PS4 Destiny Bundle | InStore Pick up

I looked around to see if someone has already asked this question and didn’t see it. So if this is redundant I apologize.
I was able to select "In Store Pickup" for my order. Does this mean that it is guaranteed to be picked up on the release day?
Solved!
Go to Solution.

Hello mojohat,
It looks like you’ve already received some great help from TheMuffin, but I wanted to hop on as well.
With In-Store Pickup being your selected method of fulfillment for the PS4 Destiny Bundle, you will receive an email once the store indicates it is ready for you to pick up. This will most likely happen on Monday with you then being able to pick it up on Tuesday when it releases.
You will want to wait for the “Ready for Pick Up” email before heading in, but you should receive that in time for release day.
I hope this helps and please feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions.
Sincerely,

  • Best buy won't price match my ps4 destiny bundle after It went down 349.99

Hello how are you doing? I recently bought an item from you guys, my order number is {removed per forum guidelines}. Specifically I am referring to sku:6731019. Within a few days after I purchased the item and most certainly within the return/exchange period the price was reduced by $50.00. Today December 26th 2014 I called customer service regarding price matching this so that I could be given the $50.00 difference but instead I was told that due to that fact that the best buy website is showing that it is not available as per the price match policy I won't be able to get the priced matched. Please keep in mind I am not asking you guys to honor a competitor's price on an out of stock item, I am just asking that you guys honor your OWN price which changed less than a week after my purchase. Although your policy may be written in black and white, life isn't and I am asking that you guys to review my case in isolation and honor the price. I can't help but wonder if you guys purposely altered the page so that it won't even show a price and just show that it is no longer available. Actually what does that mean? Will it be available again in the near future or you no longer carry the item?  And if it will become available again why wouldn't a simple out of stock label suffice until stock is replenished? I am in no way saying that I know anything about your Web design practices but I think my question is a fair one. Today I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service reps who told me that they can't do anything to resolve my issue as a customer and i also spoke with a supervisor named Kyle who insisted that that was the bottom line and he just can't help me and there was absolutely no one above him I could speak to regarding my case. Apparently he is the CEO. I am hoping however that this email will not go unanswered and I will get my issue resolved based on the simple fact that there is a record that I bought the item at one price from you guys and it went down fifty dollars less within the return period. The fact that I didn't call 10 seconds after you lowered the price and before people flocked to it causing it to sell out quickly shouldn't play a role in your decision. You guys need to make this right. You blocked the website from showing it right now but it is all over the Internet that it was 349.99 and if you Google destiny bundle best buy you see the 349.99 price in the preview of the result.

    Hello noreik,
I was disappointed to read that we weren't able to honor the price match request you made. Please know that I apologize for having disappointed you.
In looking into your concern, I note that your request was made after the product's sale price had expired and the product was no longer available. Per the terms of our Price Match Guarantee, products eligible for price match must be currently in stock and the sale price in effect. Given these requirements were not met, we would not be able to offer you the price match. I regret that I do not have better news.
Thank you for writing to us with your concerns.

  • Destiny PS4 bundle - beta code??!

I preordered the PS4 Destiny bundle today. I've read somewhere here that it also comes with the beta access code. When I was paying for the preorder, no one asked my email for where the code will be sent and when I asked no one seemed to know anything about the beta access.
How can I make sure that I have the email on file so the code can be sent there?? Will they use my email on my bestbuy account??
    Thank you

    Hello ylde08,
First, I greatly appreciate you choosing Best Buy for your Destiny PS4 Bundle Pre-order! I can’t think of a better way to jump into the newest generation of consoles than getting one already bundled with Destiny. I hope the anticipation isn’t getting the best of you like it would me! I’m sorry to hear that there may be some confusion around the beta access code and I’ll happily review your purchase details and assist further.
Generally, the beta codes are emailed to you within 24-48 hours of pre-ordering Destiny, or a console that includes the game. I’ve located your receipt using your email address on file for the forums and I’m going to send you some additional information via private message. To check your private messages, make sure you’re logged into your account and click the small envelope on the top right of the screen.
Thanks again for pre-ordering Destiny with Best Buy and you’ll be hearing from me shortly!

