  • SO and Billing from different Sales office

    Hi SAP Guru's,
    I am fico consultant right now i involve in an implementation project, project is now in To be phase.
    I have problem and problem is discussed below
    In my client have n no of branch we treat branch as a plantand profit center. Suppose if my client get an order from B Branch if customer is nearer to branch of C than Product delivery happen from C. In taht case order getting in Branch B but delivery And Billing happen from C, and keep in mind that our client have one centarlized bank a/c from any branch can collect the money but deposit in to same Centralized bank A/C.
    So in that case
    1. Order from Branch B
    2. Billing from Branch C
    so how can i suggest of profitibility of branch B (collect the order for collecting Order this branch put all of its effort finnacialy allso)
    can i see the the SO in Profit centetre wise and allso we can see the Billing Doc for Smae SO from Different Profit center wise or we nned the Development of a report.
    so what is the best practise for it.

    hi,
    Mainly th product was extended to the both branches.
    After that u can rise the sales order VA01 , in the line item u can change the plant and save the order document.
    After that u can delivered the order the goods delivered the second plant only.
    Invoice was generated from the same.
    the process will go from the first branch only but deliverd the goods from the second branch

    I was always able to print off almost any site,now I have probs from most of my sites to print. It says its READY to print but then does not! What could be wrong. The only thing I can remember with the puter is we had a black-out and it seemed after that.Some pages I go to will print,others,will not for instance mapquest wont print(always did before) Thank you for any help you may offer

  • Not reflecting the sales offices for top down manual planning hierarchy

    Please help me on this issue.
    I hava an Hierarchy like from District to Offices
    for eg: for district-                'ZBHDEL' I have salesoffice like 100, 101, 102, 103,105.
    like wise for other district          'zbhyd' i have salesoffices like 200, 201, 202.
    I have created the Mannual layout with Hierachy datamodel with BPS characteristics, TOP-DOWN, AND enabled check entry.
    In the additional setting i have select All Possible combinations.
    District at Headerlevl, along with Product and Division
    and selected salesoffice at Leadcoloumn.
    My Planning levell and package contains : for sales office slected Hierarchy at planning level. 
    BRAND
    Base Unit
    Company code
    Country
    Currency
    Division
    Fiscal year/period
    Fiscal Year Variant
    PRODUCT
    SIZE
    Sales District
    Sales Office
    Segment

    *The Prolem is when i input some plan for a district ZBHDEL from the other layout, WHEN I RUN THE sALES OFFICE hIERARCHY
    Mannual Layout its not reflecting the sales office where i have to plan for the salesoffices by seeing the values
    of planned District.
    where as for one district i can able to see the sales offices. even i have maintained the masterdata at Infoobject level.
    Can anybody please help me out.

    Create hierarchy for sales district info-object in following way.
    Sales District         Text Node                          Level 1
    Sales Distirct         Characteristics Node         Level 2         
                                  value 1 = ZBHDEL
                                  value 2 = ZBHYD
    sales Office          Characteristics Node         Level 3
                                  values will be according to district (include diff sales offices for diff districts in level 2)
    restrict district to this hierarchy in planning level and plan according by both approaches (create 2 seperate layouts):
    Top down  - to plan at main node i.e. sales district
    bottom up - to plan at sub node  i.e. sales office

    Dear Anirudh ,
    When i checked the org Structure ,there same user has been assigned to two sales offices.
    So when it is taking the sales area data ,it is capturing the data from jammu sales office rather than Chandigarh.
    I can't change the User that has been assigned for more than 2 sales offices b'cos of the restriction of User-id
    So please help me.

    I have created an authorization profile for it. When I add transactions (VD03, VA03) to the profile, a list of authorization behind will be added to the profile. I found that the objects restrict sales org., dist. chan. and division only. When I look into the program for VD03, there is no authority check on sales office. But I just wonder if there is any methods (User-Exit/BAdI) to enhance it. Thanks!

    Standard SAP does not allow sales office and sales group information to flow between documents. Say, quotation to order.

    The reason for not coping the sales group and sale office from preceding document to subsequent is to avoid the errors in MIS reporting for sales and billing.For example inquiry has received from sales org.A ,then company will send  the quotation to A from different sales office and after that company A might be having different sales offices and sales groups in that sales area.Due to this ,again system will expect the entries from user who is creating the order.

  • No transport request when a new sales office/ sales group is maintained

    We have an ECC 6.0 system and when we maintain new sales office or sales group it doesnt ask us a transport request.
    Proper settings are done in SCC4 and TMS is properly activated. I have already checked if there are any modifiable requests with the particular object for sales office(TVBUR).
    But no request for this object exists.

