Provider Address not Showing on Host

Question

I have configured Logical Networks, Subnets (per site), IP Pool (per site) as well as a Port Profile, Logical Switch etc...
and assigned this to my VMM Host.
I also have a VM Network with another subnet and IP Pool for my VMs.
I can deploy VMs to my host and they receive IP Addresses as per the VM Network IP Pool, however i'm having difficulty pinging between the VMs (firewalls are off).
On the Host i can only see the IP address that is assigned to the Management NIC.  The NIC i have assigned the Logical Switch to doesn't show a Provider Address (ipconfig)?
In SCVMM - get-scipaddress shows multiple VMs with correct IP addresses and i also see an entry for the Host, which shows the Provider Address the host should have - However, I can not see this IP address on the physical host though (ipconfig)?

You can find the PA address using the Get-NetVirtualizationProviderAddress cmdlet on the Host.
This also shows that VLAN the PA space is operating in
Note that when there's no VM on the machine using Network Virtualization the host will not have a PA address.
Also the IP is not static assigned to a host, so when a new VM using Network Virtualization is moved to an empty host it will request and get a new IP, not the one the host used to have.
I've made a little powershell script to request the PA addresses of all the hosts listed in VMM using Invoke-Command:

Use this script on a computer that has the VMM powershell module installed.
