Problem while creating a JButton with an Icon

Hello,
I'm experiencing a problem while setting an Icon to a JButton. Here is my code :
Icon icon = new ImageIcon("TRONCONCIRC1.gif");
        JButton switchTypeButton = new JButton();
        switchTypeButton.setIcon(icon);
        switchTypeButton.addActionListener(new ActionListener(){
               public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent e){
                    // Some Action
     });The button works well, but there is no icon on it.
Does anyone have an idea ?

Icon icon = new ImageIcon("TRONCONCIRC1.gif");
   //I thinks that the only problem it can be is that there is a wrong path
   //to your icon. Try tthe following. I am right if this will write null.
System.out.println(icon);
JButton switchTypeButton = new JButton();
switchTypeButton.setIcon(icon);
