Printing digital signature in main window of sapscript at some location

Hi,
I want to print graphics in main window in sapscript. I want to position the graphic ( signature) at some position (preferably right aligned ). How to do that? Can we do that in .bmp graphics. In case we use .tiff format , how to do it. Tell me the steps involved as I have never used RSTXLDMC to upload .tiff files.

Hi
Just open rstxldmc in se38 and execute.
It will gve you a screen. You need to fill the first two blocks only. Remaining are optional.
File Name : Give pathe+name of your .tiff file
Type         : Bcol for colour     and bmon for mono
Resolution      : say 75 (as you wish)
Second block
   Text name :   only replace astrick by your name ZHEX-MACRO- has to be there.
Actually this program will convert .tiff file into text file.
you can include this text file in any window. Text name is the name of the text file generated
no more changes
Now execute.
Now you can use this text file ZHEX-MACRO-name   in any windoow

SAP Script: Printing the signature on main window at the end

Hi,
I am working on a SAP Script (Benefits enrollment form HR_BEN_ENRO). I copied the HR_BEN_ENRO into ZHR_BEN_ENRO and making the necessary changes without modifying the driver program.
The problem I am facing is as follows:
In the main window there are so many Text elements. At the end of the main window, after the last text element, I have put some text using Include statement. The last text element is getting triggered for some employees and hence the text underneeth that is printing, but for some employees the last element is not triggering and hence nothing is printing underneeth that.
Is there any solution to print the this text at the end of main window after printing all the remaining information.
I also tried using BOTTOM & ENDBOTTOM. But in this case I don't know how to check that I am in last page of the main window. I tried the following way:
/: BOTTOM
/: IF &PAGE& = SAPSCRIPT-FORMPAGES&
SIGNATURE:__________ Date:__________

In this case the value I am getting for &SAPSCRIPT-FORMPAGES& is 0 (zero).

How to link the ZHR_BEN_ENROL instead of HR_BEN_ENRO?
I mean when I execute the TCODE: HRBEN0001 and select particular employee and click on Print form under Offer Selection area. Then standard program calls HR_BEN_ENRO. How to replace it with Zform?

To print Digital signature on the Purchase Order

How to print Digital Signature, on the PO Print copy (PDF).
It will be based on release strategy. Whoever is approving the PO, his signature should be printed automatically on the Purchase Order.
How to achieve this ??

Hi Amit,
I am not sure on how to get the the signature of the person who released the PO, because as per my understanding the Relase Strategy i.e the Relase code is attached to a Basis profile.
What I would suggest is if you can get all the guys who can release a PO and define him as a Purchaser ie. a Purchasing group then it would be easier to print his signature in the PO.
Here are the Highlevel steps
1. Just have the Signature you want to print in a Tiff format.
2. You can upload the signature as a standard Text using program RSTXLDMC to upload and give a text name.
3. call the text name in your sap scripts.

How to Print text in two main windows

For printing label have created two main windows on a page. calling function write_form In ABAP Program under do loop for two times.
but program prints only one window. why is it so? how can i print text on two windows.

Since the information is variable and coming out of the print program, I can assume you want to print many labels but two to a page. Also, any page numbering, etc will need to be updated. This is easily accomplished with SAPScript but a feature people rarely use I believe. Here are the simple steps:
1) On the Windows Screen: Creat a main window for the size of the label, etc knowing that you will be putting multiple windows on a page. For example, if page size is 8.5 x 11, maybe your window size is 6 X 4 or something similar. You only need one main window defined.
2) Now go to Page Windows Screen. Add a window MAIN and down at the bottom where it says Window Type put in MAIN. Next to this field is a little field about two characters long. In here put in '01'.
3) Now Add another window MAIN and down at the bottom put in '02'.
Hopefully this gives you the idea. I've done this with up to 30 small windows in order to print variable window for labels on label stock such as Avery 8167, etc.

For the Line items, put a ELEMENT in the Smartform, and you will call this with in the LOOP and ENDLOOP, so here with in the LOOP count the TOTAL value.
then create new element after the Line item Element, and call this Element after the Line items prints,
/E LINE_ITEM
&1& &2 & &3&     " This will be in the loop and you need to caliculate the totla here
/E SUB_TOTAL.
&SUb_TOTAL& " After all the line items pritns then call this Element

Box in MAIN window of sapscript keeps misaligning...

I am currently modifying a sapscript and inside the MAIN window, there is a box command that 'boxes' a
static text. But the problem is, the box misaligns since the number of line items is dynamic.
So, how can I make the box command to just 'box' the static text correctly even though the line item is
dynamic?

Declare the Box and Static text in the main window with a new text element after the text element of the line items . so it will print it in the end when all of the Line items are printed..
(or)
Just create another script with the BOX and the text you want inside the BOX. i.e. this becomes another script which is separate from the line items you are printing there.