  • Am I missing out the GCU promotion for Destiny console bundle purchased on online?

I preordered the PS4 Destiny bundle on Bestbuy.com and picked it up at my local bestbuy. GCU is not included on my receipt. I see on the fine prints that this promotion is for in-store only. Am I missing out?

    Hi ukyo080,
Thanks for your interest in the Gamers' Club Unlocked program!
In order to qualify for this week's GCU promotion, both a qualifying console and GCU membership must be purchased on the same transaction. Since GCU memberships are only available for purchase in-store, this means you will need to return your console and re-purchase it in order to receive the offer.
    I hope this helps.

  • The Worst Customer Service of My Life and Why I Will Never Shop at Best Buy Again

This afternoon I decided I wanted to buy a Playstation 4. I discovered, while browsing Best Buy's website, an offer to trade in a PS3 Slim and controllers for $100 +$10 per controller. I took in the console, three controllers, and two games valued at $12 and $5 respectively for a total of $147 in trade in value. I knew what I was supposed to be getting when I walked in the door.
So I enter store #1155 (Charlotte-Northlake) with the intention of trading in my PS3 and accessories, for a PS4 Destiny bundle. A very simple transaction, that could have easily been handled quickly (and was later handled quickly and painlessly by GameStop). I approach the desk and encounter this lethargic looking automaton named Ashlyn. Or something like that. I explain to her what I want to do, and how much I expect to get out of the trade in. She says "Well, you'll get whatever comes up on the thingy". So I set my console, 3 controllers, 3 cords (HDMI, power, controller), and two games on the counter next to the thingy (computer) and she proceeds to test to see if the console works. She incompetently moves the device and power cord over to the plug in station/screen to see if it works. After much confusion over which plug goes in what hole (I literally watched her try to plug the power cord into the HDMI slot), they stand around trying to turn on the controllers and connect them to the console. She finally discovers she needs the controller cord and asks me for it. I look on the counter to discover that it is no longer there. So I run out to the car to see if it's there, and it isn't. I come back in, and ask her if maybe she dropped it when she picked up the power cord, and she looks at someone else and says in her best impression of an incredibly rude person, "He only brought in two cords". I told her to look on the floor, and of course she found it. So they plug everything in, everything works, great. Now punch in whatever it is you punch in on the thingy and give me my PS4. Nope. Now she has to spend 20 minutes sighing and shaking her head at the computer while repeatedly asking me if my PS3 slim "is 500 GB" to which I respond, literally every time, yes. Eventually she gets help from a distracted eastern european co-worker who asks me "How much is it?" and I say "100" to which Ashlyn replies in another fantastic impression of a terrible customer service worker "He told me it was 500". I clarified that I meant $100 and 500 GB and they proceed to shake their heads and sigh at the screen as they fail to understand what I can only assume were heiroglyphics. So at this point Ashlyn has called me a liar twice, and has not once made eye contact with me, or attempted even the most basic customer service. She finally comes to the price of $117 dollars which I say "That's not right, did you get the controllers?" Naturally she did not. But also neither of them knew how to use the heiroglyphic thingy in front of them, so finally they said "Well, we can't do it in our system, so you'll have to take $117". I said no, took my stuff, and walked out. Ashlyn is a terrible customer service "specialist" and should be quickly fired.
    Part 2:
So shaking and fuming I walk out the door to my car with my console and accessories in tow, and decide to call the other Best Buy near me at Concord Mills (Store #268). So I call, explain what I went through, and the girl on the other end of the line says "Oh, some people just don't know where to find the the right thing to do it" and said I could come down there and get it taken care of. So I head down to Concord Mills with hopes of finally making my simple transaction. I get there, tell the girl at the desk what happened, she more or less ignored me, and said she had to take it in the back and test it. Fine, do your thing. She comes back, and says "Where did you see the hundred dollar thing?" so I look it up, and WHILE I'm looking it up she says "I know what deal you're talking about, but I can only give you $40 dollars because this is in poor condition" once again in what I can only assume is corporate standard "Terrible Customer Service Rep Tone". I told her that a console is still in good condition if nothing is broken and it works perfectly, and that a few scratches don't mean "poor condition", this isn't a disc. She says "I'm not marking this as good condition, all I'll give you is $40." so I angrily picked up my stuff, and walked over to the GameStop in the nearby mall. Told him what happened, he took the console, checked that it worked, gave me $140 for everything, I paid the difference for a PS4 and they sent me on my way. 15 minutes. 2 hours of rude customer service reps at Best Buy sent me to GameStop, and I will honestly never set foot in Best Buy again.
    So that's my story.

