Pricing Group & Price list for Sales Order?

Hai ,
Can any one tell me how to get the Pricing Group & Price list for a particular Sales Order?in which tables it will be stored & relation between them?
Thanks & Regards,
Bhaskar

whatever pricing condition ur are talking about just go to vk13 and see the screen number
the table will be starting with A plus the screen number,leaving the first number of the screen
like if the screen number is 1916 then the table name will be a916
from this table with ur date and condition type take the value of the field KNUMH
now go to table konv with this khumh and ur condition type you will get the price within a given period of time.
hope it helps

  • Applying Price list for sales order created from Internal Requisition

    I am using 12.0.5. I have created a price list and applicable discount. I am creating Internal Requisitions and Importing them into Order Management as Sales Order using "Create Internal Order" and "Import Request". But when the sales orders are created, the pricing flag is "Freeze Price" and to apply the price list, I have to change the pricing flag of each line and re-price order/ line. Is this a way around this such that Sales orders created from Internal Requisitions pick up the correct discounted selling pricing automatically after import?

    Hi Ravichandran,
    When the Internal Sales Orders are created via Order Import program, the pricing flag will be "Freeze Price" because the value of CALCULATE_PRICE_FLAG will be set to 'N' in the OE interface line table by the Create Internal Orders program. This is the standard functionality of the Oracle.
    However, if your requirement is to re-price the line (automatic application of discounts at the time of booking) after the SO is created then to avoid the manual repricing steps, you can write a custom program to update the CALCULATE_PRICE_FLAG to 'Y' for the OE Line records present in the interface tables itself. You need to make sure that this update happens before the Order Import program. You can create a Request Set to acheive this, for example...
    XXX Create Internal Orders (Custom Request Set)
    - Create Internal Order (Standard Oracle Program)
    - XXX Update PriceFlag for ISO (Custom Program to update the price flag)
    First run the above request set & then run standard Order Import program. So when SO is being booked, CALCULATE_PRICE_FLAG will be 'Y' i.e., Calculate Price, the required discounts will be pulled & the line will be re-priced automatically.
    I hope this is what you wanted to achieve. Let me know if you have any questions.

    Hemanth

    1.GOTO SARA ---> Click Customizing -> click Archiving Object specific customizing (Technical settings)> In delete jobs mention start automatic --> Leave other settings as per the standard save and close it.
    2. Click write --> Mention Variant name -->Click on Maintain --> Select all the sales orders that you want to archive and delete --> Mention sales organinsation under which you have created --> Select Production Mode --> Click on Attributes --> Mention meaning of that attribute it could be any text --> Enter and save.
    3. Click on Spool parameters --> mention the output type --> Enter now you can see green signal light
    4. Click on Start date --> Click on Immediate --> Save.
    5. Execute or click F8 and see the job.

  • Issue in Exporting the Sales Price List and Purchase Price List for the Materials from SAP Business ByDesign (SAP Cloud)

    Hello Everyone,
    I would like to have a discussion on the issues, which I am facing at the time of Exporting the Sales Price List and Purchase Price List for the Materials from
    SAP Business ByDesign (SAP Cloud).
    (1). Sales Price List :
    We have maintained Customer Group Specific Sales Price List for the Materials in the following Location.
    Location :         Product and Service Portfolio Work Center > Pricing > Price Lists > Customer Group Specific Price List (Type of Price List)
    Target :             We want to export the entire records in some reports or excel sheet.
    Records :          Number of Materials in the Customer Group Specific Price List is more than 2,00,000
    Issues :
                                         (A). In the SAP Business ByDesign Screen we can filter by number of records but we can export till  50,000 records.
                                                 And if we are trying to export records more than that limit, then it throws "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error".
                                         (B). We could not find any SAP standard reports in Product and Service Portfolio and/or Business Analytics Work Center
                                                for getting the entire record set of the Sales Price List, so that we can have the entire set of records together.
    Searching For :
                                          (A). Is there any SAP reports or data source available for getting the entire Sales Price List records?
                                          (B). Can we have any other filter conditions for exporting the Sales Price List records in a single shot or module wise?
    (2). Purchase Price List :
    We have maintained the Purchase Price List for the Materials in the following Location.
    Location :           Product Portfolio Work Center > List Prices > Active List Prices (Type of Price List)
    Target :               We want to export the entire records in some reports or excel sheet.
    Records :            Number of Materials in the Purchase Price List is more than 4,00,000.
    Issues :
                                           (A). In the SAP Business ByDesign Screen we can not see more than 10,000 records and the actual number of
                                                   records are more than 4,00,000. We could able to download the records till 10,000 but that is not sufficient.
                                                   We want to export the entire records in an excel sheet.
                                           (B). We could not find any SAP standard reports in Product Portfolio and/or Business Analytics Work Center for
                                                  getting the entire record set of the Purchase Price List, so that we can have the entire set of records together.
    Searching For :
                                           (A). Is there any SAP reports or data source available for getting the entire Purchase Price List records?
                                           (B). Can we have any other filter conditions for exporting the Purchase Price List records in a single shot or module wise?
    Please go through the attached screen shots for the references and more clarity on the issues.
    I am waiting for the valuable responses.

