Promotion item details transaction
Hi,
After executing the bapi BAPI_PRMSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI where can I check I mean the transaction for the promotion details. Mainly I have to check for the promotion item details.
In /SAPAPO/MP40 transaction i'm not able to see promotion_item details.

you can use table alias for this

or if you are using this query inside any PL-SQL block , you can use a variable to hold max(ILTRDJ) and then use this variable in query.

In transactions ME21n, ME22n, ME23n I need to add a new field to the table control TC_1211, in SAPLMEGUI screen 1211 for PO line items. The new field is UNSPSC Code, a 30 char field, which will be enterable/changeable on the ME21n, ME22n screens and display only on ME23n.
BADI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST enables you to extend the business logic of the Enjoy purchase order. Is this the correct BADI to use for the purpose of adding a new input/output field to the PO detail SAPLMEGUI screen 1211?
Does anyone have any examples of adding a new field to PO Item Detail screen using BADI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST? I have had some experience creating Badi's, and would appreciate very much some sample code if possible.

But if you are still going to do a BDC, Do not use the pagedown for new line items. Use the "Create Item" icon in the bottom of the screen. This way you can add as many items as you want and the cursor will always be in the second row of the table control.
Please check the code below: Always enter in the 2nd row even for the first item. It should work.

Transaction ME21N Screen layout Item Details TAB settings
Hi,
ME21N transaction some of item details TABS are invicible. Like "Delivery address tab" is invicible. I want to make it visible/changeble to enter address for ship to.
Right now I am looking into SPRO on screen layout settings and transaction SHD0 for screen layout variant.
But I could not able to activate/visible of this particular tab.
Help needed to make "Item detail delivery address tab" visible/change.

The path is SPRO -- Materials Management- PurchasingPurchase order- Define screen layout at Document level-field selection -ME21N-Reference item data
In field selection screen for ME21N i.e.maintain table T162 -Field selection groups .Under this on the tab of Reference data ,item you have to mainatin as an optional entry for Delivery Address.With this delivery address tab will be visible for you under ME21N trancsction.

If you want to system to show Mfr Part Number you must not maintain the "MPN Profile" in materail master.
But if you are using a material with profile, you will only get these fields pooulated if you order the MPN material, and not the internal one. See also information in note 615722.

You can find BADI for transaction in different ways. Try with below methods
1. To find New BADI(Karnel), Run the transaction with debug mode(/h), keep break point at statement
CALL BADI
2. To find old BADI (Classic), Keep break point at exit handler CL_EXITHANDLER=>GET_INSTANCE and run the transaction
3. Check in SPRO transaction - Check with functional consultant in which business process this transaction comes and any customization details available
4. Get pakage name of transaction and go to to tcode se84 enhancement browser . Try to find with package name, any enhancement available

But expected output is: Every Item with last transactional date.

Analysis tab in item details of transaction WTY
Hi All,
We get pricing procedure details when we click on the analysis tab in the item details subscreen in WTY.We get the condition types and the associated movement of data.
We have added a custom field to the communication strucuture KOMK,KONP,KOMG, and the same is present in the database table PVWTY. The same is present in the structure A997 also. If we see the technical details then the fields which are of concern to us are KOMK-(custom fieldname ) and A997-( custom fieldname ).But we are getting a warning symbol in the description part when we click on the condition type PRP4.
I am not sure whether this is related to any missed out coding.I checked out that the routine 597 is assigned for the condition type PRP4.But the source code inside is the standard code and i am not sure how to include my custom field data here.Do i have to move this data through some exit or is this related to any configuration in SPRO...
I am not able to figure out where and how i am supposed to move the data between the two structures as explained above. Hope that the above explanation gives an OK picture of what i need to achieve. Please help.