Charlotte, NC Resident and Former Best Buy Customer

    Hello puckettsd,
My younger brother got his hands on his own PlayStation 4 a few months ago, and ever since then, I don’t think he’s talked about anything else. In fact, whenever I go to my parents’ house for a visit, I can always hear him discussing game strategy with his friends through his headset.  While I’m not much of a gamer myself, I certainly understand the PS4’s appeal, so I can see why you were excited to take advantage of our Sony PS3 Slim Trade-In offer and trade up to the new console.  It’s disappointing to hear that your visit didn’t go as smoothly as planned though, and I’m sorry for any frustration this caused while you tried to figure this out on your own.
With any trade-in offer, we should always be assessing the item in question to determine its condition. This is done to make sure you are getting the best offer possible. An item may fall under in four categories - Good, Fair, Poor and Substantially Impaired/Not Working (see here for descriptions). As Ashlyn wanted to figure out which category your PS3 Slim fell under, she took the time to see if your console powered on and made sure your controllers worked properly. This doesn’t explain why she may have had difficulties adding on your controllers to the promotion though. If an associate isn’t sure about how to do something within our systems, they should be asking a member of leadership for guidance.  I’m sorry if oversight caused you to leave the store unsatisfied.
Having said this, I appreciate it that you were willing to provide us a second chance and visited our Concord Mills store.  I can understand your frustration though if this store didn’t feel that your console met the terms of the promotion and therefore didn’t meet minimum $100.00 offer. In the terms and conditions of the trade-in offer, we do state that the console must be in good condition to qualify. I truly apologize for this discrepancy. Regardless, I’m glad to hear that you were able to trade in your PS3 Slim for a new PS4 console, even if it wasn’t through us.
Experiences like the one you describe are never ones we like to hear, but thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to let us know about it. As a company, we realize there may be areas in need of improvement, and without feedback like yours, we wouldn’t be able to identify them properly to promote better service. Please know that I have documented your concerns as this a great opportunity for the store to learn from, and it is my hope that you give us a second chance in the near future.

  • Awful shopping experience and potential massive system flaw on Preorder Consoles

