Problem with pay a bill by MyMeteor

I log in into MyMeteor, click "Pay now", fill all the informations and go with "Make secure payment...". Unfortunately, I see "Sorry, we have a problem with processing your card". It happens with both Visa Debit cards I use everyday, on both accounts there is enough money to pay and they are both working without problems. I don't want to set up direct debit.  Is it a temporary problem with card payments, or I have to visit Meteor branch every month to pay a bill?

You can still pay at the Post Office or in store now if you like.

  • Authorization problem with VF01 "Create Billing Documents"

    We face following problem with VF01 "Create Billing Documents".
    Transaction: VF01
    User: Joe
    Authorization of Joe:
         VKORG Sales Organization: A, B (authorization object V_VBRK_VKO)
         FKART Billing Type: 1, 2 (authorization object V_VBRK_FKA)
    The objective for Joe:
       Joe is qualified to create bills in
          sales org A only for billing type 1 and in
          sales org B only for billing type 2.
       Joe should not be able to create bills for
          sales org A with billing type 2 and in
          sales org B with billing type 1.
    How can we solve this problem?
    We already searched for userexits without any success.
    Any help or ideas are very appreciated.

    Dear,
    There are standard authority-checks based on Sales organization (authorisation object V_VBRK_VKO) and/or Billing type (V_VBRK_FKA).
    An option would be to create a new billing type, define specific authorisations and use the new billing type for these documents.
    The bad thing is that you would also need a special (new) sales order type, because the billing document type is unique per sales order.
    So maybe it is easier to have a different sales organization.
    Another option would be to create a new authorization object and check it in the billing documents.
    If you wish, you could modify program LV60A005 & LV60A006.
    Then you might check various user/customer exits.
    Some functions to check: EXIT_SAPLV60A_001/002,
    EXIT_SAPLV60B_001 - 008, EXIT_SAPLV60B_010 - 011.

    Some month ago i talked to the Toshiba ASP about the Journey touch app availability and he said to me that some of the Journey apps will not work because the Journey touch isnt supported anymore I guess the radio app does not work anymore because the server has been shut down and therefore the app cannot find any radio station.
    What to say journey touch is an old device with outdated system which is Windows CE. There are no many apps for this OS and I would not expect that Windows CE apps would be released in the future.

    Here im facing the problem in printing the billing date.
    The scenario is as follows.
    The posting date of Billing is 10.10.2008
      The document date of Billing is also 10.10.2008.
    At the time of printing the Billing document it is taking another date otherthan 10.10.2008,where it should be 10.10.2008.
    What modifications should i do to rectify the problem.

    Prasad,
    Ask your ABAPer do debug and find out what date (Table-Field) is used in the Invoice Output program. You will know the reason and if you think that the date being used is incorrect, you can ask your ABAPer to change it to VBRK-FKDAT which is the billing date.

  • Problems with paying PayPal

    I've been using PayPal as my default account for payment to iTunes for quite awhile now, but for some reason it has quit working. There are no problems with the PayPal account itself, and iTunes will allow me to use a credit card, but when I try to switch it back to PayPal, it rejects it all the way at the end of the process, after PayPal say's a new Payment Agreement has been created. Anyone else out there having this problem?

    It looks like the failures was due to invalid city, state and zip code combination.
    PayPal is kind of paranoid on the city/state/zip combination for the shipping address when it tries to finalize the transaction. Their rule is not flexible enough to tolerate spelling differences. They require no abbreviation in city names and using 2-character code for states. It appears some of your customers used HAWAII instead of HI for shipping address, and PayPal rejected that during transaction finalization.
    In particular, here is an sample of correct city/state/zip combination:
    PRINCEVILLE HI 96722
    Please ask your customer to try "HI" instead of HAWAII during checkout and let me know if that works for them.

    Every time I open Adobe Illustrator and Phtoshop me that there were problems with the payment of the monthly installments of these two software. But I have checked and everything is in order.     If I try to update an app it'll say that. What can I do? I have a feeling it's slacker radio be use I used them for like 3 months without paying. I've tried to see if I could pay hem directly but I can't. I have 26 apps that need to be updated but I can't until fix this problem.

  • Problems with giftcard? (Billing to CC)

    Okay, so I received a gift card a few weeks ago and redeemed it through iTunes (no prob there), but whenever I try to buy anything iTunes bills it to my CC?? It did that for the last song that I purchased, and, while I really don't mind, that was the last of the $ on my CC. So now it prompts me to add my credit info again every time I try to buy something, which I'd rather not do, but even when I did give up and try it, it tried to bill it again then said that it was declined (no money there, haha). I can't remove the CC from my apple ID by selecting “none” on the payment info pg, since I don't have a new account- is there another way to do this?? Preferably one that doesn't require me setting up a whole new apple ID (this is kind've an old iPod so I don't want to deal w/ the back and forth for like a million apps/songs/etc.) I just want to use the stupid gift card -_- thanks so much for the help!!!!

    Does turning sync off and back on again make any difference? Can you post a screen shot of the error?

  • Problem with TCode VF04, Billing Due List

    Hi,
    In billing due list (Transaction VF04)  we find that when the sales orders are displayed on execution of this transaction and we select all the sales orders and click on collective billing button, very few of them are included in the proforma invoice. Earlier all of those selected used to become part of proforma invoice.
    I have tried debugging after selecting all the sales order and clicking on the collective billing button (all of which is standard SAP code), but cannot understand
    why some of the sales order are included in the proforma invoice and why some are not included.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks Ganesh. All are order type ZO05. These are document sales orders (DSO). This is a cutomised type of sales order.
    However this is the 1st time we have got such a issue when we select all the sales orders and only few of them selectively become part of a proforma invoice.

    So I bought a Jetpack and I can't even login online because I don't have a password to it. I did try to have a password reset but it send it to my house and I'm not currently home I am at AIT training for the army and im having a real hard time trying to pay for this and I don't want my credit to go down.         Help is our middle name Tylerdobins12n. Let's get your password reset on your jetpack. May I ask what model jetpack do you have? In many of our models there's a reset button on the bottom of it that you can press. Once you have reset the device then the jet pack will be "open" for use. You can then setup another passcode at the address. 192.168.1.1. Let us know if you need additional assistance.
