dear experts,
I want to know the difference in specification of /801 or /802 or 803 or /804 or /805 or /807 when we give or maintain processing class 10 for an y customised wage type in table v_t512w_d. there is no documetation for /806 or /807 wage types .can any one send me the documetation on this or explain

Just go to X013 PCR.  There you can find the documentation.
Open the PCR in display mode and press F1 for documentation.
Reward the points.

  • Partial Period Factor in INP1

    Dear Experts,
I have copied INP1 to ZNP1& created new PPF as /807 in it. I have a wagetype 1102 - Attendance allowance that is to be paid to those having 0 days leave without pay in a month. I have set Processing Class 10 to WT 1102 as 7.
Now even if a person has 0 LWP, attendance allowance is not paid to him. If I set PC 10 to 3, then it is deducted in prorata basis which I dont want. May I know if this program is technically & logically correct for my requirement?

  • Partial period factor

    Hi
what is partial period factor and where it should be configured
    Regards
Please try to search on your own

    Hai..
If an employee did not work for the whole payroll period, then a partial remuneration is calculated during the payroll run. Factoring is used in the following cases:
To reduce payments made to an employee because he or she joins, leaves, or is absent from the company during a period
To calculate remuneration for an exact period because of substitutions, changes in basic pay, organizational reassignments, or changes in the personal work schedule
For further information pls check sap library under country specific payroll in the gross part,Factoring..

    6
Your prompt reply appreciated...Points would be given..
    Regards,
    Sejal

    Hello Sejal,
When you create a WT use the Copy function from SAP Delivered model WT when creating the WT, so that the default setting of all the Processing class and Cummulation class with respect to Model WT will  be there in Created WT also. So that you can do only minimal changes when required for the WT.

  • Partial Period Factor - Processing Class 10

    Hi Experts,
Please tell me the difference between the different specification of the processing class 10 like reduction with factor /801, /802....../809 .
    regards
    TS

    hi ts,
these are the wagetypes which stores the standard formulas for reduction.. provided by sap, like as per calendar days, work days and hours. /801-/805 you have standard formulas..where as from /806 to /816 is for your customer specific formulas..

  • General class and setting properties vs specific inner class

This is a general question for discussion. I am curious to know how people differentiate between instantiating a standard class and making property adjustments within a method versus defining a new inner class with the property adjustments defined within.
For example, when laying out a screen do you:
    - instantiate all the objects, set properties, and define the layout all within a method
    - create an inner class that defines the details of the layout (may reference other inner classes if complex) that is then just instantiated within a method
    - use some combination of the two depending on size and complexity.
    - use some other strategy
Obviously, by breaking the work up into smaller classes you are simplifying the structure since each class is taking on less responsibility, as well as hiding the details of the implementaion from higher level classes. On the other hand, if you are just instantiating an object and making some SET calls is creating an inner class overkill.
Is there a general consensus for an approach? I am curious to hear the approach of others.

    it's depends on your design..
usually, if the application is simple and is not expected to be maintain (update..etc..) than I just have all the building of the gui within the same class (usually..the main class that extends JFrame).
if the application follows the MVC pattern, than I would have a seperate class that build the GUI for a particular View. I would create another class to handle the ActionEvent, and other event (Controller)
I rarely use inner class...and only use them to implements the Listerner interface (but only for simple application)..

  • Processing classes , evaluation classes and cumulation classes

    Hi All ,
Can anybody give the details of PCR in HR and how to use processing classes and evaluation classes in PCR.
    Regards ,
    Santosh.

    Hi,
we have an operation VWTCL which checks the Processing class and its specification in PCR.
go to T.Code: PE04 and check the operations documentation you will get clarity.
Operation VWTCL VV reads the specification of processing class VV for the current wage type in table T512W, and enters this as a single-character entry in the variable argument of the personnel calculation rule. Function VWTCL is a decision operation.
    for example:
X010 Determination of valuation bases INTERNATIONAL
            VWTCL 01   Processing class
                ERROR      Cancel processing
              0
                ADDWT *    OT   Output table
        1
            VWTCL 01   Processing class
              0
              1
                ADDWT *    OT   Output table
                ELIMI Z    Elim.time period ID

  • Processing Classes

    Hi,
How to create Processing Class? How to add more gto existing processing classes? How many processing classes can be used in PCR i mean limit of processing classes in PCR?
    bye
    phanikumar

U can create ur processing classes by going to SPRO->Payroll->Payroll India(if India PY)->Basic Settings-> Environment of Wage Type Maintenance -->Processing and Evaluation Classes --> Maintain Processing Classes and Their Specifications.
U can create procesing classes as many but I think beyond 2 numbered number U cannot create.
in PCRs U can use all the processing classes defined in the system.
    award points if helpful.

  • Report for finding wage types using a processing class.

