Problem in leave approving working when approving through ITS

Hello all
   When we are approving the leave request workflow through R/3 it is working and leave is getting approved .
   when we are trying to approve the leave through ITS from bwsp transaction the leave is not getting approved and when i check in the workflow log it is showing the following message
call back executed from workitem
   In the activity we are using htmlform in workflow

check the request in Rptarqdbview and see in WF to whom it is routed
if you know the workitem check the next agent in SWIA.
and ensure WF is triggered
check the WF associated in V_t554s_web for the absence

In my view, from the issues I am seeing everywhere, HTML5 output from rapid e-learning tools such as Captivate is not ready for the kind of mobile device e-learning you want to develop.

Leave approval through Position Hierarchy

I have requirement regarding Leave approval which I want to perform through position hierarchy despite of immediate supervisor, can any body tell me the step where I can perform this through AME?

You don't have to use the supervisor hierarchy. By using an AME rule, you can return the approver list using a wide range of logic. You can make use of the position hieracrhy, or you could choose to have an approver group based on some other logic. You will need to make sure that your transaction type (self service HR) has access to the appropriate action type (e.g. position hierarchy) to do this.

Video clips not working when opened through video ...

hello
Its been just a week that I brought my nokia e63 but it is giving me some problems
1. the video clips get stuck after some time, then it again pauses and plays it continues,,: when opened through video clips in gallery,, whereas it works fine when opened through real player or file manager
2. I can't sync my contacts through nokia Ovi suite it gives an error:80043bd3, it says u should consider updating your phone software, whereas the phone already has the latest software installed in it
I also have tried restoring my phone, but it didn't help. The software version is :500.21.009
plz help I'm really worried coz I can't bear these problems just after 1 week of its purchase

Leave approval through MSS

Through MSS can we allow staff (e.g. secretary) to approve leave records on behalf of managers?If its possible? pl explain the process.Awaiting for your positive reply at the earliest.

If the manager wants to assign the responsibility of approving the leave request tyo someone else, he can adopt the substitution. look in the Business Workplace.

Problem in leave workflow working in ESS

Dear All ,
I ahve modified standard workflow for leave WS12300111 . I have 2 levels of approval . The step which goes to approver is standard task TS12300097 which is calling DUMMY method of CL_PT_REQ_WF_ATTRIBS class .
Now my problem is suppose 100 people have applied for the leave after managers approval it workitem will go to HR . So in HR's UWL he/she will have 100 workitem . Now supose HR clicks on first workitem in by logging in to ESS . when HR clicks on pop-up comes on the top it has one table sort of thing , here all the 100 leave request r getting diplayed .
I want Table to dislay only the Leave request of an employee belonging to That workitem . Please help in this regard . This is very high priority issue .

Report navigation not working when accessed through IFrame in mozilla

We integrated a OBIEE report in our web application and displaying through IFrame.
We have functionality to navigate and show a report when user clicks on graph.
This is working fine in IE6 but it is not working in Mozilla firefoxv3.x.
And the code snippet looks like below:

BSP doesn't work when opened through MS Office application

Hi Experts,
I developped a bsp application to display directly all originals of a Document Info Record.
The url has got some parameters:
ex:http://maplmqa.sylvania.com:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/z_phl_guest/index.htm?dokar=ZPI&doknr=0000000000000000002564164&doktl=EN&dokvr=00
When a user add this url in a MS Word document (also with XLS and PPT) and click on this link, the bsp starts but doesn't do all the process.
When the user copy/paste the same link directly in the address bar of Internet Explorer, it works properly. I tested with open office, the hyperlink works also properly.
So, only hyperlinks which come from MS office have problems (I checked the hyperlink, it's correct).
Important point : the user connect with a guest user (defined in sicf) and not with his own user.
What is the result:
the BSP index.html page opens but it seems that the event handler "OnInitialization" is not executed. And in this event handler, I call the next page doc_list.htm which displays a table.
The user sees a bsp page without any table.
Does somebody already have problems with hyperlinks through MS Office applications ?

IPhone 3GS MMS works when sent through Photos app but not Messages app?

I recently got the iPhone 3G S 3.1 update, but for some reason when I send MMS through the camera button on the Messages screen it doesn't send. The "Sending" bar would go almost to the end and then stop for about 5 - 10 seconds, and then it reaches the end, but it doesn't send when I did a test with two of my friends. Though, when I click the "MMS" button on the photos app, it does send. I don't get why MMS doesn't work in the Messages app when it does in the Photos app, can you guys help me figure out the problem and how to fix it?

