Problem while releasing Request

Hello All,
In one of our client's DEV Server, we are facing problem while releasing requests.
When I release a request it is not appearing in the PRD import Queue.
When I checked the TMS Alert Viewer, it is showing as" TP REPORTED ERROR"
And more over when I checked in the OS level,only the cofile is created not the data file.
Please suggest ..

Problem in releasing request

Hi
I am facing a problem while releasing transport oif copies. I have created a TC which contains a Workbench request. When I am releasing the request its not getting released. it gives message at bottom of the screen " tp successfully connected" and does not move further neither it gives any error.
If its a local request then its getting released immediately. I created a virtual system in TMS and connected to the system from where I am releasing the request. This virtual system is mentioned in target of the request. Transport tool and transport route check also not giving any error.
Any idea what could be the problem?

Problem while releasing TP Request

Hi,
We have developed ZAM Object in Development GLD and tranported to GLI(Accept). we hav edited the object in GLI (im. req. basis ).
While releasing i am getting following error. Kindly help.
Only edit objects from package ZAM in local requests
Diagnosis
Objects in package ZAM cannot be edited in transportable Workbench requests in the current system CLI. The transport routes are configured such that objects from package ZAM can only be edited in local Workbench requests.

This is purely basis issue, you have nothing to do with it.
Forward the same screen shot to your basis people,they will take care.
This happens when some problem in transport layer between servers.

Return code 0232 while releasing request .

Return codes >= 200 usually mean that there is a problem with starting the <b>tp </b>at the operating system level. The tp program is responsible for executing the transports.
Ask your basis people to check if the TMS is properly installed and tp works.

Problem while releasing the request

I created a customized Z report from the existing standard SAP report and also created a new tcode into the development server, and released the request via se09 into quality server. Now when I try to execute this tcode in the quality server, its giving me a error message 'status STANDARD of the user interface ZRM06ENDR_ALV missing'. Due to which its not displaying various push buttons like 'print preview' 'messages' etc. However its working fine in the dev server

You should creat GUI status. You can copy it from another report by clicking right on the gui status from which you copy. Then specify the target report. Then in your Z report activate the gui status. Also write the code below:
form alv_menu using rt_extab type slis_t_extab.
set pf-status 'STANDARD_FULLSCREEN'. " Write here your gui status' name .
endform.
In call function reuse_alv_grid_display set i_callback_pf_status_set parameter as 'ALV_MENU'.

Problem while releasing a transport request to Quality for BADI

Hi i have implemeted a BADI for ME21N User exit.
I have transported the BADI to Quality.
It is giving an syntax error.
But iam not getting any error message in Development.

This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.
In program "ZCL_IM__ITMETAL_ME21N=========CP ", the following syntax error
occurred
in the Include "ZCL_IM__ITMETAL_ME21N=========CP " in line 5:
"INCLUDE report "ZCL_IM__ITMETAL_ME21N=========CL" not found."
This is what the error iam getting .
But iam not able to see this include anywhere in SAP.

Problem while releasing the segment

I have added 2 new fields to the existed segment and then i am trying to release it throwing an error message 'A released defination already exist for '46C' in release ZONMORD_FEAT'.

No need ,just cancel the segment release and then add ur fields....also while attaching the segment to ur basic type,u have to first cancel the release of basic type and then add the segment and then release...Let me know if u face aby other problem

COPA - problem while releasing to accounting

For sales returns, while trying to release to accounting in VF02.
The error is:
In Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), the system tried to find a product cost estimate for product ABLS254 in plant T936 that uses costing variant PPC1.
The system looked for the cost estimate using costing key 100 as defined in the CO-PA Customizing
But i have checked in material master we have the standard cost estimate for that material with plant for this month.
And returns are created in 09/04/2009, at that time we have a old cost estimate.
new cost estimate was created in 09/08/2009 (Yesterday).
We tried to release to accounting today(09/09/09). does it is the problem.
and i checked costing key in copa, it is quite ok.
what might be the problem.

Yes, cost estimate up to 07/31/2009.
new cost estimate was created on 09/08/2009, but these returns are created 09/04/2009.
but we are trying to release in today's date, for today we have the valid standard cost estimate.
what is the solution now.

          I am using weblogic 6.0 with SP2. I do have cluster setup. Problem occurs when accessing particular servlet using proxy cluster.

Problem while releasing the production order.

Hai gurus,
When i release the production order , SAP doesn't block when i have a deficit of stock for some materails.I checked all the customizing and found every thing is fine.
As the materials that has defict stock has back flush indicator, is that the reason why the system is assuming the stock when releasing.

You need to consider the following customization settings
(1) OPJK - For the Plant/Order type/Availability check-2 for the material availability - Release material - set the indicator '3' No release if parts are missing
(2) OPJJ - For availability check & checking rule - check what all elements are considered as part of ATP check.
With these settings - in the production order if the order header has status MSPT - Missing parts (i.e. components are missing) only then system will stop the release of the order.

When I try to release a debit memo to accounting (VF02), the system throws the following error:
Account type/account for invoice reference does not match item
Message no. F5350

Hi Shankar,
There are 2 situations where error message F5350 is justified on a
billing document (return, credit/memo) that references an invoice:
1) Different sold-to/Payer.
2) Different tax codes.
The check leading to message F5350 depends on customizing
of billing document type (fields TVFK-XFILKD, TVFK-XVALGS).
During VA01 the system cannot know which is the billing document
type will be used.
The system cannot forseen every possible subsequent flow.

That means the tax code which you are using is not linked to your tax procedure.
For this Goto T.Code :FTXP
Give Country for which this tax procedure is used.
Next you have to give the Tax Code which you are using, if it is not created in that then it will create that tax code for that country, in that screen you will see all the tax condition types, give your tax percentage to the condition type which you want to use (Say MWST)
Now release the billing document for accounting.
You want face the issue.

Billing Document error while releasing accounting document VF02

Sir, i have an issue regarding billing.
We created a sale order having base price , Central sales tax and CST surcharge.
base amount 408,791.21
JIN1 :Central sales tax 51,098.90
JIN4:CST surcharge 5,109.89
total 465,000.00
then delivery (vl01n) is also done. it is showing base amount.
when created billing vf01, it is showing base amount ,Central sales tax and CST surcharge.
it is showing 408,791.21 .
Central sales tax 51,098.90
CST surcharge 5,109.89
Problem : While releasing accounting document in vf02, system does not show Central sales tax and CST surcharge only shows base price.
Actually we have 2 company code 1000 and 2000 but in 1000 cc system calculates CSt and CST surcharge correctly but in 2000 CC , system does not calculate system calculates CSt and CST . while releasing accounting document in vf02.
what did we wrong ?

It seems there is some contradiction to your first statement above. Unless you create a material and customer correctly, how come you could generate billing document ?? Either you have not explained the issue properly or not closed the thread with correct solution.

Hi,
Very first thing shall be importing of BOR definitions and related DDIC objects.
Make sure that you have all the DDIC objects are imported before Importing the workflow definition.
You need to have the tasks used in the workflow definition imported before the workflow definition goes on.
Its good to have one workbench and one customizing request to cover all the development customization.