    Hi All,
Is there any standard report that gives a list of all wage types that use a processing class given as input?.
    Thanks,
    Krish

You can use the wage type utilization for this.  Go to transaction PC00_M99_DLGA20.  Leave the wage type selection fields blank.  Select "Continuous list" as your output.  Click on the execute button.  You will see the meaning of processing classes and their values.  If you scroll down past this (should be page 3 if you look for the number to the right side of the screen), you will see a list of the processing classes and which wage types are assigned to the class by valuation.  I don't know of any other standard reports to get you this information.  I hope this helps.

  • Evaluation Class, Cumulations Class, & processing class:  Indian Payroll

    Dear All.,
    Indian Payroll
What are the Evaluation Class, Cumulations Class, & processing class we need to maintain for ESI Eligibility for a Wage Type ?
Scenario : Except LTA all other Salary Components(as part of Infotype 8) consider for ESI Eligibiilty. So I wanted to check all other WTs.
Pls guide me how do i can deal with this.

Use t-code PC00_M99_DLGA20 to generate the "Use of WT in Payroll" report, for Country Grouping 40, without specifying any WT, and using the WT Validity Dates from Today to Today.
When the report is on screen, double click on "Meaning of processing classes and their values".
Click on any character in the report's description of Processing Class 01, and use the Binoculars to search for ESI.  The system should show 4 "hits", all on PrCl 72.
I don't know anything of Indian Payroll, but it would seem that PrCl 72 is relevant for ESI.  Use this report to see what WTs cumulate or don't cumulate into ESI/PTX basis (drill down in each line of PrCl 72).

Hello sir Every time I do the process of registration in Mogah Apple Store and the period and the period of the account is lost I do not know what the problem is there are people who enter into my account and change email We ask God to help you have an account I can not restore it the way I do not know where and I do not speak English Aalit Aalit help me I'm in a state of panic for your reply eagerly awaited
This old Emily Hope you reply and help me [email protected]

For what it's worth, you posted this in 2011, and here in 2014 I am still having this same issue. Over the last two days, I have had to unlock my apple account 8 times. I didn't get any new devices. I haven't initiated a password reset. I didn't forget my password. I set up two factor authentication and have been able to do the unlocking with the key and using a code sent to one of my devices.
    That all works.
It's this having to unlock my account every time I go to use any of my devices. And I have many: iMac, iPad, iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, iPod touch (daughter), and my old iPhone 4 being used as an ipod touch now.  They are all synced, and all was working just fine.
I have initiated an incident with Apple (again) but I know they are just going to suggest I change my Apple ID. It's a simple one, and one that I am sure others think is theirs. I don't want to change it. I shouldn't have to. Apple should be able to tell me who is trying to use it, or at least from where.
    Thanks for listening,
    Melissa

  • PA and GL period processing

    Hi Folks,
Please help me with the PA and GL periods. I have the following situation/question: -
    1. We are on R12.1. During implementation option, we have checked "Maintain common PA and GL periods" and we have enhanced period processing off.
Now, if we change a period status within GL (say we open a new period) and then open up PA period screen and click on "Copy from GL", should it update the corresponding period status within PA or do we need to manually update the period within PA?
I am confused. Please help me to understand.
    2. Say, we turn on enhanced period processing. Then, how should it work?

Hmm, are you sure you have set the maintain common PA and GL period option, but not set the Enhanced Period Processing option on? My understanding was (and I could be wrong), that if you have Enable Enhanced Period Processing set to NO, you cannot select the maintain Common PA and GL Periods option.
Let me ask this question - when you record project expenditures, what is the PA Date value and the GL Date value? Are they always the last day of the month value (so, say for July 2010, always 07/31/2010)? That is what we have our system set up as. This is called Period End Date Accounting, in Oracle terminology. In this situation, you would have to maintain the GL Periods in GL and the PA periods in Projects (though you still copy the PA periods from GL to Projects) separately. I think the copy will bring in the status from GL, but after that, you have to open and close separately. The idea is that you close PA first (so make sure nothing more can feed GlL from PA), and then close GL when all applications are closed. So PA can be closed and GL still open. Makes some sense? Do you have a test environment? If so, do a copy and see what happens on the copy.
The Enable Enhanced Period Processing option will tell Oracle how to derive (calculate) the GL Date and the PA Date (stored in the cost distribution lines all table in PA). So you certainly want to be careful about changing this value without understanding the ramifications of such a change.
This is too complex to try and explain in a posting. My suggestion is that you download the Oracle Projects Fundamentals User Guide for your version of Oracle. Search for "Financial Periods and Date Processing for Financial Accounting" (starts on page 15-8 of my manual). This explains the various methods you can choose from in Oracle for maintaining periods and deriving project transaction dates, and how these two implementation options interact. The manual even does a decent job of giving you examples of how the dates will be calculated, based on the method you choose to use. The methods are determined by how you set up these two options.
So read that section of the manual and see if it clears up your questions. If not, maybe you can have a more specific question that would not require a novel to reply with. Good luck.
