Project invoice amount not transferred to GL

What r all the health check up needs to be done for this issue to resolve???Plz anybody guide me...

Check that GDI completed with no errors, you might have AA issues, so sustem could not generate the right accounting lines.
Check the invoice is released.

    Po qty 10 unit & price is RM1/unit.

Now I wanated to change qty as 4 but the header amount still shows as RM10. It doesnt change according to invoice qty.     the grey filed u  can make its editable mode by T code - SHD0.... here u give
    T code - Miro
    Trans variant - ZMiro and then click create button. .it will take u to the Miro transaction , where u enter ur  po number and excute.. here u can see ur amt field will be checked , just unchedked and save this variant .as well acitvate the variant.. later u can check the miro with amt option in ediable mode

    I am facing one problem when i run the standard query 'Price trends in last three months' the vaue 'X' is coming in price column. When i analyzed i found in infosource 2LIS_02_SCL, invoiced qty and invoices amount is blank. These two fields are used in the above mentioned query. Why these two fields are not getting updated? Am i missing something?

    Yes, the material statistics group is updated.
    The info structure is retrieving the amount but not the quantity.
    This is the structure for invoiced quantity.

  • Invoice Description not Transfered to GL

    Hi,
    In R11i when trying to transfer invoice to GL description invoice that I filling before is missing.
    But description of distribution invoice is available.
    When I seeing in table accounting lines and header in AP the invoice description in the invoice (Liabilities) is null, then in the invoice distribution (Charge) have the description that I filled before.
    Is this default from R11i not showing invoice description in accounting lines and GL?
    Or there is any setting / configuration for setting this?

    Hello Hakim.
    I'm using 11i and i have set Sequential Numbering to Always Used.
    If i enter no description both on AP invoice header or distributions, the description of the corresponding GL line is the document sequence value automatically created by the system.
    If the description field is used then this description goes to the GL line description.
    I never found a way of setting up this beahaviour, it seems intended functionality.

  • Proforma Invoice not transferred to GTS

    Hi,
    When i create Proforam Invoice in ECC and the same document is NOT transferred to GTS. When i do manually transfer via Initial Transfer of documents, i'm getting message as "No relevant document types were selected"
    In ECC (Feeder system), i have done the following configuation
    For Application Level SD0C, BADI activated.
    Path: SPRO - > Sales & Dist - > Foreign Trade -> SAP GTS PLUG In - > Activate Transfer of Billing document.
    Also Proforma Invoice added to Application level SD0C and activated the SAP Customs Management and Risk management at the below menu path
    SPRO -> SD -> Foreign Trade/Customs -> SAP GTS Plug-in -> Control data for transfer to SAP GTS -> Configure control settings for document transfer.
    At GTS level, i have configured the following
    IMG -> SAP GTS -> SAP Customs Management -> General settings -> Docuement Structure -> Assignment of Document types from Feeder systems -> Assign Document Type at Feeder system Level or Group level.
    Feeder system Billing doc type F8 - Proforma Invoice is assigned to GTS doc type CULOEX.
    Despite of above settings, Proforma invoice are not transferred upon creation.
    Pls help to resolve this issue

    Hi Pradeep,
    Sorry to hear that you're still having problems.  Some more tips for you...
    In the ERP system, use transaction SE37 to display the code in Function Module /SAPSLL/CD_SD0C_R3, and set a break-point at the line PERFORM api6800_csd_synchronize, somewhere around line 155.  Then create a proforma invoice, and see if the debugger starts.
    If the debugger does not start, then the problem is in the feeder system.  I would check in this order:
    1. Check that the proforma really is an export - that's to say, the Destination Country is different to the Shipping Point.
    2. Set a break-point very near the beginning of the Function Module - at the line CALL FUNCTION '/SAPSLL/CD_INIT_R3.  If the debugger still doesn't start, then either the SD0C transfer is not active, or there is some other problem with the Plug-In installation.
    3. Check your configuration again for the proforma Document Type.
    4. Check the implementation of the BAdI /SAPSLL/CTRL_SD0C, and make sure that no project=specific code is preventing the transfer.
    If the debugger does start, then the problem is in the GTS system.  I would check in this order:
    1. Check that Document Type CULOEX is activated for Customs Processing.
    2. Check that a Number Range is assigned to the Document Type CULOEX.
    3. Check that the Number Range interval is properly maintained.
    4. Check that all required Partner Functions have been mapped.
    5. Check that the Item Category in the proforma is assigned to GTS Item Category CLPOS.
    6. Check that there is an entry (in table /SAPSLL/TLEDPAF)  for the determination of the Activity Sequence.
    7. Check that the Business Partner(s) and Product(s) have been transferred as Master Data.
    Please come back if you still have problems.

