Problem while creatin a site customer
dear all,
I m facing a problem while creating Customer for the Site from WB01.
The following Error is coming " KNVV_CHSPL does not exist in the status table (TMOD*)".
Kindly help me solving this issue.

Hi Arshita,
This issue is corrected. You should make a search in SAP Marketplace. There is a note to correct that issue.
I cannot search from my place (mobile handy device) but you should be able to find it easily in LO-MD-BP-CM or FI-AP* or FI-AR* + TMOD* or the error number.
The note is quite recent. Probably less than 6 months.

Problem while downloading file from custom table
Hi All,
Im trying to download the file from the custom table where i have stored the uploaded files through apex.
I have created the download procedure as mentioned in the oracle docs ,
And given the execute grant for public user.
and calling that procedure by calling the URL -- #OWNER#.download_my_file?p_file=#ID#
But im getting the below error
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /pls/apex/owner.download_my_file on this server.

Lock Objects Problem while updating entries in custom table
Hi Friends,
Iam updating a custom table ztable from internal table entries.
ie : Modify ZTABLE from table ITAB.
Now the entries are updating and inserting perfectly..
But my problem is i need to use lock objects before doing this..
I have created a lock obect EZTABLE with all th ekey fields of the table.. ie : it has 2 key fields
item & matnr .
Now how to use lock objects here.. do i need to loop the internal table and use enque & deque function module each and every time in loop or use it out side the loop..
Can any one explain me this..

But When I am creating any site under site collection .It is not applying automatically . I have to manually Activate that feature .

Problem while saving date field in custom table

now when i try to insert this value in the custom table it is getting updated as 20/10/0208 , but it should be 08/02/2010

Have an existing ex2010 sp3 organization.
Could not run ex2013cu1 setup from my newly built 2012 server, getting the error in the subject line. I used the command line to run the AD preparation steps successfully from my 2012 DC/GC, then tried to run setup again from the new 2012 server and

I am trying to Install Exchange on my Lab, getting below error
message.
The Schema Role is installed on Root Domain and trying to install
exchange on Child domain.
1 Root Domain - 1 Child domain. both are located on single site.
“Setup encountered a problem while validating
the state of Active Directory: Exchange organization-level objects have not been created, and setup cannot create them because the local computer is not in the same domain and site as the schema master. Run setup with the /prepareAD parameter and wait for
replication to complete.”

I guess, you didn't completed the initial setup schemaprep and adprep before starting the installation. You can do it as follows:
1. Open command Prompt as administrator and browse to the root of installation cd and run Setup.exe /PrepareSchema /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms
After finishing this,
2. Setup.exe /PrepareAD /OrganizationName:"<organization name>" /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms
3. To prepare all domains within the forest run Setup.exe /PrepareAllDomains /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms. If you want to prepare a specific domain run Setup.exe /PrepareDomain:<FQDN of the domain you want to prepare> /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms
4. Once you complete all of the 3 steps, install the pre-requisities for Exchange 2013
5. Finally, run the setup program

Strange problem while clearing a customer
Hi everybody
I am encountering this strange problem while trying to clear some open items for certain customers. Though these customers have open items on them (checked in BSID and FBL5N), the system is giving a warning message saying that there are no open items on the customers while trying F-30 and F-32.
The only thing that was different for these customers from the rest was that these customers had some transactions which were supposed to be cleared through AP payment run. (transactions for customer payment).
Can anybody explain why the system was not considering these line items as open while accessing F-30 and F-32??Hi,

BSIS-XOPVW = X (Indicator: Open item management, only for G/L accounts)
BSEG-XOPVW = X (Indicator: Open item management)
BSEG-AUGBL = space (clearing document number)
BSEG-DISBN = space (discount document number)
BKPF-BSTAT = space (document status)
BKPF-XSTOV = space (indicator reversal flag)

Should one or more conditions not exist, please note the following information:
1. BSEG-XOPVW <> X or BSIS-XOPVW <> X for G/L account line items:
The line item presumably comes from a time before you activated the open item management of a G/L account. Documents before this master record change do not contain this technical information. Use report RFSEPA02 if you want to bring the documents in line with the new master record. You must refer to the documentation of this report.
Because there may be problems subsequently acivating open item management, RFSEPA02 was changed as of Release 4.5A so that it cannot be started without modifications. SAP wants to make sure you are familiar with the problems, which may result from activating open item management. You can however restart RFSEPA02 when you have deactivated the line:

2. BSEG-XOPVW <> X for open item account line items:
This data status is not allowed. Contact the SAP Hotline.
3. BSEG-DISBN <> space.
The line item has already been used within bill of exchange accounting.
4. BKPF-BSTAT <> space.
This is a document with a special function, for example a sample document or recurring entry document. Generally these are not taken into account in clearing transactions.
5. BKPF-XSTOV <> space.
The document was flagged for reversal. Only if you cancel the reversal flag, can you clear the document again. You can do this by removing the planned date for the reverse posting (BKPF-STODT) in the document header using Transaction FB02 (Change document).
6. REGUS/REGUP:
Look at table REGUS using Transaction SE16. Enter the account (KONKO) in the selection screen. If you selected an entry, use the information Run date (LAUFD) and Identification (LAUFI) in Transaction F110 (payment program). Check the status of the payment run. If only the proposal was carried out, the documents proposed for payment are blocked for other clearing transactions. It is only when you delete the proposal run that the items are taken into account again in the clearing transaction.

Problem while postings a MIRO for partial deliveries.

We ar facing a problem
while posting a Miro for the Planned delivery costs for the import orders.
when we receive an item in partial consignment of the same order.
The system will allow for the first time to post the deliver cost, after this the MIGO and MIRO will be done and cycle will be completed.
For the second remaining consignment, the system is not allowing to post the Miro itself for the delivery costs.
IT is giving an error message."Quantity invoiced greater than goods receipt quantity."
We have disable GR based IV in PO

i hope you have done the following steps
1) for import do MIRO first for the custom duties ( CVD, Edu Cess, S& H Cess on CVD) by selecting planned delivery cost.
2) J1IEX ( capture) referencing material document number of MIRO.
3) MIGO of the qty received.
4) J1IEX ( post).
follow the same steps for the next consignment.
what I see is that you have mentioned the full qty against the value in MIRO.
say ur PO qty is 10 and your partial shipment is of qty 5.
then in first MIRO entry enter qty as 5 not 10.
pl check your material documents of MIRO and MIGO and see what qty you have entered.
