Trouble with paying Jetpack bill

So I bought a Jetpack and I can't even login online because I don't have a password to it. I did try to have a password reset but it send it to my house and I'm not currently home I am at AIT training for the army and im having a real hard time trying to pay for this and I don't want my credit to go down. Someone please help

Help is our middle name Tylerdobins12n. Let's get your password reset on your jetpack. May I ask what model jetpack do you have? In many of our models there's a reset button on the bottom of it that you can press. Once you have reset the device then the jet pack will be "open" for use. You can then setup another passcode at the address. 192.168.1.1. Let us know if you need additional assistance.

Problem with pay a bill by MyMeteor

I log in into MyMeteor, click "Pay now", fill all the informations and go with "Make secure payment...". Unfortunately, I see "Sorry, we have a problem with processing your card". It happens with both Visa Debit cards I use everyday, on both accounts there is enough money to pay and they are both working without problems. I don't want to set up direct debit. Is it a temporary problem with card payments, or I have to visit Meteor branch every month to pay a bill?

my account doesn't work, it doesnt accept my account number (visa) dont know what to do! it has workt perfect before. contacted support and they told me to select the None radio button to completely remove all your credit card info, but i dont have that choise. please help. have a swedish account. it is itunes i have problem with. thanks for all help i can get.

Had the same problem. Here's how I sorted it out, not including yelling at my PC or ranting in my own thread (that's optional): First you want to delete your saved payment option. If you try this and it does not delete, log out and back in. It should be gone. Now re-enter your payment option (credit card number or whatever you are using) and if it asks if you want to save the data for future use, make sure you give it a nickname that doesn't include any special characters. Hope this works for you!

I know that you can use two credit cards to pay an item but the problem is that i can only put the billing address of just one of the credit cards, and since the two cards are from different people (my parents) i can't do it. They live in the same place so i don't know if i should just put one of the billing address.

Having trouble with Dreamweaver and fireworks willing to pay for support

I'm new to the forum and i was hoping to get some help with
dreamweaver and fireworks.
I built a site on my own using dreamweaver 3 years ago but
have forgotten almost everything. I am planning on building a new
web site and have been messing with dreamweaver for over a week
trying to figure it out, with little success. I bought a web
building package years ago that included fireworks, dreamweaver,
freehand and maybe more, but i lost my books on dreamweaver and
fireworks somehow.
Anyways, I was trying to learn dreamweaver 3 and fireworks
and was having a lot of trouble with it. The dreamweaver bible
assumes you know how to make a navigation bar using fireworks and
that simply isnt the case for me. So I need help with that.
Also, i have been having trouble with my template. This is
how you save your basic page correct? For some reason it doesnt
save the whole page for me. I figured out the editable regions
part, I think, but since i didnt know how to make a navigation bar
I made my own links out of text, and this part isnt saving with the
template.
I have a lot more questions but i think ive taken enough of
your time. I am willing to pay someone to help me build this site,
i cant afford a lot but i think my questions are pretty basic.

There is a recent thread on the FW forum that may interest
you - it's called
"Firworks and HTML". The advice there applies in your case,
too.
One problem with your use of DW3 is this -
the browser world has changed quite a bit in the almost 10
years since DW3
was released. Some (many?) of the behaviors in DW3 simply
won't work any
more because of these (significant) changes. Are you
absolutely locked into
using DW3?

Trouble paying my bill in full

Am I able to make payment arrangements on my balance due with out having service interruption on my phone?

Actually Financial Services Will not take the call unless it shows it has gone to collections 8 days past the due date. Unless you actually ask to be transfered to Financial Services. They can set up a payment plan with you to pay your bill. You can go through the IVR to set up a PTP = Promise To Pay which needs to be done within 12 days past your Due Date. After you do that call in just to make sure with financial services that your phones wont be cut off. If though you miss one of those payment due dates you set up they may shut off the phones and demand full payments. So yes be Pro Active.

I have a trouble with order ID: MHNFXF4B2D, i just buy 1 purchase 19,99 usd for 3000gems in IGG.com, and i just received 3000gems, just 1 times, but in the bill, i have 2 times, and order total is 39,98 usd. and now, my visa card tell me that my account was declined...and have a 19,99 usd have not payed yet.

Looks like Apple did the same thing with Lion that Microsoft did with Vista. Brought it on the market before it was ready.
I run a MacBook Pro and upgrading to Lion caused me two days of trouble and computer crash. Router settings removed and router blocked. Dongle not recognised, you name it.
In the end, I gave up and using my Snow Leopard installation disk and a Time Machine Backup finally got my computer up and running again. Thanks to Lion, I think I'll stay with OS X 10.6.8 at least it's reliable.

Fun time paying a bill!

Quite an experience. There I was, in the bill payment area of My Verizon. I chose my payment option, the only one saved: my debit card and click "Next". I agree to the terms and press the button to pay, but alas, an error has occurred. My payment option's nickname can't have more than 12 characters (seems the new My Verizon was made by the team behind Twitter or something) and can't contain any special characters. Now, I never gave my card a nickname. It defaulted to "************" followed by the last 4 digits. This has never been an issue in the past, but no big deal I conclude. I attempt to change the card's name. But despite a popup notification to the contrary, the changes do not save. After many attempts, some giving my card a series of obscene names in frustration, I give up. Surely the solution is simply re-entering my card.
Boy howdy was I wrong. I try adding a new payment method, re-entering my card (which I might reiterate I've used for some time now to pay my bill with no trouble) This time I was not given any option to enter a nickname. After entering the card and clicking pay, once again I am greeted with an error stating that the card nickname mustn't exceed 12 characters or contain special ones. Clicking back I find that the new payment method wasn't entered and the "************"+4 digit one remains unchanged.
Well gee this tears it! Finally I try taking the card out completely. My thinking is that, were the card removed, I would be prompted to add a new one with a new nickname. Of course, it's not that easy. Deleting the card does nothing. A simply popup stating it was removed, even though it wasn't. My only conclusion is that Verizon just doesn't want my money anymore. My bill remains unpaid, but not for lack of trying!
Sarcasm aside, this is terrible design. I'm a web application developer, and I've made payment gateways in the past. I know that things don't always work as planned, and that online payments can be a tricky beast. But this is absurd. I understand not wanting special characters in user input (HTML entities and the like) but I can't have an asterisk? There is NO technical reason to not allow asterisks. Especially considering that they are in the default nick. Especially considering that 12 asterisks + 4 digits is a COMMON PRACTICE. ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING that this "nickname" has NO BEARING on whether the payment can process. The card number, security code, expiration date, and billing address are all present and valid. The nickname is irrelevant for all parties involved!
Anyone have some advice for me? Hopefully this is just a fluke or something that will be sorted out soon. I'll try paying again later tonight, maybe try a different browser. It's overdue enough as it is. X(

Follow up: I gave it one last try. I logged out, then logged back in. Once I did that the payment options were all cleared. I entered my card it and the payment went through. This time the default nickname didn't have any asterisks. Posting this here in cast anyone has the same issue.
