versions of stored pages' option in IE5.5 was set to 'never' and obviously
    the browser was redisplaying wrong pages of the portal causing various errors.
    Surely when these portals are released to the public you don't need to ask for
    specific browser settings for people to use them?
    Is there anyway to force the browser to not use the cache? Has anyone had any
    other browser issues with Portal?

    of the should work:

    <meta http-equiv="Expires" content="-1">
    You can set them in the head.jsp file in the framework, right after the <head>
    tag.
    Due to some bug in IE when size is less than 64 Kb. you will also have to set
    the following just before the </html> tag. I've set them in shell.jsp in the framework:
    <head>
    <meta http-equiv="Pragma" content="no-cache">
    <meta http-equiv="Expires" content="-1">
    </head>
    (Yes - you need the <head> and </head> tags!?)

  • Portal Drive not working with external load balancer

    We have a portal cluster and we are using external Load balancer from
    Juniper for load balancing the portal cluster. When given the direct
    portal URL (Central instance URL or Dialog instance URL), Portal Drive
    is able to connect to portal and shows the KM documents properly. But
    when given the Load balancer URL, it gives error saying "Can
    not connect to host using WebDAV protocol". Load balancer URL works
    fine from the browser without any problems. Any help is highly appreciated.

    For Portal Drive, Windows integrated authentication, client certificates,basic authentication and Kerberos is supported.
    (in the default delivery of com.sap.km.cm.docs iview the authentication Scheme is set to basicauthentication - switching that to form based authenticationis not being supportedbywebdav clients).
    ALso now Integrated Windows Authentication (NTLM) has been made available with latest patch.
    Also read through SAP NOTE 1084683 for further clarifications.

  • Current Workday SAP EXIT variable not aligned with correct work days

    Hello,
    I am trying to use the Current Workday variable within a report so that the data will only be refreshed when the calendar day is Monday - Friday. Users look at this report every day, but when they get the report on Monday we would like for the date to be restricted to the previous Friday, and then switch back to Monday's date when they view the report on Tuesday. In order to do this we have placed the Current Workday variable from the Calendar Date characteristic with an offset of negative 1, but it is showing Sunday's date when they look at the report on Monday.
    My questions are:
    -Does this variable use the factory calendar that can define the work days?
    -If so, which Factory calendar does it use? I have gone to the Tcode SCAL but I can see there are many different factory calendars and I have no idea which calendar this variable pertains to. I have also transferred the global settings for the factory calendar from the source system, and I see no change within the variable.
    -How can I see the program name behind this SAP Exit variable? My thinking is that I could at least look at the code to see if perhaps I can find out the factory calendar ID the variable refers to from there.
    Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! Until this is fixed I have to manually adjust this report every Monday and Tuesday morning!! Not ideal.

    I am not sure whether this can be done by an SAP Exit variable.
    But you may try this using a Customer exit variable by using the Function module DATE_COMPUTE_DAY.
    The function module "DATE_COMPUTE_DAY" will return the day by 1 to 7 when you input date.
    Monday : System will return value = 1
    Tuesday : System will return value = 2
    Wednesday : System will return value = 3
    Thursday : System will return value = 4
    Friday : System will return value = 5
    Saturday : System will return value = 6
    Sunday : System will return value = 7
    So input sy-datum to this FM and find the number of day. If it is Monday, the number will be 1.
    If output is 1, then offset date by -3 to that of Friday, else offset by -1 to previous day.

  • Why does image trace not align with the image?

    I'm using a fully updated version of Illustrator CC 2014 to trace images that have had the background removed by the client. No matter what settings I choose, it appears the tracing result is offset slightly in both X and Y axis. See my screenshot below. I found someone who reported this problem early last year in CS6 but received no useful suggestions. I do laser cutting and want to cut around the image so this is problematic. I originally thought perhaps the image had anti-aliasing or not fully white pixels in the background, but I'm using a threshold of 254 which means anything greater than (0,0,0) should become black. So while there could be off-white pixels to the right of his head that pushes the line past where I want it, the outline should include the hair and shirt on the left which it is not.

    I cannot answer the specifics, but I would guess it is a software issue because Griffin iTalk app will cooperate with the Apogee JAM on an iPod Touch 4g running iOS5.  If this app can do it, then one would presume the other apps could be updated to do it also.
    From last week up until yesterday, Apogee actually listed the 4G Touch as a compatible device with the JAM.
    Apparently there was some confusion about Garageband now supporting iPod Touch and its functionality with JAM.
