Printing with a chart thrashes the computer

I've setup a chart in Numbers that grabs data from a table. That table references data in anther table.
Before I added the chart, the sheet would print fine: header, table 1 & table 2. When I added the chart, when I hit File...Print the system starts thrashing: so much so that I lose internet connectivity, regain it, lose it and regain again. It takes about 30 seconds, but it will eventually let me hit the Print button. I can't even Command-Tab or Force Quit or anything while this is going on.
The sheet will print, but it's frustrating having my internet disconnect, and the print job to lock me up like that, especially if I'm doing something in the background, and the people I'm chatting with think I had a seizure going online/offline like that.
I can email someone the sheet if they would be able to take a look at it...

I have configured on my system an HP OfficeJet which is shared by a Windows PC, and a Minolta BizHub c203. I also have a virtual Acrobat printer from Acrobat 8.0.
The weird part is if I delete the chart, it does that 45-second hiccup... If I delete the chart, the sheets print fine. If I recreate the chart, it does the freeze again.
I emailed someone the sheet and it printed fine for them (of course!
So I guess it may be my system and not the sheet. Weird since everything else prints well, including other non-chart sheets.

I can't help with the scan/print problem. You seem to have done everything I would try.
I don't know if maybe using a registry cleaner would help.

Iphone will sync itunes content with one computer at a time. If you sync to another, it will erase the current content and replace with content from the new computer.

Please identify your notebook/pc /printer.
Look at the base/rear/side of the notebook/pc/printer at the barcoded sticker.
Post item number 2 as seen on the following example of an HP notebook's barcoded sticker. The barcode on your HP product may be slightly different in appearance, but will still have the important information needed for us to help you.

If your printer is a laser printer then simply go to print preferences and select grayscale printing

I suggest trying the update again after an hour or two. Sometimes, the notice that an update is available comes an hour or two before the developers actually sends the revised app out to be downloaded.

Did some updates yesterday so decided to shut the computer down last night. Turned it on this morning and now for almost an hour the screen is showing a grey background with a picture of the computer and it says "setting up your Mac". Like it is frozen.

I have a macbook pro 2011 13" that came with OS Lion (integrated not on a disk). I recently bought OS Mountain Lion of the app store and it is working fine. However I was a bit dissapointed in the battery so I decided to try and downgrade and completely failed, I froze the computer and when I restarted it it did not work. I went into recovery system and erased my disk and all that and went to re-download my OS. I was expecting to get the option to re-download Lion but instead I could only re-download Mountain Lion.
My question is since my computer originally came with Lion can I reset my computer so I get OS Lion back instead of OS Mountain Lion?

Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Erase the hard drive:
    1.    Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
    2.    After DU loads select your startup volume (usually Macintosh HD) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
    3.    Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Erase button and wait until the process has completed.
    4.    Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion: Select Reinstall Lion and click on the Install button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

Commercial Printing with images bleeding to the edge

I have produced an A4 tri-fold flyer with images that "bleed" to the edge. I exported the document as a PDF file (Best quality) and copied it to a CD. My printer said it was fine apart from the image which they normally receive bigger than A4 and bleeds out of the edges of the document. This is so they print it bigger than necessary and then cut it to ensure the image fills the entire space without a white boarder.
I tried "page set up" as boarderless printing but when I printed it on my printer it expanded the document and cropped the edges.
My question is, is there any way I can produce an A3 sized document which has my A4 flyer in the middle with all the guide lines and cropping lines showing as per a normal DTP software?

One way is to do as one did a decade ago when the printing functionality of ColorSync was supported through a menu in the Print dialog. Thus try the following from File > Print > (Unnamed Scroll Box:) Copies & Pages within which you scroll down to ColorSync to get a dialog for ColorSync > Quartz Filter: Whatever name your filter has, including Untitled if you cannot saved it. Don't touch the menu Color Conversion - it determines whether your ICC printing profile is subset into a PostScript Color Rendering Dictionary.
In PDF Retouch component for PDF/X I picked one of the large gamut colour spaces from www.eci.org, the one I picked was for positive plate on bright art paper. An on the fly filter gets my Destination Profile, that is, my custom large gamut ICC type PRTR printer profile for the intended printing condition / OutputIntent, and for an untagged RGB JPEG it inserts the Generic RGB Profile as it should. If I tag the JPEG myself e.g. with my display profile, then that gets embedded as my source profile. SFNT-housed TrueType is embedded in subset form.
In PDF Policies, I disabled colour management of spot colours and separations. I am not sure Apple has licenced CIELa*b 2 degree standard observer measurements for the many, many spot colour swatch libraries out there. With regrd to managing DCS separations, this is possible in LinoColor 6 followed by Photoshop 6, but you need the right source separation and I suspect that if there is none embedded then the Generic CMYK Profile gets assigned which is not going to get the right result. DCS EPS is problematic for a range of reasons, and responsibility for what colours are intended and what colourants should be laid down to form them rests with the person who creates the DCS EPS, so in my opinion they should be passed through as pree-evaluated.

