Program needs to wait until BDC will get over

Hi Experts,
In my report program i am using BDC call transaction. Once this BDC action will get over after that i need todo some logic in my program. How to wait until BDC will get over?
Anyone have idea?
    CALL TRANSACTION 'CK41' USING zdata
                            OPTIONS FROM g_s_options
                            MESSAGES INTO msg_tab.
    PERFORM call_processing USING wa_default-kalaid
                                     wa_default-klvar
                                     wa_default-kokrs
                                     wa_default-bukrs.

Hi,
Program gets over in BDC call transaction after call transaction statement.
If you use call transaction statement as below,
CALL TRANSACTION 'ME22' USING bdc_tab MODE 'N' UPDATE 'S' MESSAGES INTO messtab.
Here Update 'S' means update will be syncronouse so program will wait untill this BDC gets completed, if you will not select this statement then by default program may take update 'A' which is asyncronouse means BDC will be processed parallel to this program, please check.
After this call transaction statement you can do code changes as per your requirment in the same program.

Kernel panic, "must restart" screen, but holding down power button does nothing! Need to wait until battery runs out???

Help! While doing workaday tasks on my 15" MacBook Pro with 10.6, I got the dreaded slowly unfolding darkened screen with the message "You need to restart your computer. Hold down the power button until it turns off." Kernel panic, I guess.
In the past, in the few times this has ever happened to me, I held down the Power button as instructed, and the Mac turned off.
HOWEVER, this time around, holding down the Power button does absolutely nothing! It doesn't make the computer turn off, no matter how long I hold it down, nor if I try holding it down in combination with other keys.
Needless to say, the OS is completely frozen otherwise, and no keyboard or trackpad actions have any effect.
And since this is the new kind of MacBook Pro -- there's no way to remove the battery!
So, is the only solution, to unplug it from the power supply and simply wait for 8 hours (or whatever) until the battery runs out of juice? Say it ain't so!
(I'm writing this on someone else's computer, needless to say.)
I NEED access to my computer's files TODAY for important work-related matters. Am I out of luck, or is there some secret way to get this darn thing turned off and restarted?

Do I have to wait until October to get my new 6+?

Yes and No, as in not the way you are thinking.
It will not be the same order, so you won't be able to go in and pick up your pre-order.
If you go in and they have one, it would be a new transaction and the preorder would need to be cancelled.
The preorder could create problems if it is an upgrade on your account, as it may prevent you from getting what would appear to be another upgrade on your account. If you are paying full retail price, no problem.

How to make the session to wait until other session get closed successfully

In my program , I am calling sql loader and after that I am opening a session and inside that I am calling stored procedure which validates the data.
above calling of sql loader and stored procedure is done inside the shell script i.e .prog file which is registerd as host concurrent program.
Here i am facing the problem like when two files are processed with same content then second file content's are not erroring out as duplicate though there is a duplicate validation exist inside the procedure. IF I call dbms_lock.sleep(60) then it is working and sencond file are records are error out with duplicate error message. but this is working only for small data files.
Please suggest me how to make the session to come out successfully then only i can open other sesssion .

RaghavFor starters you could use external tables rather than SQL*Loader and then you could keep all the control on the database side of things rather than relying on an external utility. The external tables will give you all the functionality of SQL*Loader but all you to just read the data using SQL select statements instead and cut out all the shell script dependency.

I need to pick the files from a folder and I need to pick the files only which has been written completely.
I should not pick the file in the middle while writing, I need to wait untill it finishes the writing completely.
Is there any setting I can put in Sender File adapter to do this?

We do not know exactly at what time the file will be placed in the folder. It may be at any time. So I cannot put the processing time accurately.

Creating a delay in labview until a c program completes in system exec.vi without using "wait until completeion"

I want to run two related C programs. The second one reads a text file that the first created. So I need to wait until the first is completed.
I use "system exec.vi" and I know I can set "wait until completeion" to true, but this way I won't see the screen and the C program announcments. Someone has an idea?

my idea: just wait for the text file created by the first C program. Check for the presence of this file (maybe using 'list directory') or check for the size of this file...

Wait until content gets ditributed to dp then download?

Hey guys, i have a question about distribution points and content. So i have couple distribution points and i wouldn't like clients bounded to dp2 get some content from dp1. I mean if I deploy some content and that content is not yet available on dp2 clients
bounded to that dp2 would have to wait until that content get distibuted to dp at first...

"Allow fallback source locations for content" is available on a per-deployment basis. So you can check the option on DP, and determine whether it is allowed on each deployment.

Remote function module to wait untill the response came from webmethods

hi all.
here i have got a situation that the remote function module created in SAP-R/3 to wait untill the response came from webmethods :
i have created the remote function module by assigning one structure in tables(tab) and 3 parameters in changing tab just to collect the messages return from webmethods
so this rfc will be called by webmethods and pick the structure data and then it wll return 3 variables back to rfc.
here the rfc need to wait untill the response came from webmethods.
so can any body suggest me on what source code do i need to write in RFC

Normally RFC are synchronous, they do have return parameter as export parameter.
If return parameter is missing then , you can create Wrapper RFC.
Wrapper RFC:
It is nothing but you just create BAPI in SE37 transaction with Return parameter as export parameter and make it remote enabled by clicking on Radio button.
Under source code, CALL BAPI which XI has to call.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You don't need to wait until it's fully downloaded (unless you rented it from your computer). The Apple TV calculates when enough of the media is downloaded to play it without having to stop to wait for more to download, different internet speeds mean that the time getting to this point is different for everyone.
You probably have a slower internet connection than your neighbour.
The first thing to check would be your internet download speed, you can do this at www.speedtest.net.
HD movies require a recommended speed of 6 Mbps, while SD movies require a recommended speed of 2.5 Mbps.

When I launch a subvi from a vi using a call by reference node, how can I tell it I am not interesting in wait until done, similar to invoke Method:run VI where I can set wait until done to false.

My problem is that from one vi I call another subvi and I pass several parameters using a call by reference node. I want from subvi, close reference of the vi but I can't.
Using a invoke node I can't pass parameters to subvi but I don't need to wait until subvi done, but the problem is that I want to call subvi with a call by reference node because I need to pass parameters to subvi but if I use a call by reference I have to wait the subvi to finish execution and then I can't close the vi reference from my subvi.
How Can I do it? I want to pass parameters from my vi to my subvi and from my subvi I want to close the vi that has called my subvi.

Before meauring small current, whether it is need to wait several time after switching it to DMM ?

Hi, I want to use PXI 2535 to switch small current, e.g. 1-100nA, and then measure it using 4071+4022. We know that bouncing would occur when a relay transitions between open and close. But the relay in 2535 is FET, not the same as relays in 2532. Whether we still need to wait several ms to get a steady current? And if, how long it should be to wait (if 10nA is switched)?

I don't think additional settling time is required. The default settling time for the NI PXI-2535 should be sufficient.
Additional low current switching advice: Be concerned with triboelectric/piezoelectric effects, leakage current in the switch, burden voltage, contamination/humidity, etc. Also, I recommend to "make-before-break" relay connections when switching current because it's best to always have current flowing rather than to interrupt it.
If you still have concern, then I recommend trying how different amounts of settling affect the measurements. Remember, the amount of settling required always depends on the load anyway.