  • Price from MDM is not transferred to shopping cart in EBP

    Hi all,
    we are implementing MDM 2.0/SP2 for SRM. Actually the catalog content is fully available, the only problem is that I don't get the price from catalog into shopping cart via OCI. When I browse through catalog coming from EBP every price in MDM-shopping cart (WEB UI) is displayed correctly. When I transfer the articles from MDM-shopping cart to EBP every field is transferred correctly except price. When I test with Fiddler I also don't see price coming in, and I also don't see any system message in system log SLG1 of EBP.
    These are my settings:
    Price in MDM data manger like:
         Price Information: 1| |AVL Graz|12.14| Euro
    OCI:
    NEW_ITEM-PRICE            Price Information -Amount (not transferred)
    NEW_ITEM-CURRENCY    Price Information - Currency (transferred correctly)
    NEW_ITEM-PRICEUNIT     Price Information - Price Base Quantity  (transferred correctly)
    Did you guys have a similar problem before?

    As specified by u can see items with their prices in the Data Manager as well as in the Shopping cart but not on EBP side.
    These were the settings u had specified:
    OCI Mappings:
    NEW_ITEM-PRICE Price Information -Amount (not transferred)
    NEW_ITEM-CURRENCY Price Information - Currency (transferred correctly)
    NEW_ITEM-PRICEUNIT Price Information - Price Base Quantity (transferred correctly)
    Please do check wether the items which u r purchasing is having all the values populated.
    Bcoz as given u havnt specified Orderunit field and Minimum Quantity UOM.
    As per my understanding to purchase any item, and take it onto the EBP side with its price the Orderunit field must be populated with Unit of Measure.
    After inserting values in Order unit and Minimum Quantity UOM then go and check wether its price is taken from the Shopping cart to the EBP.
    Please check it will work

  • MIRO invoice amount exceeding the blanket po overall limit

    Hello Gurus,
    I'm having trouble with invoicing against a blanket purchase order. Can anyone please explain why and when does invoice amount can exceed the blanket po amount.As I understood from the SAP documentation I should not be able to invoice for amout greater than the overall limit on the blanket PO.
    Here is what i did.
    1. I have created a blanket PR for 1000$  (Purchase requisition document type - Frame work requisition , overall limit - 1000$ , No limit flag - unchecked)
    2. I created a P.O ( Order type - Frame work order, validity start date - todays date , validity end date  - 1 year from today's date ).
    3. I checked the tolerance limits in OMR6 - for the above company code , tolearance key (LA) , check limit is blank , for tolerance key (LD) the check limit is 100.
    4. However I was able to invoice for more than 10,000$ against this Purchase order.
    My question is , am i missing anything so as the invoice amount not to exceed the blanket po amoutn ?
    My requirement is - MIRO invoice should not allow the user to post in invoice with amount exceeding the blanket p.o amout.
    Why would the MIRO invoice not checking the blanket po overall limit ?

    For tolerance key type 'LA' (Amount of blanket purchase order) , upper limit I set the check limit val to blank , and for percentage , i checked the do not check flag.
    For tolerance key type 'LD' , upper limit absolute check limit value is '100.00'.
    Where do i set the status of message , infact I'm not getting any message while posting the invoice.

  • FOC items with bill rate as "0" are not appearing in project invoice

    Customer has a unique requirement of billing resources working on the project for free due to business reasons.
    The issue is that the FOC items with bill rate as "0" are not appearing when the invoice is generated.
    Please let me know if any one has come across this kind of a requirement and please share if you have any workaround.

    You may try setting the bill rate for those cases as 0.01.
    That way the items will be included in the invoice, but not affect dramatically the amount billed to customer.

  • A JE created from the AP Invoice does not include the project # on all trx

    A JE created from the AP Invoice does not
    include the project # for the amounts entered in the freight box. To
    duplicate, do the following:
    1. Open an AP Invoice
    2. Enter BP Code
    3. Select Service type
    4. Enter a Project Code in drop down box on Accounting tab
    5. Enter a line in the Contents; specify GL Account, amount and Tax
    Code Open Freight box
    6. Enter an amount in one of the lines
    7. Click ADD
    8. Go back to the invoice and go to the Accounting tab Click on the GL
    journal note and you can see that the line corresponding to the
    contents line has a project, but the line corresponding to the Freight
    box item does not.
    My customer users these projects when printing GL agings and the
    information is very important. Shouldn't this information be carried
    forward on all transactions on the Journal entry? Is there a way to get this information to post?