Hello, I wanted to take the time to write a lengthy post as it seems BB Corporate is active here and tends to take the feedback given here seriously to document my terrible shopping experience recently at BB store #293 in Rockville, MD.
To give some background about myself, I am an ITPro that has very fond memories of buying some of my favorite tech toys through the years from BB when I first started getting paychecks in High School and I'm now in my mid-30s with considerably more spending power.  Even with the rise of online competitors like Amazon and Newegg, I still had a soft spot for BB and their big box presentation while local competitors like CompUSA and CC fell by the wayside.  I was happy to see BB make a comeback in recent years and their RewardsZone (MyBB) rewards system has been a mostly trouble-free experience since its inception.
Over the last few years, I tended to make a lot of my big ticket purchases at BB due to the flexibility of their no interest financing, or the option to get 5-10% rewards on purchases paid in full, enough to qualify me for various levels of Elite membership ($2500-3000 spent per year).  I was on track again for similar spending this year with the purchase of a Surface Pro 3 for my girlfriend, which I paid in full to receive the 10% in rewards for ~$90 in Reward Certs.
We decided to check out the new consoles as well, and she favored the white edition PS4 so we went ahead and pre-ordered the white PS4 Destiny bundle on Aug. 29 2014 on a whim.  I took the option to pay it in full to get the benefit of the 10% rewards and was assured by the sales rep Jesse that the 10% rewards wouldn't be a problem when I picked the console up after the promotion ended, because I had already paid in full.
So we came back on Destiny launch day, 9/9  and it was perfect, great in-store experience that you simply cannot get buying online.  Walked in, Jesse was there again and had the console under the counter and even the local Sony rep was there, talking up the game and console.  Best part was they started throwing SWAG on us, PS4 lanyard, Destiny Bundle T-shirt and apparently there was even a free Gamers Club Unlocked membership I didn't even know about (I do a lot of research on my buys but again, this was bought on a whim) that was active, so I really felt great about my purchase with a fantastic in-store experience.  We went ahead and picked up Last of Us Remastered too, since we loved it on PS3 and we got 20% off with our new Gamers Club membership!
But that's when things started to go downhill.  Apparently there was a new employee working that day that Jesse was training, I am not sure if that was where things were missed, or what, but Jesse has provided me great service in the past so I don't really fault him here.  We also wanted to apply the $95 in certs to the transaction that would have totaled around $463, so with the original prepaid amount of $450 minus the $95 in certs, we should have been owed ~$80 back to the card..  Instead, I was asked for my BB Credit Card again and it was swiped thinking that was to get the ~$80 back on the card, but apparently it charged the card again for the balance of $463 minus $95 in certs.  I thought the transaction was a bit off, but figured they would just reverse the original $450 prepaid amount to charge the new transaction.
Fast forward a month, on 10/11, I checked my BB Credit Card statement to pay off the PS4 and was shocked to see an interest charge.  In 3-4 years of having this card, I have never been charged interest once.  It was a non-trivial amount of $13 and I traced it back to the 8/29 pre-order for $450 that I thought was reversed in-store.  I was then even more shocked to see the 2nd $364 transaction on the card, so I had essentially PAID FOR TWO Playstation 4 consoles!
So I immediately gathered up all my documentation (CC statements, RZ print outs, pre-order and in-store pick up receipts) and headed back to Best Buy.  It was a Saturday so things were busy, but the initial CS reps were responsive and tried to help with the situation.  The problem is, no one knew how to fix it.  Apparently, there is/was a *MASSIVE* glitch in BestBuy's point of sale system where you cannot apply both a preorder AND a RW Cert to a single transaction.  The system applies/attaches the preorder to the transaction but does not reduce the balance by that amount, because it is overwritten by the Reward Zone cert transaction.  It took at least 1 hour for 2 knowledgeable and extremely helpful tech managers (Alan and a woman I believe named Sheila) who almost immediately identified and acknowledged they had seen this problem before.  They also said the sales reps should have known this.
The problem was they kept insisting they could not simply return/void out the in-store 9/9 transaction of ~$363 because it was over 1 month and closed.  They also said they could not simply refund the $450 prepaid amount because the system was showing it was already applied to the in-store pickup transaction, even though the receipts, my CC statement all clearly show the in-store transaction was NOT reduced by the $450 prepaid amount.
Now here's where things get ugly, one manager, Nucleo, was called over and simply did not have any intent to help.  One of the employees I would prefer not to name said they believed he just didn't know how to fix the problem and they would prefer to just go to their General Manager, Dave.  Dave was busy on Saturday, I am sure, so it took him some time to come over, but he genuinely seemed interested in fixing the problem.  Together with Sheila, they came up with the solution of voiding out the in-store transaction manually, and then scanning a return for a $15 accessory item to make me whole on the interest I was charged.  They also said the prorated portion of the Reward Zone Certs of ~$87 would be refunded to my BB account within a few days.
I thought that would be the end of it....until I checked my BB account a few days later and was shocked to see I had a NEGATIVE balance in RZ points.  Voiding the in-store transaction of $363 without refunding the $87 in RZ certs left me in a negative balance!  Again, I made my way to the Rockville BB store with all documentation in hand and this time, I packed up the PS4, which I had seldom-used at this point because I simply did not feel the transaction was completed.  I fully intended to just return the system and either wash my hands of this transaction, or return it and try to complete the transaction from scratch.
This time, unfortunately, the GM Dave was not on duty, it was only Nucleo.  Sad to say, he actually provided better customer service when he tried to ignore the problem.  This time, he tried to indicate it was MY FAULT that I allowed myself to be charged twice, asking "what I want to know is, if you paid for it why did you let us charge your card again?".  I replied that it was a FLAW IN BB's SYSTEM and that I assumed HIS employees knew what they were doing because I simply do NOT PREORDER consoles on a weekly, monthly or even yearly cycle.  At this point, both of our voices and tempers were escalated, it was one of my most unpleasant in-store experiences especially knowing I was being wronged and this person Nucleo had no intention of trying to fix the problem caused by BB's system.  In all of this transaction, this dealing with Nucleo is the only reason I am writing this post now, I feel everyone else did their best to try and fix the problem, but this guy is just in the wrong business because his customer service skills are awful.  Ultimately the visit ended with no resolution, the employees that had been helpful throughout (Alan, Amber, and one other tall younger man) insisted the certs of $87 would get credited back in a few days and the credits for the original $450 prepaid would also come but may take longer after they spoke with MyBB reps on the phone.
So I waited patiently for another 2-3 weeks and the points from both the prorated $87 rewards (original $95) and the estimated 2250 points ($45) from the 10% $450 prepaid amount had still not yet arrived.  When they didn't, I took a different tack and contacted MyBB Elite.  The rep was responsive and understanding, and it took a good 10 minutes for her to get her bearings while I explained the situation.  I also provided all of my documentation and she was able to verify and document it in her notes.  She immediately re-issued or pushed through the $87 in Reward Zone certs from the refunded in-store transaction while I was on the phone, and said the remainder $450 was also in process and should come through in 5-8 business days.
I had to call 2 more times, both times the reps insisted the $450 prepaid was still in process and approved, but it was most likely the same glitch that prevented the prepaid from being applied properly, it simply could not get points attached to it because it was counted as part of another transaction.  The 3rd time I spoke with a supervisor/escalation rep and they said the transaction would be funded.
Finally, I called up again a few weeks ago and was at my wit's end because I still did not see a resolution.  Somehow, this rep was able to push the amount through which was $45.  It was unattached to the original transaction as just Customer Satisfaction.  Throughout this experience, I do feel everyone was interested in trying to get this resolved for me except for Nucleo, who really tried to make me feel like this entire ordeal was MY FAULT.  The BB rep on the phone apologized and said she hoped this had not impacted my willingness to shop at BB in the future, but I answered frankly, that it has impacted my willingness negatively, as there was numerous deals on various tech toys and gifts in the last few months that I simply did not feel good about making at BB due to this experience.
I wanted to post this so that you can use this feedback as it shows how quickly someone's opinion and preferences can change on a single bad shopping experience.  And while I am not one who is going to take a faux-stand and say I will never shop at BB again, I will certainly look at more alternatives rather than going to BB for certain buying habits in the future.  Oh, and someone should speak with Nucleo, he is absolutely in the wrong line of business.
Thanks for reading!  I will be happy to provide any documentation or member # via PM for your verification if you are interested.  Some of the dollar amounts are rough/estimated as this transaction is now so old it no longer appears on my recent 3 month history.
    Regards,
    Jerry

