Problem to validate the ID

The program always wants me to validate my adobe ID with a sign up, but when I click on "sign up" they always ask me to be connected to internet before doing that.... but I am connected! And now, I can't log in in the program because they don't want me anymore to connect in the program until I validate the ID.... But apparently for them, I am not connected to internet.... Help me please!

Please review the following two blog posts and the solutions in them related to getting beyond the Sign In. Although the information is
related to version 12, it should apply to 13 as well

If all else fails, since you have the current version, it would be a good idea to get Adobe involved in this issue. If you decide to do that,

  • Has anyone had this problem with VPN iPad vpn connection could not validate the server certificate

    Has anyone had this problem with IPad 3 after upgrade to IOS 7,
    trying to to connect VPN , but I get this messag, "could not validate the server certificate".
    I am trying to connect to Oracle VPN.

    Has anyone found a solution for this yet? I am still getting the could not validate server certificate error. I have tried importing the entire certificate chain as well as importing each individual cert in the chain. My certificate works perfectly with the cisco vpn on my pc.
    This is my first experience owning an apple product, and I am very disappointed with the customer support that I have received. I tried calling the help line and no one would even attempt to answer my question. I was then told that the Mac "geniuses" wouldn't know either and that I may be able to find an answer on the message boards. So I am reaching out to the community...Has anyone been able to figure out how to resolve this issue or even the specific cause? Any help is appreciated.

  • Problem validate the input payload in a bpel process

The invalid xml document is shown below:

    Unable to handle the error.  Please help me if anybody handled this validation.
    Thanks in advance

    One of the issues with using the validate activity in BPEL is that when the error is thrown it throws it with little information.  Mediators however give much more information as they throw a remote exception and this can be caught. If you require detailed fault information to be sent back to the caller, then one solution is to use a mediator with validation as a callout (echo service etc).  Then catch the remote exception, this will give you more information in the fault payload.

  • Problem in reading the JDK1.4Logger configuration file from java prog

    I have written a java program and want to log the messages in a log file , I'm using commons logging with JDK1.4logger as logging subsystem .
    I am facing the problem in reading the JDK1.4Logger configuration file which is commons-logging .properties file from my java program as a result my log messages are appearing directly on the screen while I try to run program , during compilation no error is shown . I have tried to set java.util.logging.config.file ="Path of my commons-logging .properties file " by setting system properties also.
    Please suggest the appropriate solution for this .

    Some webservers won't recognise the resource bundle provided in message-resources
    In that case, you need to specify that resource bundle information in web.xml at the time of specifying the action servlet like this. Check for the init-param application.
    <servlet>
        <servlet-name>action</servlet-name>
        <servlet-class>org.apache.struts.action.ActionServlet</servlet-class>
        <init-param>
          <param-name>application</param-name>
          <param-value>resource.ApplicationResource</param-value>
        </init-param>
        <init-param>
          <param-name>config</param-name>
          <param-value>/WEB-INF/struts-config.xml</param-value>
        </init-param>
        <init-param>
          <param-name>debug</param-name>
          <param-value>2</param-value>
        </init-param>
        <init-param>
          <param-name>detail</param-name>
          <param-value>2</param-value>
        </init-param>
        <init-param>
          <param-name>validate</param-name>
          <param-value>true</param-value>
        </init-param>
        <load-on-startup>2</load-on-startup>
      </servlet>In this, the drawback is, you can not specify the key for your resource bundle. In the JSP, you have to access the property like this.
    <bean:message key="label.fName"/>

  • How to validate the warranty of my iphone 5 where I live, in Caracas, Venezuela

    How to validate the warranty of my Iphone 5 in Caracas, Venezuela. I have problems with the start button and the phone is unlocked one. I found only service for all Apple products except Iphone5, What can I do?

    I'm not sure what you're asking.
    You can find out if your phone is under warranty by entering the serial number here: https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do
    If you want to know if you can get it serviced in Venezuela... that depends on where you purchased it.  The warranty is NOT international. It can only be serviced in the country where it was originally sold.
    What is the model number in Settings>General>About?

  • The installer could not validate the contents of the 'BaseSystem' package

    Hello all,
    Sorry for my first post being a problem, but I am not the worlds greatest Mac person and I have been asked to support our Macs here at work.
    I have had a hard drive go in a MacBook, and I have fitted a new 160Gb hard drive (upgrading from the original 80Gb one) and I am getting the above error.
    I tried installing Leopard 10.5.4 from its original CD (we bought a full version when we upgraded this Macbook previously) and got the above error.
    SO I thought I would have to install the original version of Tiger and upgrade from there, in the same way that I did before. I reinstalled Tiger no problems from the disks which came with the MacBook, and then tried to do the upgrade, but got the same error.
    Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem do you think ?
    The MacBook has been upgraded form this particular disk once before, and no changes to the MacBook have been made apart from replacing the defunct hard drive.
    Thanks in advance, and I apologise if I have missed out any important needed information because as I say I am fairly new to Macs.

    I have your solution! I just experienced the same problem after installing a new hard drive to replace a crashed drive in an iMac (Ambient Light Sensor) model.
    I initially thought it was the optical drive and/or the Leopard DVD. I tried two Leopard DVD's and both the internal slot-load and an external FireWire drive. All resulted in the same error at the calculation stage of the install...could not verify basesystem. All hard drive tests passed.
    I used the Apple Hardware Test (your original OS DVD) and what did I discover? A failed memory DIMM! Even though the Mac would boot from an external, I thought everything was OK. The failed memory DIMM is the culprit!
    Here is why: The Mac OS X installer copies data to memory, then copies to the hard drive. When the copied data encountered the failed memory DIMM, the Installer kicks back the failure that it could not validate the basesystem. The data in the memory becomes corrupt because the DIMM is corrupt.
    I replaced both DIMMS in my iMac (an upgrade from 1 GB to 2 GB) and sure enough, the installer is running smoothly without any problems.
    So replace your memory and your problem is solved. Or figure out which DIMM went bad and replace it.