    Hi Pat,
    the project code (PC) on the marketing document may only be applied to the business partner (BP), hence the only row in the associated journal entry (JE) with this project code is that of the BP.
    You can link project codes to specific accounts (CoA -> select account -> account details -> project code) & this project code will then be assigned every time the account is found in a JE.
    If you require the project code to be applied to the freight, you may assign this project code to the account you have defined for this freight. The drawback is naturally that the project code will then  be pulled every time this freight is used, regardless of whether or not the PC is associated with the BP or not.
    It is possible to manually assign project codes to every row in a journal entry, hence this should also be possible with SDK. You might explore the possibility whether it might be possible to automatically assign the BP PC to all rows in the JE using a script.

  • Duplicate Invoice Check Not Checking the Gross Invoice Amount-

    Gurus,
    When checking for duplicate invoices in MIRO/FB60, I have made all the config and setup but still the system is not checking the gross Invoice amount field. Lets say I enter
    Invoice 1 :
                     Vendor                 X
                      Reference            123
                      Date                    10/27/2010
                      Company Code : 1111
                      Currency           : USD
                      AMOUNT           :100         and post this invoice
    I try to enter the second invoice
    Invoice 2: 
                       Vendor                 X
                      Reference            123
                      Date                    10/27/2010
                      Company Code : 1111
                      Currency           : USD
                      AMOUNT           : 90    
    I get the error message even though the AMOUNT in the second invoice is 90 which is not the same as first invoice .
    I chcked the vendor master duplicate check, made the config in spro-liv for duplicate invoice for company code, reference number and invoice date.
    The help says that after 4.6 version if all of them match, then the system wiill throw error, but in my case the amount is not matching and its still giving me an error.

    Hi,
    After making the duplcate invoices chek at spro will checks the reference number of the invoice entered previouslu with that one entered later for that company code.as the first check itself failed system throws the error thinking, you are trying to enter a duplicate invoice for a  already posted invoice though how much is the amount in the second invoice .
    It will allow to enter the item details , if the dupplicate invoice check is properly configured for that company code and ref number .Did you get the error mesage after entering the details?If you get a error a message which stops furthur entry them your conf is correct, if not you may need to check back .
    Check the invoice toletrances at spro too amount.

    Hi,
    If the excise invoice is not posted (Part-II), then it will not flow in MIRO.  Pls check same. 
    You may even check whether the capter id assigned to the material is extended to new excise calculation period.

    We are using COST/EVENT distribution rule and Billing Assignment is Cost To Cost Revenue for Contract Projects. Is there any way to control the revenue, so that revenue amount does'nt exceed Invoice Amount. This is a client's requirement.
    If this is achievable through some other distribution rules or Billing Extensions need to be customized.

  • System not hitting Variance G/L when Invoice amount PO value

    Hi Gurus,
    I have set the tolerance group in the configuration where both lower and upper limit is 5%. My problem is, when the amount I keyed in the invoice is less than the PO value (still in the range of 5%), simulate it, the posting will hit 3 G/L ( vendor, accrual and variance). But if the invoice amount is higher(still in the range of 5%), it will hit only 2 G/L (vendor & accrual) and this will not allowed for FI posting. How can I insert the variance GL and please advice if this is the correct way.

    Also chk in FS00 control data that u hv specified all tax type allows for posting in tax catgy.

  • Error in Interfacing Project Invoices to AR - No Active Project Manager

    I am getting an error while transferring a projects invoice to AR.
    I am running concurrent program 'PRC: Interface Invoices to Receivables' program from a responsibility that was created as per the client project security requirements.
    The output  gives an error message - 'No Active Project Manager Found'.
    Note:
    - The project manager is active on the project.
    - The person record of the project manager is active with an active HR assignment.
    - The project manager role is not end dated.
    When I run this same program from the standard Project Implementation Super User responsibility for the same project, the invoice gets interfaced to Receivables without any error.
    Why does this happen ?
    Is this concurrent program dependent on any menu / function / profile option ? If so, which one ?
