Problem Cross Selling - No condition record to find but material shows up

Hi!
I have a problem with one material which always pops up in the sales order - cross selling list but I cannot see the condition record (VB43).  I do not want this material in the cross selling list, but how do I get it out?
Any advise would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Stefan

Hi Stefan,
please check note 869601:
1.  Question: What options are there to create a Cross-Selling
relationship between two or more materials?
The SAP standard system provides two options:
       -  Create a condition record using Transaction VB41.
       -  Start the analysis run (report SDCRSL01) using Transaction
SDVK. The companion sales analysis statistically determines a
list with the double combinations of materials that are most
common. You must specify the specified identifier as an
attribute of the SD_DPP_CROSS_SELLING function module in the
access sequence of the product proposal schema in Customizing.
hope this helps!

    Hi Joshi,
By seeing the above link, I think after creating transaction variant we need to create Custom tcode to use that transaction variant.
But, in this case we should use transaction VA01 only, but not any Custom Tcode..
    This is very urgent ..
Is there any other option to meet my requirement...
    Thanks,

  • Conditions Record deleted on Sales Docs shows up in Billing

    Issue:
    - When the users work with a Credit Memo Request they delete a pricing
    condition record called ZSET.
    - This condition record appears in the invoice document again when
running the billing due list. This also happens when using VF01
    - The desired behaviour is that the deleted condition doesn't appear
    again when invoicing
    Configuration
    Condition Record ZSET:
    - Class: A (Discount/Surcharge)
    - Calculation Type: C
    - Changes allowed:
    ---> Manual entry has priority
---> Changes on: Item condition, Delete
    Pricing Procedure: ZMICPR
    Copy Control:
    - From Sales Document to Billing Document
    ---> Sales Document: ZCR
    ---> Billing Document: G2
    ---> Item Category: G2N
---> Pricing Type: C (Copy Manual Pricing Elements and redetermine the
    others)
Is there a configuration or note where the deleted conditions on the
reference documents are marked as manual entries so
when running the pricing procedure again on the billing document the
ZSET condition doesn't show up again.

    Thanks for your help

    hai
Change the setting in copy control as below and try - hope it will work.
    Copy Control:
    - From Sales Document to Billing Document
    ---> Sales Document: ZCR
    ---> Billing Document: G2
    ---> Item Category: G2N
    ---> Pricing Type: D

  • HT204384 My SD card wont read in FInder but will show in disk utility, any advice?

Hi, my card reader started to become inconsistant over the last week and it has now stopped reading cards all together. It will show up in Disk utility so i can format it etc but it just wont show in the Finder section. When i remove the card without prompting, i get the 'Failed to eject properly' message. Any advice would be appreciated. I only purchased in Nov 2011 brand new so not sure what operating system it is but you may know from date of purchase.
    Thanks
    Rob

I had this problem too on my MBP mid-2012 running Mavericks.  SD cards (in MBP slot or USB reader) would not show up in Finder.  I was able to see them mounted in Disk Utility.  What tipped me off that they were in fact mounting (and led me to check Disk Util) is that the OS complained of improperly ejecting the sd card when I removed it.
To clarify what BDAqua said, but I didn't understand until I saw another thread, here's what fixed my problem:  Click on 'Finder' 'Preferences', select Sidebar tab and tick the box 'external disks' in the Devices section.
Now my sd cards show up.  Thanks!!

  • Camera records correct time, but fcpx shows different date....?

So I just did a test clip from my sd card and opened the clip up in finder and the date for date created is correct. But if I open the clip up in the import window of fcpx, the content created date is like 8 hours early.....why is this happening????

I've had a similar problem when importing from the SD card in my Panasonic. In my case the Content Created time is always 1 hour in advance of the file time from the Finder. I have found that you can change the Content Created time by altering my time zone in system preferences so I am beginning to think it is some problem with the interaction between OS X time and FCP. What is your time zone setting?

  • How to find who has created the condition records

    hi all,
in POF1 condition records were created.for material and plant.how to find who has created condition records for the material and plant.
is there any way to find who has created please help me out.
    thanks
    sunny

    Hi,
There are two ways of finding the who has created the ondition record.
    01. This is through the sales order-> Item details level-> condtion Tab----> Select the condition type and click on dispaly condition record below in the same creen. Then  Goto tab on the menu and select the overview of the condition record. After do so you will have the details of diffrenr tabs. In this you need to select the Administrative data for the person who had created the condition record.
    02. Goto T. Code VK13 and give your condition type for which you need to find the person created the record. Select the header details tab for the person who had created the record.
Hope this is fine with you.
    Bye & Enjoy SAP.

  • Cross selling

    Hi everybody,
I got a problem about cross selling. I implemented every steps but still i can't get suggestion box while creating sales order. Where is the problem i couldn't find.
Note: I don't have item proposal..
I maintained procedure (sheama) and assigned cond.type to my procedure
I defined customer procedure "B" and document procedure "B"
Then i assigned my document type "B" and in customer master i determined pp customer sheama "B"
In VB41 with my condition type, i assigned 1907 to 374...
But in va01 transaction when i enter 1907 material i cant get suggestion box for 374 ????
If you can help me.... Thanks in advance...