  • Failed to Validate the License Online

    When attempting install of add-ons, I get the error:  "Failed to Validate the License Online".  I've tried installing through the CC addon website and via the extension manager, but I still get the same issue.  Download and install of all CC apps is fine, just having a problem with add-ons.  Windows 7, 64-Bit PC.

    just got a notification to 'complete registration of my product' from Adobe.  Clicked the link and was brought to my Adobe ID page.  I didnt see a link to complete registration, but I did notice this looked off:

  • Asked to validat the serienumber but will not be link to internet.

    I have installed Lightroom6 (bought it as a upgrade from LR5) and is asked to validat the serienumber by a pop up meny but nothing happens when puching the Validation button (internet is up and running, I have a Adobe acount and is logged on to the acount in LR6). I have checked the the sequrity wall but can not see any problem there. Have W7. Please can some one direct me what to do.
    When I installed LR6 I used the new serienumber for LR6 (should I used the old for LR5 insteed?).

    Do you get any error message?  If so, what does it say?  If you purchased an upgrade version then you usually need to either have the older version installed or have the serial number for it to be entered after providing the uopgrade serial number to prove that you qualify for using the upgrade.

  • I cannot validate the serial number and I tried several things like shut down firewall, change hosts (cannot change it by the way the computer won't let me), etc.

    I cannot validate the serial number on premiere elements and photoshop elements. Stil saying that i do not have any connection with the internet. I already tried to contact the adobe chat. They did help me, but what they say did not work.
    They said that I had to contact helpdeks, but they would not help me. I had to go to the chat again. The chat does not work.
    I also tried al of the things that is mentioned on this site https://helpx.adobe.com/nl/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-deactivation-products.htm l.
    Can someone help me, because I don't know what to do know.

    Celina
    Did you purchase Premiere Elements 13 from Adobe direct? If so, you can get your money back within 30 days of purchase.
    I can post an Adobe Chat Orders link for that if necessary.
    Did Adobe Chat or any of its representatives offer to do a remote control of computer troubleshooting to get to the core of your
    problem? We in this user to user forum cannot do that, Adobe Chat might. But, again, we are not Adobe.
    Do you have a computer shop or an associate with computer software knowledge who can assist you on this matter?
    Excuse the question, but I do not want to take anything for granted. Are you sure that you have the right serial number and are
    entering it correctly
    xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx
    http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html
    Just to summarize...
    a. In the hosts file....you saw nothing but the default entries
    b. You download and installed the Adobe Application Manager and that did not solve the problem
    c. You renamed the SLCache and SLStore Folders and that did not help
    But, can you disable the antivirus and firewall(s) to see if resolves the issue in anyway?
    What antivirus program does your computer use?

  • How can validate the ASM size and free space correctly?

    Dears ,,
    I faced problem in ASM size as it appeared in alert file as below
    ORA-19504: failed to create file "+DG_DATA"
    ORA-17502: ksfdcre:4 Failed to create file +DG_DATA
    ORA-15041: diskgroup space exhausted
    So we resize ASM space and large it. But we faced the same problem also although there is free space in ASM.
    It seems that the shown free space is not real.
    How can validate the ASM size and free space correctly?
    Thanks & Regards,,

    I was having this problem. Im my case i couldn add datafiles to a tablespace despite the fact that i was having a lot of space in the asm. Try rebalancing. It might help. In my case rebalancing also didn work because it seems that there need to be a threshold space in all the disks for the rebalancing to happen which was not in my case, so i had to shrink some unused space in the tablespace and then after gaining the required space I rebalanced the disk and then the disks got rebalanced, also i was able to use the free space that was showing .

  • Problem: who has the focus when a comp lost the focus

    I've a JPanel with textfields. When I loose the focus of the textfield I validate the input. So far so good. When I click outside the panel the validation shouldn't be made. But I can't add Listeners to all the other panels, because it should be dynamic. I know in java1.4 there is the possibility to get to know who the owner of the Focus is.
    I use jdk1.3.1.04.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    We had same problem.
    Maybe its not the best idea, but its working.
    We made managed bean,which can requery, and focus row on iterator.
    We force to requery the iterator like this:
    FacesContext fc = FacesContext.getCurrentInstance();
    ValueBinding vb =
    fc.getApplication().createValueBinding("#{data." + iteratorName+ "}");
    DCIteratorBinding ib = (DCIteratorBinding)vb.getValue(fc);
    ib.executeQuery();
    Later we force iterator to focus on key on which it was:
    ib.setCurrentRowWithKeyValue(KEY);
    KEY is String and is passed before commit.

  • Connect to the internet to validate the serial number

    when you installed the program asks me to validate the serial number and validate and says give me connect to the internet to validate the serial number

    You need to contact Adobe directly using the link below. Use the dropdown menu for boxes (1) & (2) to scroll down the list and choose:
    1. Adobe Photoshop Elements
    2. Adobe ID, and signing-in
    3. Click on the blue button: Still need help? Contact us – then click the area marked chat 24/7, then click “start chat ”
    It’s usually possible to start a live chat, if an Adobe agent is free, and often to get the problem fixed right away. Have your serial number available. The agent can directly troubleshoot your system if you agree to activate the Adobe Connect add-on.