    Dear Jerry,
Thank you for coming to us on the forums and sharing your recent tribulations around this purchase. I can fully empathize with your disappointment in the treatment you spoke of in your post as I have experienced this with other retailers in the past as well. Any frustration this lengthy experience may have caused you is completely understandable. For something that seems like it should be so simple from a customer standpoint like correcting rewards points, can sometimes not be so cut and dry on the other side of things.
I had the pleasure of being a manager in our stores for a couple years before I came to work at the corporate level. There were interactions that challenged my knowledge level and my patience in that time, but I was always working to educate the customer and leave them feeling heard and appreciated. This should be the goal of all of our managers to express through their words and actions with our customers. My apologies if you didn’t witness this in your exchanges with Nucleo. I can fully empathize with your disappointment with the treatment you spoke of in your post as I have experienced this with other retailers in the past as well. Using your email address you supplied here on the forums, I was able to verify your interactions with our phone support and that your points issue appears to have been corrected. This process should not have taken as much effort and follow up on your part as it did.
The information regarding the preorder points issue you described has been documented here for review by the appropriate business teams. Your feedback has also been passed along to the General Manager at the Rockville, MD (store 293) location to be used for coaching and training with his team. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any other questions or concerns. I am genuinely sorry that this occurrence has damaged your inclination to come to Best Buy for your technology needs, and I hope you will continue to visit our stores in the future. Your loyalty is much appreciated.
    Warmest regards,

