    Dear all
while asset booking profit center not coming (f-90)
    regards
    Purushottam

    Hi Purushottam,
It is very simple. Just check your Field status setting for Asset acquisition GL, there cost center is suppressed. That is why it is not flowing.
In asset master Cost center is maintained and Asset acquisition GL being a balance sheet Gl we do not enter cost center at the time of entry, and if the cost center field is suppressed, the profit center mainatined in Cost center master data will not flow.
Just Check your setting in G067 recon account that is usually assigned to Asset GL's

    Hi
Normally vendor line item will not carry profit center, hence I think this is populated through some enhancements.
Hence you may need to analyze with the help of an Abaper.

  • SD billing Accounting document Profit center not coming from billing doc

    Hi Expert,
I have stuck with the accounting doc entries. Issue is that accounting document should have
the same profit center as billing document. Actually i have created profit center for my each of
my divisions and want the same profit center whenever that particular division  is selected. But it
       is not  working.
I have tried with substitution  method also by t-codes 0KEL and 0KEM. It works correctly till
billing document means division wise profit center is coming in order, delivery , and billing but
when we check accounting document,Profit center doc. Controlling Document and Profitab.
Analysis  in Delivery and Bill it is coming from what i have maintained in material master.
But it should come from what is in the delivery and billing document.
        Please share your ideas.
       Thanks &  Regards

    Hi SAP Consultant
I would not agree with the first reply above.
When you define a substitution in 0KEL and 0KES, it is intended to overwrite the PC from Material Master. It is a wrong notion that this Substitution will only impact FI, and not CO / COPA
    1. Are you able to see the over-written PC in Sales Order? (I think YES)
    2. Are you able to see the over-written PC in Billing doc? (I think YES)
    3. If in FI doc you are not able to see that, then see where is the problem. Probable reasons would be a Substitution written in OBBH, You are having a CO Object in the line item, a user exit written in the exit SDVFX008
Ask your ABAP to check on these lines, if 1 and 2 is YES

  • Re: Pricing Procedure -Print option

    Hi
In Pricing Procedure - Print option what is the difference between X ,S and A.
    Regards
    Debasish

    Dear Debashish,
I am sure you read the F1 help. but still would like to put my view in hope that it will resolve your problem.
As per my understanding of the explanation given there goes, these field follow a standard logic, which is already mentioned in F1 help. I will try to elaborate the same. and sure will make more sense.
    if you leave it blank,
Point 1 : System will consider all the pricing conditions (e.g PR00 ),etc available in pricing and at the end of these conditions last condition will be determined with "X"
point 2 : all the condition values which are smaller than pricing (e.g PR00 value )will only be printed if the print field is marked either with "X"  or "S"
Point 3 : all the conditions which are greater than the pricing condition (e.g PR00) and are coming before the tax conditions the field will be automatically marked as "S" ( which is nothing but for totals of few conditins )
Poiint 4: all the tax conditions are always marked with "S"
Point 5 : if  you want to mark the field "s" it should fullfill criteria as
                             A) condition types which are non zero
                             B) are not tax conditions also,
condition lines in pricing procedure which are not condition types e.g sub totals, you can mark the field as "X" or "S" but they will get printed only if the condition line has different value than the earlier condition line.
Please also read the next explanation given in F1 help will be useful.
Please close the thread if answered.

  • CIN-Pricing Procedure for Trading Goods

    Hi Gurus
Need yr expertise... Currently we have trading goods process which do not require any excise duties but VAT or CST is required.. Could you pls advise what will be the best pricing procedure to be used as the proposed pricing procedure by SAP (JFACT or JDEPOT) cannot be used as it will propose excise invoice?
If we do not maintain any excise duties in J1ID, system will not prpose any excise duties if we were to use either of the suggested pricing procedure but we will hit a warning message that excise duties are missing in J1ID..
How can we avoid this and what will be the best pricing procedure which do not require excise duties but sales tax is required?
    Rgds..Vinz

    Hi Vinz,
you can make your won pricing proced.
    e.g. ZMKTPRICE
here you can use your regular condition type what you have defined.
    e.g PR00-Sale Price
         K007-Discount
         MWST= 4% or 12.5  (PR00-K007).
I think this will help you.

  • Pricing Procedure (Debit Memo)

I have a pricing procedure at oder level let suppose ABC, I made delivery and billing all is well till that.
Than if delivered quantiy is less than the target quantity client will suppose to create a debit memo sort of penality to the customer, reference to that invoice quantity confirmation source is POD.
My debit memo pricing procedure is different from ABC, mean a PROO and MWST is appear on that not other charges or condition type.
I have assign the procedure at debit memo sales document type but what happen when in VA01 give the reference of invoice and copy the item the whole same (ABC) pricing is came up on the order (Debit Memo Request) which is not required I want the actual procedure will call.
If after this i directly go to the billing document after approval of this document my actual pricing procedure is there, but a different condition type is present in the 2nd pricing procedure that will not come, so I manually press the "Carry out new pricing" so that condition type than will appear..
Hope my gurus understand the problem. I want that actual pricing procedure is available at order if not that all the condition type will appear at the time of billing. I cant set the carry out new pricing setting in the copying control because if i done this the whole condition type of order will aappear at billing as well.
if have any query please feel free to ask.
    Regards,

    Dear W,
I have a pricing procedure ABC having following condition types
    1. PR00
    2. ZSED
    3. ZWEH
    4. MWST
sales to order above procedure work and i got the accounting documents and invoice.
My 2nd pricing procedure is XYZ for Debit Memo and assign on document type, have th efollowing steps.
    1. PR00
    2. MWST
    3. ZHE1
    4. ZHE2
when i create debit memo with reference to invoice at debit memo (Sales document type) the pricing procedure ABC is come automatically, and when I go to billing the actual pricing procedure is come, plus i have to press maullay carry out new pricing button, other wise the common condition type is came at billing, if in copying control if i by default maintain the carry ou tnew price system duplicate the condition types.
Hope you will now understand my issue and give any value added feedback for the resolution of hte issue.

