Problem moving a graphic constructed in a method...

Question

I am having a problem getting the graphic i made in the method "person" to move in response to the scrollbars and button... I'm sure im just missing something really simple... Thanks for your help.

ok, heres an update...
it works in the 2nd and 3rd IF...THEN...ELSE statements...
i can't get it to appear in the first one...
any ideas?
