Print Out Through MIR6 Standard Report

Sir,
I would like to take print out of selected line items ( i.e selected rows ) . Is it possible
through standard report MIR6 . And if yes please tell me how?. or any other option.

You could do a screenshot by using PrintScreen button, then cut the part you need and print it out. Otherwise it's not possible to print just some lines of any document.
P.S. This question has nothing to do with ABAP, please use the correct forum next time.

Hi,
The Best method is use the Forms.
In standard report format, use the subroutine to print the one label using the write statement , the same function is used till the last row.
Match the no. of rows reached with the Page row count. Increment the row line dynamically and reset if the new page starts.

I want to set default paper size for oracle standard reports to A4 paper size.

Can we cancel the print out of a scheduled report?

Suppose a report is scheduled and configured to printer.
We want send a cancel command to the printer.
how can this be done?

Hi Sriram,
Once you send any request to printer it will take it into printer buffer. You can't pass any command to cancell the printer buffer. You will have to go in printers and cancell the print job.
If you switch off the printer also the print que will wait till the printer comes in ready mode.
You will have to change the configuration of the scheduled report.

Print out through activity profile

Hi,
I have created a activity profile to print CMR form when i click Shipment completion.
i have created variant, checked the delivery indicator and
assigned output type ZCMR and transmission medium 1, processing mode 1
But during shipment creation the output is not getting triggered when i press shipment completion.
Please suggest me where i did the mistake

Printing Standard Report

Hi Gurus,
Can any one tell me hw to set the left sapcing & top spacing in a standard report like FAGLL03. When i take a print out of that FAGLL03 report the left & top spacing shud be more . Hw to do that?

Problem in Print Out of ALV report

Dear All..
I am trying to take print out of an ALV report. there are 36 columns in my report. when i try to take print out, warning appears which says system cannot print the last 277 columns of report.
i have tried using different formats for printer like :
Format                  Description
X_PAPER                 ABAP/4 list: Default list formatting

ZX_65_284               65 Rows and 285 Columns

but every time the same message appears even on A3 size paper..
i am using REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY to display ALV.
Please help to to take out prints(can be in condensed mode) so that all columns appear on the print out..

Error when print out SAP Crystal Report in SAP B1

Dear all,
I have encountered the following message when I tried to print out SAP Crystal Report at client pc:
Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecision.Windows.Forms, Version = 12.0.2000.0, Culture=neutral, Publickey Token=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
On the other hand, there's no error when I print out the SAP Crystal Report on server.
Can anyone advice on the error message as above?

How to print standard report region to a PC printer via Win printer driver?

I know it's not very sexy, but sometimes an app user needs to print a standard report region to a printer that is connected to their PC. So that they can print their Apex report in the same manner as they do everything else from their PC, using a predefined Windows printer driver is necessary. What is a simple way to add a "Print" button to a standard report that will open the Windows print facility?
P.S. Apex 4.1
P.P.S. Hopefully, the solution is simple. i.e. No installation of additional print drivers, etc. The user may not be technologically sophisticated. They simply want a hard copy of information that they pulled up with their Apex app (they don't even know what Apex or a printer driver is).

Add a Print button or link to the page with an <tt>onclick</tt> attribute that calls the method<tt>print()</tt> method:

Balance sheet statement Print out

Dear all,
I would like to print out a balance sheet report through transaction code S_ALR_87012284. But I would like to assign another form (smartform) to this transaction instead of print out ABAP List. (It means the screen display ABAP List but print out via smartform). What should I do now ? Is there any transaction code for assigning a print form to a transaction instead of ABAP coding ?

If I understood your requirement correctly then you want different ZERO balance clearing GL Account for below type GL Accounts
xxxx00 accounts for all accounting principles
xxxx01 accounts for US GAAP
xxxx02 accounts for IAS
xxxx03 accounts for local GAAP
Please correct me if I am wrong. If correct then you can post accounting entries to different GL Account by using Substitution OBBH. You have to decide the pre-requisite and on the basis of that you can write the substituon.

I print billing document by using transaction VF03 , in this transaction i am able to print only
one billing document at a time.
Is it possible to print multiple billing document from any transaction or through any standard report??

I think VF31 transaction code should help you in this regard. If you are printing first time, then select processing mode as 1 and IF you are printing for the second time, then choose 2. Enter output type and other information.

MIGO GR Print Out

Dear Guru's,
I am facing problem while checking collective issue tick in MIGO via Display Material Document. When I click on collective issue message appears Output save and when I press enter it resets that check.
Wats the actual problem. We are not facing this earlier. GR document and Movement Type are same as earlier and we take print out through MB90 by doing same as above.
Also I have noticed that through MB02 material document contains that check (collective issue).
This is really strange. I did not understand what is the problem. Can any1 help?

Enter the Following Data
Message type -- your Print Message type
transaction event key.--We good receipt ,WA --issue etc...
Print Version--Individual or collective
Print Item--.Material Document(1)
Partner Function -- VN
medium--Print (1)
DAte and time -- 4 (if you want immediately after Posting..
Lanuage EN.
KNow after double click on the item..or select the Item and click on the communication tab presnt at the top left hand corner.
and enter your printer details and check the print immediately option.

I have a requirement in which the output of a standard report has to be sent to the respective vendors.
MCVE -- Vendor analysis Report.
I have to schedule the job every month such that the rating of a vendor for the month will be sent to the respective vendors.
This report is an interactive report.

If I double click on it I'll get a 2nd list as follows

my requirement is that I have to schedule the report evry month such that mail should go to the respective vendors with his rating.
will this be possible with out modifying the standard report?

Hi,
To find out the SAP Standard Reports, in each sub module like General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable in SAP Easy access menu, you will find the Tab for Information system, under this tab you will find the SAP standard reports either for balances, or master data etc.