  • Problem in Service Pricing Procedure

    Dear Experts,
I am facing on interesting problem In service prices in Purchase Order -
I have One vendor for material supply. So Material Pricing procedure has been assigned to him through Schema group vendor. and as a price determination process pricing process comes in PO.
But in my current scean - i am creating Service Purchase Order for the Same vendor. Material Pricing procedure is there in conditions tab. I am entering service order price at services tab. it is picking correct price in Service conditions.
But again it is picking the same service price in Material Conditions in material pricing procedure. issue is not only that it is doubling (multiplying number of times).
Also please suggest me how to treat the pricing procedure for the vendors who supplies materials as well services.
    Thanks in Advance !

    Hi
The PO line item can be either material or service.
If it is service line item with item category D then you should enter the price at service number level which will pass on to the Conditions tab page.
I do not think you will have doubling of price in this case.
You will not able to enter the PBXX price in this material condition tab page.

  • VPRS condition in export pricing procedure

    Hi All,
I have done the configuration for export sale scenario. I created a complete cycle from sales to Billing and documents are getting created.
As there was no VPRS condition in standard pricing procedure for exports (JINEXPO), i have not included in my Pricing procedure. Pl note no "CIN" is introduced in our project.
My doubt is why "VPRS" is not included in the std pricing proced, and how cost will be captured in the export sale?

  • Redetermine Pricing Procedure in Sales Order

    Hi!!,
This is a very unique requirement and I was wondering if standard R/3 can handle this.
I have new PP which should be redetermined while creating a Sales Order.I am aware that a PP gets determined by Sales area ,Doc PP and Cust PP combination. But in my case I cannot create a new Doc type so that I can assign it a new Doc PP.Niether can I always go to the customer to change the Cust PP so that when I create the sales order the new PP gets determined.
My requirement is that when I create the sales order it brings in the default PP and using something I change it to a new one. There are no CustPP and DocPP fields available in the sales order catalogue for the same.
I was wondering if the Pricing procedure field in the Condition type configuration can be of any use?
Worthy answers would be rewarded with points...
    Thanks

Understanding the requirement, I have a few queries.
    1. What will be new in the pricing procedure? Is it price condition, Discounts, taxes, etc.?
If my understanding is correct, then I suggest you to have 2 pricing condition in a pricing procedure (This is not a standard practice, but workaround). Let the default price condition (say PR00) be prior to the one which has to be replaced (say ZP00 - copy of PR00). Keep the Second Price (ZP00) as manual entry.
You can get a routine written from Abaper that when the second pricing is picked, the methodlogy you the the pricing procedure to work & maintain the same for alternative calcutaion type in pricing procedure.
You requirement is not an easy one & you have to work on such workaround  & development of routine for alternative calculation type.

  • How to capture Material costs, profit margins in pricing

    Guys,
What is the way to capture material costs, profit margins and other sub-totals into the pricing procedure?
    Thank you.

    Hi
For capturing the material costs, you can use one of VPRS, EK01 or EK02 condition types. The usage of these condition types and their significance can be seen in some other thread here. There are lot of threads on these condition types.
You can also go to these links given below.
    http://sap.ittoolbox.com/groups/technical-functional/sap-log-sd/condition-type-ek01-ek02-1396383
    http://www.jt77.com/system-dynamics/model-08388.html
    http://www.jt77.com/system-dynamics/model-05254.html
    http://www.jt77.com/system-dynamics/model-04469.html
    http://www.sap-img.com/sap-sd/difference-between-condition-type.htm
This should also tell you something about profit margin.
For subtotals, there is a separate column in pricing procedure and  you can mention which subtotal a condition type or subtotal should correspond to. The subtotals range from 1 to 9 and then A to Z. The purpose of these subtotals can be seen by putting an F1 in that column or through some oss notes.
    Hope this helps you.

  • Profit Margin in Pricing

    Hi,
I am using a pricing procedure which includes the condition type "vprs" for cost.
However, my Profit Margin shows the sum of my TOTAL and my COST.
Can you advice me on how to rectify this?
    Thanks and Regards,
       Aditya

In the T.code: V/08 go to your pricing procedure and in that, in reference to the condition type <b>VPRS</b>  check if it is checked for <b>Statistical</b>.
    The functionality is given below
    <b>Statistical:</b>
This indicator if it is activated will not allow the value of the condition type to be taken into net value calculation.
It is used only for information purposes only.
This indicator causes a surcharge or discount to be set in the document statistically (that is, without altering the value).
This is commonly used for condition types
    SKTO - Cash Discount
VPRS - Cost (Moving average price/Standard Price).
Also Profit margin should be assigned with AltCTY as 11.