  • I pre-ordered PS4 and Killzone game, can I upgrade to the bundle when I pick up?

    Hello,
I pre-ordered a PS4 console and the game, Killzone: Shadow Fall separately.  When I go to pick up my PS4, can I upgrade to this bundle when I pick it up?  PS4 Killzone Bundle
Looking at the SKUs for the items included in the bundle, it looks like it is just the individual items that you are selling as a bundle with a $10 discount.
    Thanks

    Hello mkivsuptt-
I am sure that you are hugely excited for your PlayStation 4 now that Sony has announced their release date of November 15th!
It’s possible that you might be able to change out your pre-order for the bundle at the time of release, but there really is no way we can guarantee that those bundles will be available.  If you are really interested in that bundle, I would recommend pre-ordering one now, while they are still available.
    Thanks!

  • Does the Ps4 last of us bundle apply for movers coupon???

Just purchased the ps4 last of us bundle and tried to use the movers coupon. I was promptly turned down by the manager at the Walker MI location. There is nothing that suggests the ps4 is excluded from this coupon when following the link on the back of the coupon. Called the 1-888... Number and they said the ps4 is not categorized under "Sony Blue Ray" which was the only category listed in the exclusions for the movers coupon that may hinder a ps4 or bundle from being discounted. Cust. Support contacted the store manager where I purchased the bundle and told me to bring my receipt and "try again?". After a few calls to stores and customer support, I am being told that nobody really knows.

    Hello ecain711,
While there are a few different versions of our mover’s coupon and each comes with its own set of terms and conditions, 10% off a single item is a great deal! From my understanding, you should have been able to use the coupon towards your PS4 bundle purchase (unless purchased online), so I apologize for any inconvenience our denial may have caused.
Normally in this situation, I would contact our Walker location to ensure that we aren’t incorrectly denying the use of the coupon for anyone else and see what options we may have available to us to help you. While I will still speak with local management, I see that you’ve already made your PS4 purchase and as we cannot apply the coupon to an existing purchase, I’ve sent you a private message to discuss your case further. You may view it by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

  • $10 certificate for Destiny

Hi, it has been almost 26 days since I went and picked up the destiny bundle at bestbuy which I preordered on the 7th of september. the certficates and the rewards points are supposed to take 20 days and I still do not see my neither rewards points. I don't see the rewards for preordering Destiny and I don't see the points for buying the bundle.

Greetings konedi, and welcome to the Best Buy forum,
If your pre-order of Destiny was shipped or picked up within 7 days of the games official release (9/9/2014), then the 500 bonus points per the "Get $10" pre-order offer should post within about 20 days.  The same goes for the base points, as long as you used a qualifying form of payment (cash, debit, check, credit) and did not select promotional financing.  From what I can see, your pre-order should have qualified for both base points and bonus points.
It appears that the pick-up of your pre-order was attached to your My Best Buy™ account correctly; however, the points have not officially posted yet.  To go over your account with you to ensure it is up-to-date, I will be sending you a private message.  You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the yellow envelope at the top of the page.
Thank you for reaching out to us and game on.