  • Cannot set item's price in new sales order using E-Commerce for ByDesign.

    Hello,
    I'm working on a program to create zero value sales orders in my companies SAP system to help track warranties.  Every portion of this program is straight forward except for setting an item's list price to zero.  I'm using C# .NET.  Below is my code to create the SalesOrderMaintainRequestItem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
    private SalesOrderMaintainRequestItem[] GetItems(Warranty warranty) // Custom Warranty Object

            item[i].ItemScheduleLine[0].Quantity.Value = warranty.LineItems[i].ReplaceQty;
        return item;

    Hi Joshua,
    it's a long time ago and I hope you were able to solve your issue. For others who want to change prices in sales orders the following might be helpful:
    It is not possible to set the price of a sales order in the create webservice call. You need to create the sales order first and then call the webservice a second time with actionCode="02" (Update).
    The following is an extract from the sales order webservice documentation:
    Node – PriceAndTaxCalculation
    A price and tax calculation is the summary of the determined price and tax components for a business case. A specification of the general procedure for price and tax determination and valuation using attributes those are characteristic or relevant for the whole object.
    Note: PriceAndTaxCalculation cannot be created but can only be modified. So this means that if the customer wishes to change the Discount or Freight charge, then the customer has to create the order first and then make a second web-service request to the update this sales order with the pricing information that is to be changed.
    For the update you only need to send the ID of the sales order, the IDs of the items and the PriceAndTaxCalculation node.
    The following would be an easy XML example for the update call:
    <soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:glob="http://sap.com/xi/SAPGlobal20/Global">
       <soapenv:Header/>
       <soapenv:Body>
          <glob:SalesOrderBundleMaintainRequest_sync>
             <SalesOrder>
              <ID>1234</ID>
                <Item actionCode="02">
                   <ID>10</ID>
                   <PriceAndTaxCalculationItem actionCode="02">
                      <ItemMainPrice>
                         <Rate>
                            <DecimalValue>5.00</DecimalValue>
                            <CurrencyCode>USD</CurrencyCode>
                         </Rate>
                      </ItemMainPrice>
                   </PriceAndTaxCalculationItem>
                </Item>
             </SalesOrder>
          </glob:SalesOrderBundleMaintainRequest_sync>
       </soapenv:Body>
    </soapenv:Envelope>
    If you need further help with webservices or C#, let me know.
    Best regards,
    Felix

  • How to Update the New Condition values for list of sales orders

    Hi
    Client requirement is they have set of old Sales Orders to be executed. But the material prices have been revised in the meantime. Now they want to update the current prices in the sales order before proceeding further.

    Hi,
    Though Lakshmi suggested you the right option, it may not be carried out for Sales Documents in random and will be much suited for Sales Documents with continuous sequence like 00010, 00011, 00012, 00013, etc.
    If you want to New Pricing to be carried out for Specific Lists of documents like 00010, 00017, 00043, 00057, etc, then you can do by following option:
    Go to Transaction "MASS", Select the Table - VBAK and Field - PRSTD and proceed by entering the Sales Documents Lists to carry out New Pricing.
    Hope this will be helpful to you.

  • Sales order with out Price List or Sales Person

    Can Sales Order be prepared without Price List or Sales Person ?

    No and no.
    If you're not using sales compensation and not interested in recording the salesperson for the purposes of printing on documentation or internal analysis, you could always set up a default to the seeded value 'No Sales Credit'.
    As for the pricelist, every item on an Oracle sales order has to exist on a price list. The only exception is a configuration item if you're using CTO. Of course there is nothing to stop you creating one simple pricelist with a product context of 'All items' priced at zero which can sometimes be useful during initial system setup when you're checking your OM setups work correctly before moving on to pricing.

  • Back Calculation in Pricing for Sales Order.

