Problem in printing SAP Script Page Numbering

Hi All,
Am facing a problem like : Page Numbering in one of my form is getting printed from 0 (I mean initializing from 0).
Eg : Page 000 of 003
       Page 001 of 003
       Page 002 of 003
I want to get printed as :
      Page 001 of 003
       Page 002 of 003
       Page 003 of 003
Could you pls help me in this regard.

Hi,
You can solve this problem by setting the page counter mode to "start" and the numbering type as "Arabic", in the page attributes.

Problem while printing SAP Script

Hi All,
I have one scenario, in which I have to copy the Standard SAP Script form (HR_ALL_FIX) client '000' and import in the development server as custom SAP script(ZHR_ALL_FIX) and making change in main window the text. Instead of "Yours Faithfully" text I have changed it to 'Warm Regards'.
When I try to view the print preview of the script from PP40 tcode, the output is overlapped.
Instead of 'warm regards' to be displayed at the end of the page, its being printed in between somewhere.
No other changes I have made.
Any inputs and help will be really helpful.

I am still facing the problem . tried everything. Have only changed the language while copying from DE to EN.
Also, just creating a Z form without ANY change at all( even the printer used to check print preview is the same)... and attaching it to OOVM transaction and then checking the print preview - TEXT comes randomly (in different order)
Any help will be really appreciated and rewarded..

Question on Printing SAP Script

I have an urgency in printing a SAPScript. I would like to know how to change the printer settings to hold the page of a particular size for printing.
Please let me know the procedure to achieve this and also the transaction(s) relating to this configuration.
My requirement:
I want to create some settings to a SAP Script page and I want to use the same configuration (of the page) while running the driver program.
My Issue is:
I have a page(SAP Script) in which I want to print exactly 3 cheques for the page.
But, currently, I am able to get only one cheque getting printed and remaining 2/3 of the page is getting wasted. So I want to do the configuration accordingly to achieve my task.
Please let me know your valuable inputs.

We don't include the audit trail content in the specification print out. I recommend using a BI Publisher contextual report that you can launch from the specification. You can learn more about custom reporting in the extensibility pack reporting guide.

Printing Mail message page numbers

Wehn I print a multiple page message that I have received, the pages are not numbered.
How do I tell the printer to put page numbers on the message?

Since Mail (nor any other mail program I've ever used
or heard of) has this feature, you can't get page
numbers on your email.
I beg to differ. Eudora prints page numbers and summarizes who the mail is from on each page. This is a desireable feature.
If you don't want to print mail that is your privilege, those of us who do want to print would like to have the option to see page numbers.
Eudora also gives you the option of displaying the local time when a message was sent, not only the time you download it.

Problem in multiple page printed (SAP Script )

In SAP Script print ,
First page print is perfect on preprinted stationary ,but
Second page data is getting printed 2-3 cm up.

Hi Sonal ,
This happens with your predefined stationary .
Are you declaring it in the same window where your declaring your data ?
If yes, Try taking another variable window and keep all your predefined sationary there and then call it evry time you call your window with data .
Or, It can be with the Text element try giving 2 empty lines before the text element it solves your problem!

Junk Characters on first two pages of Cheque Printing SAP Script.

Hi All
I implementing cheque printing for one of our client's Oman based subsidiary. I have copied the standard SAP Script F110_PRENUM_CHCK into a Z-Form and maintained its original language as EN. I have commented out all the unnecessary peices of information in all the windows and customised as per my requirement.
Now the problem that i am facing is that when i execute this script through the standard driver program RFFOUS_C, i am getting junk characters on first two pages of the script. The info displayed comes in the HEADER and MAIN Windows. The desired output is coming in the 3rd, 4th and 5th pages.
Please let me know how should i get rid of these junk characters.

Yes, the remittance advice header info is getting printed in the HEADER Window and its contents in the tabular structure are in the MAIN Window.
I am passing EN as the language.
Adding to this, the report RFFOUS_C gets executed and i am checking the spool that is created which has the junk characters on the first two pages.

Problem in sap-script, page count when trigger new page.

Please help on my sap-script problem. When I trigger new-page the page count should continue.
Ex: I have total of 2 pages, the second page is trigger in new-page. the page count of 2nd page should show as Page 2 of 2. but it shows on me is still Page 1 of 2.