Trouble printing digital signatures

I have a windows 7 computer with a new printer. I have adobe reader 9 installed on the computer. I can see a digital signature on the screen even in the print preview, but it will not print. I can print the signature from a computer running XP! Any ideas how to fix this? Thank you!

I am using reader version 9.3.4 218. Windows 7 premium home edition 64 bit. Computer is an HP and printer is a brother mfc all in one laser. I tried to upload the document but it stated "the content type of this image is not allowed". I am unsure how the document was created, or how the signature was created it came to my gmail from an outside source. Also, this happens on most of the digital signatures that I receive, not just this one.

How to print items in the MAIN window of the NEXT page (smartform)?

Dear forumers,
There are two pages (FIRST and NEXT) in my smartform with the same MAIN windows in each of the pages. Whatever that are changed in FIRST-MAIN window will also be seen in NEXT-MAIN window.
I will need to control the printing of table TABLE3 contents (already contained in the MAIN window) such that if a variable V_MAT_PRINT is 'X', the TABLE3 contents will only be printed in NEXT page and not printed in FIRST page at all.
How may I achieve this? Please help.

Here's my case.
If V_MAT_PRINT is 'X', print the following:-
FIRST page, MAIN window
- TABLE1
- TABLE2
- TABLE4
- TABLE5
NEXT page, MAIN window
- TABLE3
If V_MAT_PRINT is not 'X', print the following (no additional controls / changes are needed, everything remains unchanged):-
MAIN window
- TABLE1
- TABLE2
- TABLE3
- TABLE4
- TABLE5
In this case, is a page break suitable? I doubt it as TABLE4 and TABLE5 will still need to be printed back on the FIRST page regardless of the V_MAT_PRINT value.

After doing some research in sdn and other sources i found the following result...
Digital Signatures are nothing but graphics that we can store in SAP and use in our Smart Forms.
For Example you can create a .bmp file of your signatures, upload it via SE78, and then use it in your Smart Forms in your Footer Area as "Authorized Signatory".
The Logic in the Print Program can be something as follows -
1. Maintain a Z Table having fields like PLANT, FORMID (Name of the SmartForm), USERID.
2. Before calling the Form, the validation is made for the Logged in User with the Z Table created.
3. If the User Entry exists in the Z-Table, the Form is called and the Signature Image is displayed in the Footer Block i.e. the Authorized Signature.
4. If user entry does not exist in the Z-Table then the message is displayed "You are not the Authorized for Printing the Form" and exits the Transaction.

Digital signature issues with windows 7

My iphone won't open on my computer like it use to. This all happened when I updated my itunes software. I get a digital signature error. Apple says its a Windows problem. Windows says its an apple problem. Someone please help.

I want to print BSEG-SGTXT in my Main Window and below is my code but i am unable to print the text. while debugging, i am getting value in zsgtxt field, but i am unable to get/print in script.
can any one help me why it's not printing? and plese suggest where it's wrong.

Create a Main window with only 2 lines, Give a BOX command it will give u Border for entire Main window.

For giving vertical lines Syntax is

It gives u a vertical line at 16 character. so for ur requirment add another command at another XPOS.

Change XPOS according to ur requirement.
Now add another main window to the same page with changing UPPER margin, U can add upto 99 Main windows in one page.
So add upto ur Page is full.
For headings
Create a Variable window same as Main window, in place of fields, give descriptions.
Make sure that u give BOX command below the field declaration, if u give above, for last record it will not print box.

I have 2 main window one "main" and other "Main01". In the main 01 I have insert Bitmap command. I have other values to display main.
watermark is not coming second page.
As u said I have given New-window the bitmap was not displaying.

Main window of SAPScript versus Main window of smartform

Hi,
In case of Smartform we have one main window per page but in case of SAP Script we can have 0 to 99 Main window on one page.
In case of smartform if the main window on one page gets filled then the remaining long text will jump on main window of second page.
Following are my doubts:
If I define three MAIN windows for three different kind of long texts on page one in SAP Script as follows:
MAIN Window 1 - Long text1
Main Window 2 - Long text2
Main Window 3 - Long text3
1) If the long text 1 on MAIN window 1 of first page gets full does it automatically jump to Main Window 2 of first page ?
2) If I don't want the long text on Main Window 1 to jump on Main window 2 on first page but on Main winodw 1 of next page , is it possible ? How do I do it ?

In SAPScripts if the long text is filled in the Main Window it will spill over into the same Main Window if it is defined in the next page. Text from one Main Window will nt spill over onto the text to different Main window.
So as far as you questions are concerned:
1. Not it does not automatically jump over into Main Window 2 from Main Window 1 on same page or next page.
2. You just need to define the Same Main Window on the next page so that text gets jumped over to the next page. If it is possible just define the next page as the same page, so that you do not have to create a separate page and attach all the windows.

in that EDIT-> window>creat-> vraible

select the option main window placed this window according to u r requriment it will displayed as per logic.
one imporatant point whn u place scond main window it take diffrent higt but it will not take differnt width so u can place scond main wiindow with differnt hight but not not in width.