    Hello friends,
    Please help me out with this below mentioned problem in the Pricing for Sales order.
    I am creating a Contract with Customer and Plant from the same Region (State), while creating the subsequent Sale order I want to use the plant of some other Region which is different from the contract. In this case the pricing will change as there will be different Taxes (%) that would be applicable for different Region.
    Now the requirement is that we want to use the Final Selling price which is calculated in the contract, therefore by keeping the Selling Price Fixed we have to backtrack and calculate new pricing accordingly.
    An example for the same is explained below:
    When Both Customer and Plant are from same Region:
         Particulars                        %           Value
    A     Basic Value                                       100000
    B     ED                     10.30%           10300
         Sum total (A+B)                                 110300
    C     VAT                        5%            5515
         Sale Price (ABC)                                 115815
    When Customer and Plant are from different Regions:
         Particulars          %           Value
    D     Basic Value (A-B-C)                  92105
    C     ED                        10.30%            9487
         Sumtotal (A-B)                  101592
    B     VAT                          14%            14223
    A     Sale Price                                       115815
    Please reply with possible solutions.

  • Activating Pricing for Sales Order in Retail

    Hi All/Vijay/KK,
    Please tell me how activate the pricing for sales order, actually in SD we do Pricing Determination, what has to be done for Retail pricing

    Hi,
    To do sales order pricing
    Goto IMG>Sales & Distribution>Basic Functions>Pricing>Pricing Control
    Either Follow Standard, condition type PR00
    or in case of Custom
    1. Use condition table 406 Site/article
    2. Define Access Sequences ZPR0
    Enter accesses:10 406 Site/article Exclusive x
    3. Define Condition Types (ZPR0 assign newly defined access sequence)
    4. Define And Assign Pricing Procedures (assign condition types ZPR0..etc. to it)
    Then maintain condition record , go to VK11 --> Enter your Z condition type (eg. ZPR0)., enter the amounts.
    Add the pricing procedure , to sales document type.
    For Retail Sales Pricing
    For Retail Sales Pricing based on Purchase pricing you can follow the following method:
    The retail price is always based on the purchase net/net price. This purchase net price is built up from the purchasing pricing elements or condition types defined to be included in the purchase net price. A planned mark-up is applied to the purchase net/net to calculate the proposed retail price. The planned mark-up can be set by merchandise category and for exceptions, more specifically by article.
    You can perform Two-step calculation for retail pricing, for example, for stores that are supplied by a distribution center (internal vendor). Calculating sales prices for the stores is based on the transfer price for distribution centers (preceding organizational unit).
    1. Set up Master Data (WB02) - Relevant Fields should be maintained
    2. Set up Article Master Data - Logistics DC and Store View (MM42)
    Relevant Fields should be maintained
    3. Maintain Mark up for DC(VK11) -Markup % at Distribution channel distribution chain level
    Mark ups maintained at two levels:
    For DC: At distribution chain level
    Condition type used: AUFS
    For Stores: At article level
    New condition type ZUFS created.
    4. Maintain Mark up for Stores (VK11) Markup % at Store distribution chain level
    5 Create Pricing Procedures (IMG) -Pricing Procedures created
    6. Carry out Price calculation for DC(VKP5) - Pricing Document created - DC Transfer price calculated
    7. Carry out Price calculation for Stores (VKP5) - Pricing Document created - Final Retail Price Calculated
    The final retail price that is calculated is stored in the condition type VKP0.
    Hope it helps,
    Regards,
    Anirban Roy

  • Planned material price in case of production order for sales order (MTO)

    Hi,
    In case of production orders created for sales order, the planned price for a component (BOM) material gets picked as per following:-
    1. If there is no entry in EBEW for the component (that is, there is no previous GR for the component) for that sales order, then plan price is picked up on the basis of planned costing variant.
    2. In case there is an entry for the component in EBEW (there has been a previous GR for the component with reference to the sale order) then the plan price for the component is taken from the EBEW table (first GR price) and system ignores the costing variant.
    The above is as per my observation. Please validate if this is correct or not.
    The requirement is that even if there has been a previous GR for the component (there is an existing entry in EBEW) the system should take the plan price on the basis of costing variant and not from the EBEW table.
    How can this be achieved? Is there a user exit that can force the system to read the costing variant before looking into the EBEW table?
    BR
    Abhi

    Hi Ajay,
    Yes i had considered it but I'm not sure If it will help.
    Because the main problem here is that system is ignoring the costing variant itself and instead picking the price from EBEW table. So changing the costing variant (validation variant) may not help.
    Moreover i don't want to valuate with my own strategy. I want the plan price to be equal to standard price of material from material master. Basically MBEW instead of EBEW.
    Any clues?

    Abhi