Problem with printing dynamically created pages

Hello,
I have created a form in Designer 7.1 with one page. When clicking the Print button the script generates additional pages with the instance manager (addInstance) and then I want to print the generated pages. However, when using 'xfa.host.numPages - 1' in the print statement only the first page is printed. When I use a static end value, I get an error message with 'wrong end value for print'. Does anybody know, what I have been missing?

Printing sap script to spool by skipping print parameter window

I am trying to print an output (derived from sap script) directly from program to spool and then fetch the spool request and download it to PDF. This should happen automatically when the end user executes the program by giving required inputs. Can any one guide me on this ?

Printing sap script for multiple customers

Hi,
I have a requiremnt to print the form for multiple customers. How should i use the sap script function modules? i.e. in which sequence?
for example customer A has 5 pages. customer B has 4 pages.
after printing 5 pages of the customer A, it should print 4 pages of the customer B.

To print accroding to your requirment you should modify your driver program like this...
Sort <Internal table by KUNNR.
LOOP AT <internal table>

Problem in PO SAP Script, producing a PDF format.

Description: We have developed a Purchase Order script. Both the Print Program and SAP Script are customised i.e., we are no longer using the standard MEDRUCK. The print preview is fine and when we take a print out the output looks good.
Problem: When the output type is changes to External Send using the Messages tab in the transaction ME23N, the output is given to a PDF file. In this output the vertical lines are not coming properly. The vertical lines are printed using the VLINE statement of sap script.
Solution Required for: Could any one please tell me why are we getting this problem and a possible solution for this.

my issue is regarding the medruck. when i click on the print preview option on me23n, the sap script attached(that is medurck) will be printed. in my case the sap script is zmm_medruck(the zcopy of medruck). now, the print out of the sap script is 2 or 3 or 5 paged depending upon the p.o. number given.
for example for a p.o. number 2100001564, the sap script contains 4 pages. now, my issue is , the print out should contain only last 2 pages or only 3 rd page.(that is without all pages, we want only specific pages of the sap script to be printed). how to do this. plz reply fast. points will awarded.
this is urgent issue.

Margins problem when printing to PDF (Pages '09 v4.0.3 build 766)

Hi,
I don't know if this is connected to the latest Mac OS X v10.6.4 update, but some of my machines exhibit a very curious behaviour.
+ multiple pages A4 document
+ choose File > Print, click on "Save as PDF", under the PDF button
++ set pages 6 & 7 to print
++ set 2 pages per spread, so as to have Pages shrink the A4 document to somewhat A5, and have the two pages side-by-side on the same sheet
++ save the PDF
Then, when I open the PDF with Preview, the margins are all wrong (i.e. too big, there's too much white running around).
And from Preview's inspector, I can tell that the Page Size is set to US Letter, although in Pages both the document size AND the Printing Format are set to A4.
The most curious part of the story is that my MacPro, my work MacBook Pro 13 and a white MacBook exhibit the problem, whereas my personal iMac 27" DOES NOT.
And they are all running Mac OS X v10.6.4, with ALL the most recent updates, and the exact same version of Pages!!!
I suspect that something has been changed in a framework somewhere, but I cannot figure out what it is...
Any idea is welcome!

I can do the same in TextEdit (although it's even more painful to control the margins!!).
My problem is not that Pages won't put pages on one sheet; It's that the generated PDF does not respect the sheet physical size (A4 vs. US Letter), thus adding wider margins all around the document.

Scroll Bar Problem after Printing a web page containing multiple page data

I have a web application which has two DIV, one is main and one is child. I am having problem in printing multiple pages. There is a lot of data in the child DIV and i am using JavaScript functions to control the print functionality. When i print using window.print(), only the data on the main page currently being showed is printed. I further researched and checked out the Style.Overflow property.
Now i am using divMain.style.overflow = "visible"
After this the complete print comes. But in Firefox, the scroll bar disappears and only single page is left with no scroll bar .
Now if after print i give divMain.style.overflow = "Auto" OR divMain.style.overflow = "Scroll", still the scroll bar doesn't come and if it comes then its inactive. I am unable to see the complete data on the page after the print is taken.
The problem is not coming in I.E and the full data with scroll bar is recovered in I.E.
Please help me how to get the normal page with full data and scroll bar after printing in Firefox.

hi, i would update my reader first to the newest version.
does the size of the textfield never change, independant how much text is in it?
perhaps check your subforms, if they are type "position" size does not change in my opinion, except your parent subforms expand to fit....
or use "flowed" subforms...and regard the parent subforms too!