Time caspule only works when connected through my dLink router first

I have a dlink router that was always my network router in my home. I hooked up a time capusle from the lan output of the dlink into the internet input port on the time capsule and it works fine. The time capsule and dlink are both wifi hostpots. When I connect my time capsule from my modem direct without the dlink the LED will not turn green. WHy is this and how do I remedy this.

The easiest way is to "hard reset" the Time Capsule and reconfigure it using AirPort Utility.
Make sure it is connected to the modem first. Remember to power down the modem before changing its connections.
To "hard reset" the TC: make sure it's powered up, then press and hold its tiny reset button and keep it depressed for five to ten seconds, long enough for its LED to flash amber rapidly. Release the reset button. Then, the LED will glow amber steadily for about a minute. Then, it will flash amber, slowly, about once every second or two, waiting for you to configure it with AirPort Utility.
This will not affect your backups. You might need to re-select the TC's backup disk in Time Machine's Preferences, but your existing backups will not be lost.

16 gig nano problem- nike+ did not work when photos were loaded by iTunes.

I recently got a lovely new purple nano for my birthday which appeared to work fine right out of the box. I let iTunes fill it up with a random selection of music and then there was no room for photos, but that was fine.
I used it for 5 runs without problem, but today, every time I tried to start a workout, the nano would reset itself. Luckily I could revert to my trusty old nano.
The first 4 runs had taken place without much customisation of the nano, and then I decided to choose my own music instead of having iTunes do it for me, but I also let iTunes choose and load photos on it. The 5th run seemed to work ok after this customisation, but that was it, attempting another run made the nano reboot itself.
I have since deleted all the photos and Nike+ worked just fine again. I then chose to upload just a few photos, instead of letting iTunes fill the nano up, and again Nike + is working fine. So I've fixed my own problem, but thought I would post in case anyone else is having similar problems

Since Black Monday, I have now deleted cookies, cleaned the cache and deleted all Temp Internet files 4x. I am on IE7.0.5xxx.x, on an XP-Pro SP3 laptop. All of the problems mentioned in my original post have continued, totally unabated.
If you have a suggestion for me, please share it. I will try about anything now.
Please note that, related to my OP, everything worked perfectly on Sunday PM, and well into the day on Black Monday. Since then, the issues that I outlined haver been present, and have not changed. The issue is not on my part, though I will attempt to correct anything on my end.
The pleasure of helping others in these fora has been greatly diminished. I'd guess that about 10% of my posts used to include screen-caps, to direct the various posters, to the correct Panel, switch, Tool, or fly-out menu, to solve their problem. Now, all of my screen-caps have to go to queue. I have about 1500 of them in my Adobe folder, and add more, as the questions come.
I can live with having to do Block Quotations a half-dozen times, and can Backspace out of those line breaks, but my camera icon is part of my life. Over in the PrE forum, I posted on Saturday afternoon, and that image just came out of queue tonight! Think about some poor Adobe user, lookng for the fix to their problem, with maybe a family event, at which they are hoping to present a DVD, and my answer has been in queue for 2.5 days.
We do, what we do, with little thanks, and no remuneration, and it should behove Adobe to help us, help other users - ones who have given Adobe their $, and only want their program to function. We, the forum subscribers, can often help them, and save the bacon. That is something that the current Adobe T/S cannot do. Maybe next quarter, but not yet.

Href link not working when accessed through wireless portal (ptg/rm)

When the title.jsp page is accessed for the first time the URL is http://<server name>:<port no>/ptg/rm
When i click on the link it shows error page (Page cann't be found" but in the deployed EAR file the "hello.jsp" was included.
But when i click on the Link, the URL changes to
http://<server name>:<port no>/ptg/title.jsp?ch=
Here the rm of ptg/rm got misplaced.
but according to my experience it should be
http://<server name>:<port no>/ptg/rm with some postfix string.
can any one please tell me what could be the reason?
How can i forward the request to "hello.jsp" page?

Login in BSP (WAS) doesn't work when navigating to ITS (PAS)

We have a BSP application working on WAS, clicking a tab we show a ITS application.
We have setup Single Sign On (SSO) with the SAP Logon Ticket. On BSP application first we made log on. WAS create a SSO2 Logon Ticket.
How can we pass any HTTP Header (for SAP-User) from BSP to ITS for PAS?

I don't know if I have a lot to add on what exactly your setup problem is, but I can tell you that what you are trying to do is possible. We do the same thing at our facility.
We logon to a BSP application (which generates the SSO2 ticket). The BSP then navigates to an ITS transaction. Now when we navigate to the ITS service we always pass through a PAS Service File. I use the following settings:

This way if my logon ticket already exists, it doesn't try and recreate it. In this particular situation a Link in our BSP page lets the user change their user profile. Therefore we launch SU3 using the ITS (WebGui).