  • Task and Resource Management (TRM) - Replenishment/picking process

    Hello everybody,
i need your help. We are implementing TRM module and we are facing issues with replenishment/picking process. We have storage location not HU Managed and wee have the necessity to create task bundle for picking/replenishment process.
Every times TRM make a bundle, it seems that force to execute a pick&pack
Regarding picking process when TRM creates a bundle it forces to specifiy a destination HU that will be inserted in the delivery as handling unit. So in this case we have no problem.
But in the replenishment process we haven't a delivery and so the standard avoid the insertion of HU.
    The questions is:
    1) Is possibile to have bundle without pick and pack? .
Thank you very much for your attention.
    Regards,
    Andrea

    Hi James,
we haven't pick HU. I think that pick HU is only possibile for storage location HU managed. Our replenishment process foresees:
    1) Make a bundle of picking from different source bins until
    2) Make a bundle of putatway to different destination bins
So in we are facing two main problems that are driving us crazy:
    1) The bundle in TRM works only in the pick and pack scenario. So in our warehouse replenishment (LP22) it doesn't work. A solution could be to make a cluster of task but  it's not possibile to managed it in a system guided way. Maybe we have solved this problem by forcing HU numbers in the standard fields even if don't exist at IM or WM level. It's a dirty solution, i know.
    2) Other problem is to manage a pick and drop. Operator could executed the picking bundle and then leave the mixed pallet in a drop-off point. Next an other operator has to scan the serial number of mixed pallet and put each material to a different bin.
Stantdard system can create only one task with the mixed pallet composed to the final destination while we have the necessity ti have n task.
I don't know if it's clear and someone could helps us in order to implement the scenario described above.
Other problems is that it seems impossible to develop custom functionalities in TRM because frequently the next step in the Logical transaction is harcoded in the standard code
    Bye Bye,
    Andrea

  • Asked for iPhone to be shipped but received "in-store pick-up"

I clearly selected the option to have my iPhone 4 shipped to me, but the system came back with "Cannot process request" and confirmed an in-store pick-up. Sounds like this happening to others as well. Think there is any chance to get Apple to change the order to have it shipped??

I believe they don't offer the instore pick up at this time. Only delivery to house only. I can confirm this because I was at the apple store yesterday to ask when the line will start next week, and I have asked many questions about the pre-orderings and what not about the iphone 4S. They said the pre-order is for delivery only this time around and that there is no option to pick it up in store directly.

  • Unable to preorder games for in-store pick up

I am trying to order WWE 2K15 and Little Big Planet 3 for PS4 for in-store pick up. However, whichever store I try to pick up from will not let the order go through. Just wondering if it is a computer glitch or something.
    Thanks.

    Hey theincredible & debood,
Enuf is correct on all counts here: if you're encountering difficulties checking out, then make sure to clear your browser history and temporary internet files. You may also want to try closing + relaunching your browser, using another browser, or accessing the site from another device. Just keep in mind that store pickup is automatically disabled at individual locations once all available inventory has been allocated.
Let us know if you have any other questions!

  • IPhone 5 sales - in store pick up crap

This is the first year that didn't buy that iPhone five on the first day came out. I'm regretting that decision now. A month after it came out I figured it be okay and easy to get one, I'm extremely wrong.
They have some sort of reserve system set up for the Apple website where right from your shopping cart you can select an option to pick the iPhone up at a local store. It sounds it a great idea however every single night for the last week they've been sold out by 10 o'clock, 10 o'clock is supposed to be the start time for this. Actually I'm not sure if they're sold out or if there is no stock, I'm assuming that there has been stock over the last week and that I am just somehow missing the opportunity to buy a phone every single night.
Tonight I was ready 10 minutes before 10 PM. Still they all said "pick up unavailable" at the stores.
Has anyone else actually bought an iPhone five this week using this system successfully?