    Hi,
Your problem would surely be sorted out. Please check once again if you have maintained your Cross selling procedure and assigned it to  your pricing procedure. Have your cross selling procedure assigned for your customer in the sales area data, and check if the conditions record are for that customer in VB42.
As Dhanekula said, check if you have the item category determination maintained for cross selling at VOV4 as
Sales doc type + Item cat group + Usage ( CSEL) + Higher level ( Tan) --- > Tan
Then finally check for the item you are proposing for cross selling is also not part of a free goods determination. Coz thats a limitation. A material participating in free goods cannot be sold for cross selling purpose.
    Pl reward if it helps.

  • Material Fright Group related Condition record is not captured in billing

    Dear all,
As i am creating Credit Memo with respect to Credit memo Request (Sales Order) and my freight condition record is maintained in Material Freight Group level. This field is there in Sales Order but when i am creating Credit memo it is not captured and also i am unable to find Material Freight Group field in Billing Document.
    Please help urgently.
    Regards,
    Chirag Pedhadiya.

    Hi...
But why we have to write this code in User Exit. Is this Standard SAP Problem ??
I just wonder that in Delivery Related Billing Document it is finding Material Freight Group related Condition record in Billing means in Billing Pricing it is getting value in Material Freight Group filed and set this condition record value, though there is no any field like MFRGR (Material Freight group) in Billing Tables VBRK or VBRP.
So for Order related Billing Document only why this filed is not getting any value in Pricing ??
    Thnaks,

  • How can i get the tax code from Condition record number

    Hi all,
i have the Condition record number from which i have to get the tax code as i looked inthe KNOP that Condition record number there but no tax code is maintained there.
so is there any other way to find the tax code for particular Condition record number
    Regards
    suresh

    hi suresh,
can u tell me the field name for condition record number and in which table it is stored.
because i knew one condition number which is stored in table EKKO and the field name is
KNUMV- Number of the document condition.
from ekko take relevant details and look for  ekpo where u find the tax code
filed name of the tax code id MWSKZ- Tax on sales/purchases code

  • Condition record is missing in sales order

can u please help me on my issue,my issue is in my sales order there are the different types of materials are there,on which the tax is applicable as12.5% on few materials,20% on few materials,on service materials tax is 10%, 2%, 1%,depending on this i have mapped the conditions and it is calculating accordingly, but when i  see in sales order by selecting one material, when i go to conditions, analysis of that particular line item,it shows 10% 2% 1% condition records are missing, same wise verse when i select another condition and see the analysis it shows 12.5% condition record is missing, when i go and select the another condition,if i check the analysis it shows 20% tax condition record is missing, but its not throwing any error, and showing document is complete, can any one suggest is it the right procedure or i have to make any changes in to it.

    Hi
I see no issue in this. It is correct system behaviour.
When you have different tax rates for different materials, obviously the condition records will be accessed based on the entries maintained for each material.
E.g For material with 12.5% tax rate when you check in vk13, you will find only that entry and no entries for 20% and 10%, 2% and 1%.
So the access sequence fetches only what has been maintained in VK11 for each material.
This is absolutely fine. Go ahead and save the order.
    Regards
    Madhu

  • Pricing condition record

    Hi All,
There is a problem with the invoice condition records. In our case invoices are actually created via Idocs.
Usually the condition record type is sent in the Idoc and the corresponding condn. type comes in the invoice. But in one case, the Idocs do not have a particular condition record type present in the data segment ,yet the invoice when created has the condition type in it.
Does any one have  a idea if the condition type gets picked from any master table or is there any other way it  appears in the invoice.
As far as the program that creates the Idocs,It picks the condition records from a Z table and fills in the Idocs.
    Thanks for your help!
    Regards,
    Gowthami SK

    Hi Sam,
the preceding document is the sales order.
the scenario is like the sales order gets created through Idocs (msg type:VLCCPO),the pricing condition record is filled in the Idoc ( KSCHL) and it appears in the invoice.
But in a particular case, there is no condition type in the Idoc  ,yet the condition type appears in the invoice.
Is it possible that any standard pricing condition has been defined???
    Regards,
    Gowthami SK.

1: Check PR00 in VK13 , if there are any scales maintained.
    Else
2: Check PR00 in VK13, and go to Environment changes and check if the price is changed recently or any changes are made which you are not aware of. Also please check the condition type definition of PR00 using T Code V/06 and check how the pricing date is being mainatined.

  • Condition record number

    Hi All,
I know the conditin type , application Sequential number of the condition, by this I went for finding out condition records in KONP table , here I could find out multiple condition records.
How could I get exact one required.
    Regards,
    vinesh

    Hi Vinesh,
If I get your question right; you want to find out condition record from access tables, right?
Suppose you want to find out condition record for customer 4999, material P-109 for condition type K005, for which the access table is A005.
Then first go to table A005 using SE16, put following values as input:
    KAPPL>>                             V
    KSCHL>>                             K005
    VKORG>>
    VTWEG>>
    KUNNR>>                           4999
    MATNR>>                             P-109
on F8 you will get a value for A005-KNUMH,
KAPPL KSCHL  VKORG  VTWEG KUNNR        MATNR                DATBI      DATAB      KNUMH
    V     K005   1000   10    0000004999   P-109                25.07.2000 20.11.1996 0000007229
note this value and feed it as input for table KONP again in SE16. You will get the value of condition record as KBETR (condition rate)
KNUMH      KAPPL KSCHL  KNUMT      STFKZ KSTBW                KONWS   KBETR
    0000007229 V     K005              A                    0,00                    68,00-
So if you have to find value of condition records you have to use the access table Axxx in conjunction with KONP, with KNUMH as the connecting field.
If you are still getting multiple records, then please attach a screenshot, may be I can help.