You can try making the Date Field in Item Details and Requisitioner as Mandatory if it serves your purpose for the situation - I .
Please check the following :
SPRO>IMG>MM>Purchasing>Purchase Requisition>
Click on Define Screen Layout at Document Level
Highlight the Document Type
Go to Details and click on Deadline Monitoring
Check the Date as Required Entry for Requisition, Delivery & Release Date.
( The user will need to Enter Release Date Manually)
Similarly this can be maintained for RFQ and PO as well.
This will give you the Tracking of the Processing Time with respective dates.

But this report is not showing Opening balance, closing balance detail.
It only gives transactions during the specified posting period and total of it.
Please guide me further in case if I need to give proper input at selection screen or elsewhere.

+ / - Transactions during the period
= Closing Balance as on date
As that of appearing for G/L Account by S_ALR_87012311

I could not able to create a Blanket PO with document type FO and item category B (limit).
Normally for a blanket PO, GR is not allowed and IR is mandatory. So, I could able to see these checkboxes for GR (not set and grayed) and IR (set and grayed) in the item details of the PO in delivery and invoice tabs. But I end with an error message that 'GR is not set is used is not allowed' (exactly i don't remember but some thing like that)
Before creating a blanket PO, I found that in 'attributes of item categories', that for the item category B, GR is set and IR is not set (in customizing-OMH4). Of course, one cannot change the attributes of item categories.
I suppose due to this mis-match in the attributes of item categories and that in the PO, I'm getting an error message while creating a blanket PO and could not able to save.
Also I have checked all the system messages for the message displayed. No where(i.e. in any message class or category and for that message number) I found any such message defined with error in 'attributes of system messages' for purchasing, material master, inventory, invoice verification etc.
I suppose this error message is coming somewhere from the application program for the PO.
So, what can be the solution

Also I have checked the field settings for PO for all categories like transaction relevant, item category relevant, etc in customizing.
Main problem is both GR and IR controls are being grayed in PO. Other wise I could able to change them as per my wish and could able to avoid the error even though the GR and IR controls in PO are correct as per the process requirement.
If possible, please check the GR and IR controls for item category B (in my system it showing that GR is set with binding and IR is not set with binding). But it should be reverse as per the process requirements and in limit PO it is showing correctly. i.e. with GR is not set with binding and IR is set with binding.

STPO's --- load date is not appearing in the item detail
Hi SAP Expert's,
We have a issue with inter company STPO, the Qty of mtrl is80 Kg. we received 10 kg on 1st feb.
In item detail --Delivery schedule tab it showing the delivery date is 1st feb and goods issue is 5 th feb.
Same like they delivery 10 kg .Delivery date is 25th feb,but the system not showing the Transport date, load date and goods issue date. Mtrl availablity date is past date of delivery date (1st feb).
When we change the delivery date 26 th feb. the system showing the transport date, load date and goods issue date. Now the mtrl availablity date is 25th feb.
Please any one can clarify my doubt. Why the system is not showing the transport date, load date, and goods issue date.
Please tell me that where its from the system picks these dates..

Adding new fields in Item details screen in VA01 tcode
Hi all,
My requirement is to add custom fields in 'Additional Data B' tab of VA01 transaction.
That is, after entering the material and quantity, if i double click tat material, it goes to item details screen. In taht, 'Additional data B' tab is there with no fields.
Now i want to add fields in that.. Is it possible?
Is there any exit for adding custom fields under that tab?

ShanthiThe process for Additional Data B, whether header or item level, is simple...
First, add the data elements to VBAK (header) or VBAP (item), in a customizing append. The accepted practice is to name your fields beginning ZZ, with the appropriate or custom data element/domain.
Then on Additional Data B screens, already named in this thread, create whatever is needed. For instance, you might want to add a subscreen that contains a group of fields with the DDIC-specific captions.
If you simply need a field, you can place the field (like VBAK-ZZMYFIELD). SAP will then manage updates to the database for you....no need to do anything to see that the data gets copied into the tables.
In one instance, I saw a pushbutton added that resulted in calls to screens with table controls, etc., essentially an entire subsystem called by pressing that button....
