Print program for the smartform for selecting the output type (email/fax)

Hi All,
Requirement :I have to create a print program for the smartform where the output type may be print out,email or fax ,so i need to put the condition for selecting the output type (like printout,email,fax).
can any body please let me know how to put the condition for selecting the desired output type ?

Hi
It is not the output type that has to be changed
it is the MEDIUM which you have to change and configure
for printout medium is 1
for FAX medium is 2
for MAIL it is 7.
so instead of printout change the medium to 2 or 7 for the same output type and attach to the same driver program and smartform/form.

I would always recommend start with the standard print program. Most requirements can be satisfied by working with a copy of the standard form called by the standard program.

i have done the same activity ( buy a new iphone 4 -> upgrade to ios5 - > configure email) with success-
than when i start to move the contacts from old mobile to iphone (using the microsim) i receive the same crash
in disgnosis e use i saw 2 dump with this title 'latestCrash-Preferences.plist and LatestCrash.plist. in each file the date is the same and i read:

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.
If no fix, Take it to an Apple Store for evaluation.

The selected printer connection method is incorrect. Select the....... ERRO

Just upgraded to 10.5. I'm setting up a few printers and a plate maker. Got everything setup as far as I could tell but one machine wont work. It's an ImageRunner 8500 from Canon. When I try to print to that printer I get this:

Not what thats about. In the printer list, It shows up there with everything else that is connected via Appletalk. I got the PPD for the Konika Minolta CPP500 installed and it prints fine... any ideas? Thanks,

I tried Appletalk but that printer does not appear. However LPD does work. I think the problem was on checking my other Macs in the office, there is no way of telling whether they are connect via IPP or LPD as the set up appears the same, i.e. IP address. When I tried to add my the printer again, I had forgotten how we set it up originally.

I have scheduled a Job using F110 tcode...with Run ID and identification...the job is continously running without any end...when i cancel the job..in job log entries i got "Specify printer for payment summary, or select screen output
Message no. BFIBL02 615" ...what could be the reason behind this..do i need to specify printer any where??

I'm not clear on how you're trying to print. When you select Print from the file menu in Pages the current document is already selected. Perhaps you need to show the details in the print dialog. The first screenshot is from Mountain Lion the second from an earlier OS where you click the blue down-facing triangle button (sorry, I can't remember which one).

While trying to execute the print program of a smartform I am getting the following runtime error.
The reason for the exception is:
The call to the function module "/1BCDWB/SF00000288" is incorrect:
In the function module interface, you can specify only
fields of a specific type and length under "IT_BOOKINGS".
Although the currently specified field
"IT_BOOKINGS" is the correct type, its length is incorrect.
In the form interface of the smartform under tables parameters I have declared like this.
IT_BOOKINGS LIKE SBOOK
IT_SCHEDULE LIKE SPFLI
Can anyone tell me why do we get this error?

program to call smartform is really simple :
-> function SSF_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME give you the name of the function link to your sapscript.
-> function WFMC_PREPARE_SMART_FORM help your to prepare your options to your smartform.
-> function xxx to call your smartform (find with the first function).
Sometimes you have to play with values of NAST (for ex) to find the language (set in control_parameters) or for example if you want to print without display (when it ask you for print / print preview and the name of the print device) .....

Where is the menu to select the waveform monitors and vectorscope?

I feel stupid but I am unable to find the menu to select the waveform monitors and vectorscope in the newest update to PP CC. Any guidance would be most helpful. Happy Halloween!

FWIW - I have set up a Keyboard Shortcut that Displays Waveforms in the Program Monitor.
My wish was for them to be available as a Button Icon but that is not possible.

Thanks for the reply - I think I've sorted it though and there isn't actually an issue.
The whole group wasn't receiving the NDR, only the group manager which I setup a few weeks prior. This is a new feature so it complies with certain RFC's, basically the group manager will recieive the NDR to let them know there is a problem.
Something to do with mass mailing and unsolicited mail.

Need input for error caused while trggering a output type

I had created a custom program and assigned it to a custom output type. while processing this output type through VF01(billing doc) it is generating an error saying commit_in_posting. can anyone suggest in this regard........

1Check for VF01 is there any control routine written for this output type which blocks it from triggering this output.
2. are there any condition records maintained which are creating problems.
3 check the out put poecedures aslo....

Is it possible for a saved path to open a folder where the user can select the file to open?

I would like to retieve a link via database that would open a folder of drawings, word documents, pdf files, excel files etc., where the user can select which file they want. Selected files would open in which ever format they were with programs that are already installed on the users computer. For example, the link would open a folder where several solid works files were, and a couple of Word documents. The user would select one of the Solid Works files, and it would open up in the Solid Works installation on the users computer. Is this possible, or must a link point directly to a file?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "link". Are you referring to a URL that uses a "file://" protocol?
The standard File Dialog VI has a "start path" input that you can set so the file dialog opens to that folder.

OUI of Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 r2 for Linux fails after selecting the components to install

I'm currently trying to install oracle9i r2 (9.2.0.1.0) ond RedHat Linux 7.1 and set up the environemt as
described on puschitz's website.
after starting OracleUniversalInstaller and selecting the product (Oracle9i Database) the system begins to
load certain things (seen in progressbar) but when it comes to "Loading Java Runtime Environment" the installer disappears / process dies with no error output in /tmp/OraInstall*. As I see in this temporary directory and in the configuration file (INSTALL_DISK/install/linux/oraparm.ini), the installer is using
the java 2 1.3.1 jre to run itself.
I also have problems accessing the textelements, looks like a focus error or something similar. But I can
work around by playing a little with the buttons... g
Has anybody experienced similar problems with installing? Any workarounds / fixes / ideas?
There are the following JRE/JDK's installed:
- j2re1.3.1 in /usr/local/java
- blackdown jdk118_v3 in /usr/local (symlinked to /usr/local/java)
- blackdown jre118_v3 in /usr/local (symlinked to /usr/local/java)
- jre116_v5 in /usr/local/java
Can someone please help?

For those experiencing the Problem on RedHat Linux 7.1:
I have finally found a solution. As on SuSe's homepage and the post of Anthony Monter (thanks) remarked,
it is a problem with glibc.
From http://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2002-056.html I upgraded my glibc-rpm's to version 2.2.4-24
using "rpm -Fvh glibc-2.2.4-24.i386.rpm glibc-common-2.2.4-24.i386.rpm glibc-devel-2.2.4-24.i386.rpm glibc-profile-2.2.4-24.i386.rpm"
I also changed the settings for shared memory size as described on http://www.puschitz.com/InstallingOracle9i.shtml. But this will cause a problem later during installation, if at all.
