Problem In installing SourceMiner Tool

Dear Sir,
I am Khalid , PhD student in Santiago de compostela universty / spain.
I try to install SourceMiner tools in eclipse But I receive the following error:

Please how yo can help me,
I try the process for several version of eclipse and several PC.

Do you have any reserved characters in your password? You might want to try and pass it to the command line through a file, as the guide references. I'm on Win7 64bit am able to use the Migration Tool.
On thing that I found helped me was to put it together in a batch file together where I can pass variables and pull all of the configurations:
ReadAllConfigurations.bat
%1 = username
%2 = server
%3 = password file

START /WAIT migrationtool -u %1 -s %2 ReadAll ActionBarLayout ^< %3

Usage:
ReadAllConfigurations.bat company/user https://sercure-xxxxxx.crmondemand.com stagepassword.txt
Hopefully that helps, but I would also go back and verify that your environment variables are correct.