    Correct Settings are done in SCC4. Rest of customization asks for requests apart from Maintain Sales Office/Group.
    The problem was resolved. In SE54 i checked for the table V_TVBUR and V_TVKGR which are for Sales Office and Sales Group respectively. If you display Generated Objects for these tables then you would see under Dialog Data Transport Details
    Recorded Routines and two options
    1 - Standard Recording Routine (which should be selected)
    2 - No or User Recording Routine (which was to deny Transport request generation of the Table)
    Select the First one and things were sorted out. You will have to take Access Key & Developer Key to change the table

  • [CRM] Change sales office from within an order

    We've been trying to get the following to work... as you might guess, so far without success.
    From within a CRM order, if we change the partner number for the department a check is being done whether that partner belongs to the same sales office. If that's not the case, the sales office has to be adjusted.
    Since this might have an effect on authorization, the changing of the sales office has to be done in a separate job (action). In this job, I do the following:
    - Retrieve data on the object
    - crm_order_read for that object
    - select the correct sales office
    - prepare the crm_orgman structure with the new data
    - crm_order_maintain with the crm_orgman and inputfields tables
    - optionally commit work, bapi_transaction_commit etc.
    For as far as we can see, the data is correct. However nothing is being changed. Ideally what I'd like to do is break into the process, change the object that's being processed in memory, and let the system do its job.
    What we've also tried is (shame):
    - Retrieve data on the object
    - crm_order_read for that object
    - select the correct sales office
    - direct update the corresponding tables with the new values
    This works, but as soon as we return control to the system, the changed values (verified, if we look at the tables the values are changed) are reset to what they were.
    It's taking way too much hours for something that should be (in my eyes) a pretty simple action. Any suggestions? Thx in advance!

    Please take a careful look at the GUIDs you are using: if you are using the orgman structures, the REF_GUID is not the ORGMAN-GUID but instead the ORDERADM_H-GUID. Can you confirm if this has been checked and if it then still is not working? The COMMIT_WORK BAPI is also not necessary.

  • Unable to open sales order since sales office is deleted from configuration

    Hi All,
    We are facing a peculiar issue in our production system. The issue is we have created a sales order in 2009 and now we want to delete the sales order to close a WBS. When the sales order was created the sales office entered for that order is "ABC1",
    In 2010 the sales office "ABC1" is deleted from config and the transport is moved to production.
    Now when we try to open the sales order in VA02 or VA03 system is throwing an error message "sales Office "ABC1" is not defined". Is it sap standard behaviour?. My concern is why is sap refering to the config for a transaction which is already created and saved. If it is doing the validation for a new order it makes sense.
    Could any one throw some light on whether this is SAP standard behaviour and is there any way to fix issue.I thought of bypassing the check in debug mode but due to SOX complance we can not do that in produciton system.
    Any inputs in this regard is highly appriciated.

    if yes even this option is also not suffice as we wont
    have authorization to transaction SE37
    If the access to Transaction code SE37 is restricted for you guys then try out using "SHDB" to delete the Sales Order and post your feedback.

    You can get in touch with technical consultant and ask them to prepare a Program which will inturn call the Function module BAPI Sales order change and perform the required action...

    As its a standard functionality to have the Sales Group & Sales Office from Quotation to Order. But in your case, check the Copy Control settings at Header Level .
    DataT 051 General header data       Copying requirements 001 Header-same customer
    DataT 101 Header business data
    DataT 001 Partner header
    In case , they are also same, then check if any Logic is added in the Existing Routine.

  • Several purchase requsitions from one sales order

    Hi,
    I am using item category TAB to create a purchase requsition from a sales order, this works fine.
    What I really want to do is to create one purchase requsition for each condition type of a special kind from the TAB position in the sales order.
    Another possibility is to create several purchase orders from one purchase requsition, split on the earlier mentioned condition types. In any case, the end result should be several POs from one SO, split on condition types.
    Can this be done in config or do you have a suitable user-exit for me?

    HI,
    The Cost Center Determination settings is in OVF3, the standard works only at the header level though, so it would not work if cost center is needed on the line item.
    For this case I suggest to try from CO view:
    A material is linked to a profit center. From this profit center you can determine a cost center using txn OKB9
    In combination with the material's account assignment field and account determination customizing, an alternate revenue account can be determined for this material. ("Normal" revenue accounts are to be used in combination with CO-PA).
    If this account is a cost element with category type "1" you need the entries in OKB9.