Print with indesign CS on the Epson stylus photo R2400

I just bought the R2400, but find some problems by printing from indesign, I am using a power PC G4 with a 10.4.6 version.
I would like to print with the premium semigloss photo paper to have a nice photo colour feeling but the print outs are very different from the original folder, also a font directly made in indesign is printed ok but if I place an image with a logo, the logo is pixelised (if I print the same image with photoshop, the logo is fine)
If somebody could give me some advices, that would be great thanks.

Well, you picked the very hardest way to do it, and as time goes on, you will probably discover many other things wrong with your system as well. You CANNOT go back to Tiger from Leopard via an archive and install; you have to wipe the drive and start over from scratch, and then transfer all your data over from a backup and reinstall most, if not all, of your applications so the right elements are in the right places. Even so you'll never get your system exactly back to where it was, unless you had a perfect bootable Tiger backup (via SuperDuper) and merely restored from that. Obviously whatever Leopard element that killed your printing capability is still on your frankenstein system of BOTH Tiger and Leopard parts.
There are hundreds of posts on the issue of reverting to Tiger from Leopard, many quite detailed. So many things are changed from upgrading from one to the other that what you attempted (unless you completely wiped the drive and all your data) has always proven disastrous, which is why I highly recommended against it after reading hundreds of horror stories here.
I suggest doing a search at downgrading from Leopard to Tiger, following those instructions if you can, and making the best of it. You'll find that springing the $200 for an external drive would have been a much better and easier solution, because it can come in very handy if you ever need to do any maintenance on your internal hard drive, or if some update or problems kill your internal drive and you can't even boot the system. Not to mention sooner or later always needing more storage capability, and even a drive for reliable backups.
I would never dream of attempting a downgrade or needing to do it in the first place (having taken precautions as to never have to), so I can't give you any further advice than that.

you can charge the battery off the USB from the computer
also, when you buy the wall charger in the Apple online store of your country (eg. UK, Australia etc.) i think it comes with the adapter for that country
... so (guessing you are from the UK) if u bought it at http://www.apple.com/uk/ then u would get the UK version
u might have to double check that tho...
(if not, buy it in store.. those ones have the right adapter)

It sounds like you're having a more complicated problem than I was, but just in case anyone out there is in the same boat, here's the solution (which I wasn't able to find in any forums thus far) to a simple problem I was having.
If you're using a single email account with iOS 7 on a device like an iPad 2, you've hit the cancel button on an email and selected "Save Drafts," but later realized that you're unable to find the draft folder anywhere, then the fix is actually pretty simple. All you have to do is open your email account, hit the "Mailboxes" tab in the top left corner, tap the "Edit" button (to the right of the "Mailboxes" header), select "Add Mailbox" from the first section, and then just tap "Drafts" and "Done."
Afterwards, just go to your Mailboxes tab and you should see the draft folder listed, in which will be whatever drafts you've saved so far.

Folder with question mark and the computer is unable to detect Macintosh HD

Turning on the computer, there is a gray folder with a question mark and it is flashing. Then, I turn off the computer, and go to boot by clicking option at the same time. After I get into the screen, I try to reinstall my computer, but it can not detect the Macintosh HD or other driver that there is no place to install the system. I try to turn on my computer when clicking left ****, left control, and left option. It does not work also. Is there any thing i can do?

There isn't anything you can do for there. If you have a 2012 MBA your solid state drive has probably failed (mine did two weeks ago). I wasn't able to get into safe mode or do anything with it. I installed the OS onto a USB to get onto the machine properly, but I couldn't get into the hard drive.
If the SSD has failed, you will need to replace the drive, make an appointment with Apple and see if they can help you. If you are outside your warranty there is still a chance they will replace it for free.
