Printing totals in words in footer window

Hi all,
I am trying to modify the standard form : RVINVOICE01.
In main window i am getting the total Amount in Numbers. My requirement is to print that total Amount in Words in a Footer Window.
Example:
In Main Window if i get Total : 1160 (KOMK-FKWRT)
Then in Footer Window i have to display like this
Total in words :One Thousand One hundred sixty.
how to do this ?

In Text elements of Footer window i have witen like this :

AS Total in Words: &word1&
After that i have created a Subroutine pool program called ZADIN01 , And in this i have written the folowing code.
FORM ZK_WORD TABLES INPUT STRUCTURE ITCSY
                                          OUTPUT STRUCTURE ITCSY.
DATA: V_WORD1(100) TYPE C,
           V_FKWRT LIKE KOMK-FKWRT.
READ TABLE INPUT INDEX 1.
IF SY-SUBRC EQ 0.
MOVE INPUT-VALUE TO V_FKWRT.
ENDIF.
CALL FUNCTION 'SPELL_AMOUNT'
EXPORTING
   AMOUNT = V_FKWRT
IMPORTING
   IN_WORDS = V_WORD1.
ENDFORM.
But the above code is giving the Error like : THE DATA OBJECT ''INPUT 'DOESNOT HAVE A COMPONENT CALLED 'VALUE'.
How to slove this ? My code was correct ?

Want to Print a book on both sides of A4 paper. I am printing one page per
page (not the book mode).
If I print single sided, the top of the page (e.g. header text) on odd and
even pages are aligned. When I print duplex mode, odd pages print fine but
the even pages are shifted down. Thus the header text are not aligned.
I think this is more a problem with the way the printer is managing duplex
printing.While printing in duplex mode, the printer first prints in reverse (with bottom of
the page as ref) to enable placement of the output sheets back into the input
tray without rotation. Is this messing up the alignment?

Print Footer Window of PO Form at end of Last Page of PDF Forms(Adobe)

Hi,
I am trying to print PO form using PDF form which includes multiple line items. At the end of last page I am trying to print the footer window that contains Comments and Signature.
Right now my Footer Window is being printed immediately after the end of line items.
I have included the Comments text box and image inside a Sub Form.
Please let me know how to print the Footer window at the end of the page instead of printing immediately after the line items.

Please take the footer subform from the tables section and position it on the page where u want to print and write the script so that it will print only on last page.

Printing totals at the end of the main window?

Hi All,
This is Hr related and the data displayed in the main window is regarding the five benefit plans. I need to add the values from each plan. But the number of plans displayed is not constant. The plans for which he is eligible are displayed. So I need to display the totals after completion of the data.
I want to print totals in the main window at the end of the form. The print program is a standard SAP program and it is not to be changed. I had calculated the totals by calling a perform in the script editor. Thats working fine.
But the problem is while displaying it. Is there a solution to print totals at the end of the form without changing the print program or without creating a new element(as it cannot be called from the print program)?

See there are so many element which ends with the ATLAST, like INVEST_AT_LAST.
You need to find out which AT_LAST is triggering in your prorgram. Or, you can use the AT_LAST element of the same family where you put your PERFORM to get the total.
Say if you put your code at BENEFI_AT_EACH_PERSON, you can use the BENEFI_AT_LAST for displaying the TOTAL.

Now what I want is to print header text below Description column, there is a loop on the table in main window.
This header text will be printed only once. This is a standard header text

So please use TABLE instead of LOOP in the table we can prin header, main area, footer.

How to get total page count (in footer) for just a section?

In Pages 08, I was able to put a total page count (for only a section) in the footer. However, when I tried doing the same thing in Pages 09, it keeps giving me a total page count for the entire document. I used the same settings for Pages 08 and 09, but 09 keeps giving me the total page count for the entire document. Does anyone know how I can make it work like it did in Pages 08? This is really annoying and preventing me from buying iWork 09 as I need this feature to work. Thanks in advance!

As far as I know, the Pages '08 behavior was a bug.
The Pages '09 Help states:
Here are ways to work with information about a document:
To add or change descriptive information about a document (author, title, comments, and keywords), click Inspector in the toolbar, click the Document button, and then click Info. Enter or change information in the fields in the pane.
This information is searchable using Spotlight on computers with Mac OS X version 10.4 and later.
_To display document statistics, such as number of words, pages, lines, paragraphs, sections, graphics, and characters in the document_, click Inspector in the toolbar, click the Document button, and then click Info.
_A document’s word and page count_ are always visible at the bottom left of the window. To hide your document’s word count, choose Pages > Preferences, and then deselect “Show word count at window bottom.”
If a range of text is selected, you can specify the extent of the displayed statistics by choosing Selection or Document from the Range pop-up menu in the Document inspector.
This time it's clear that except if you select a chunk of text, word count and page count are global document 's properties.

Unable to print from MS Word: "The Directory Service is currently unavailable"

Hi! I hope you can help me. Please note that I have a Windows XP computer (Home Edition, Version 2002, Service Pack 3, 32-bit). When I initially installed a Brother printer (model# MFC-J475DW) in Dec 2013, I had no problems printing documents. My problems
started about 2 days ago. I got an error message after I opened a MS Word document (.doc) and clicked the Print button to print a document. The Printer "Name" field was empty. I clicked the dropdown box in that window and saw 3 options:
1 - Brother MFC-J475DW Printer
2 - Brother PC-FAX v.3.2
3 - PaperPort Image Printer
When I selected "Brother MFC-J475DW Printer," a Microsoft Word dialog box appeared, saying the following:
"The printer has not yet responded, but the Microsoft Office program may be able to proceed without printer information. Do you want to continue to wait for the printer?"
I can either click on a Yes button or a No button. Either way, I'm brought back to the Print page. When I click on the OK button to start printing, another error message appears:
"Windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup. Try one or more of the following:
*Check the printer by printing a test page from Windows.
*Make sure the printer is turned on and online.
*Reinstall the printer driver."
I have a choice to click either OK or Web Help. I click the OK button to close the box, then return to the Print page. When I click on the "Find Printer..." button, the Find Printers window appears for a moment, then is replaced by this error message:
"The Directory Service is currently unavailable"
On Friday (Mar 21), when the error first occurred, I was able to print a letter in MS Word after un- and re-installing the Brother printer and its drivers. The problem reappeared the next day (Saturday). I don't want to do that every time to print a single
page, so would you please recommend a solution?
By the way, I am able to print a test page from the printer in Control Panel, and I can print from a Notepad document. Also, when I go to the Control Panel, select "Printers and Faxes," then right-click on the printer (Brother MFC-J475DW Printer),
then select the Ports page, there's a check mark next to USB001 (not LPT1 or COM1). When I click on the "Configure Port..." button, I get this error message:
"An error occurred during port configuration. This operation is not supported."
Earlier today, I got a reply from brother.com's tech support (thanks to the 1 year warranty). They said the problem is on my PC, not their printer. However, they provided links to completely uninstall the printer, then reinstall it. I did just that, but
the problem persists. I'll download OpenOffice.org's Office Suite to see if I can print documents with their software instead of MS Word. Until then, I await any suggestions.

I downloaded OpenOffice and am able to print documents (in particular, the same document I created in MS Word). I guess MS Word is to blame. I believe the issue is concluded, but I'd welcome any comments about the Active Directory, as I might have a problem
with OpenOffice in the future regarding that.

Hp 1510 printer not being detected by my windows Visa

I recently bought an Hp 1510 printer and after installing the software i tried connecting the printer with my laptop with windows vista(home version) as the operating software. However the printer does not even get detected after connecting it via the USB drive. The USB drive works fine when i use other external devices but cant seem to detect my printer. Please help...

I have been able to make some changes by reinstalling the software. As of now the Printer is being detected by my laptop(Windows vista OS), I can scan and can also print diagnostic information through the HP desktop 1510 series toolbox however i still cannot print word documents. Infact I can't seem to do any printing process. Whenever I try to take a print out a word document file the following error messages occur.
"Windows cannot print due to a problem in the current printer setup.
This error can appear if a default printer has not been designated or if the application is unable to locate an existing default printer. To correct this problem, try one of the following in Microsoft Windows:
If a printer is not available in the Print dialog box, add a printer.
If the application cannot find an existing printer that is already installed, set the printer as the default printer.
If a default printer is installed but the application is unable to use it, uninstall the printer driver, and then install the latest version of the printer driver.
If the printer is on a print server, make sure the printer is available, the network is functioning, the server is not stalled, the printer is not out of paper, or the printer is not suspended by the administrator. Printing issues associated with a network printer are best handled by your local network administrator".
It also shows an error that printer is not installed.
I'm perplexed by this issue. I have ensured that the printer is the default printer, I also updated the latest driver software, I can also scan which shows that the Operating system can clearly detect the printer, I can also print diagnostic info from the printer toolbox. The only think I can't do, it seems is Print. Please help me out. All the relevant info about the printer is given below. Thank you.

Why won't my printer print out the words that are in bold italics on a pdf? It prints the non-italicized words in bold.

Can you confirm that you have an Officejet 8500a or Officejet 8500? On the 8500a model, you can set the networks proxy address and port setting from the front panel of the printer (setup>Webservices setup>proxy). If you are unsure what your proxy settings are you'll need to contact your network admin. If your network uses a proxy users name and password for all devices, you need to enter this information along with the proxy address and port in the printers embedded web server. Type the products IP address into an internet brownser window (printer must be connected to the same network as PC). Select the network tab, and than look for the proxy settings option. Enter in the information and click apply. Once the networks proxy information has been correctly inputed into the embedded web server, try printing again. If unsuccessfully, you might try reinstalling the printer software after uninstalling it. Hope this helps!

Cannot print with HP Deskject 1515 in Windows 8.1

Hi,
I bought a brand-new HP Deskjet All-in-One 1515.
I installed the HP software and the drivers on my Windows 8.1 laptop, I updated them, and I run the Scan Doctor...everything seemed to be fine (i.e. I print a test-page within the Scan Doctor, I can scan pages, and all tests are successful).
However, when it comes to print from MS Word, or even a PDF file, nothing happens.
I followed a couple of propose solutions (e.g. remove and reinstall everything, Start/Stop the Printer services, etc.).
The problems remain.
The strange issue, nevertheless, is that I can print via a Word Pad text-file.
Any advice please?

Footer window should be in Last Page

I have a issue in printing a form..
I have to print the footer window only to the last page.
i have tried all the possiblities like enabled the option 'Only after end of the main window' in the alternative of the footer and added 'At end of the table' in the table footer of the main window.
But still facing the problem of overlapping the main window to the final footer.
i hope you guys can understand what i mean to say..

you can use this
IF NEXT_PAGE EQ ' 0 '.
write the text here.
ENDIF.
in the main window itself. Once all the records got printed, it will check that there is no next page. at that time, that was the end of the internal table in the mainwindow and the text will be printed.
If you want a seperate window, then also the same logic will work.
If you want a seperate window, then the output look and feel will not be so good.
I mean where ever the last record got completed, it will print the text if you put it in Main window. other wise statically it will print at a particular position where your window was placed.
