Purchase Price History in PO screen

Hi Friends,
Is it possible to see Purchase order price History details in PO screen(Me22N/ME23N) itself,Instead of using  T code ME1P...?
Regards,
Sankar D...

Me1p give u details ie.
1) A material Purchased at what Price - You can see Price details with Purchase Order wise.
2) From a Vendor you have purchased which material @ what price
By using me23n what Price history you want to see.

    Oracle Gurus,
Can I maintain a price history for any item-supplier combination, so that it defaults while I prepare a RFQ or enter a quotation in the system? If yes, where can I do this?If no, is there any workaround?
In future based purchase price history report, will send RFQ to supplier?
Pleae advise, where we have this option in application.
    Thanks

  • Last Purchase Price History

    Dear All,
Is there any way we can have the Last Purchase Price History in SAP system?
Our customer has 2 stock transfer. In those 2 documents, she has 2 difference last purchase price on the document. But actually, she didn't issue any GRPO of that item during the period between the 2 stock transfer. So the last purchase price should be the same. How can I find out all the document during that period which may affect the last purchase price in the system? Thanks a lot.

When you enter an incoming invoice # see Purchasing
    PO - No
When you enter a goods receipt # see Goods Receipt
    Goods Receipt: No
When you enter a positive opening balance for an item # see Inventory and Stock Postings
Not sure what. But they don't have opening balance for the items last month
When you enter a positive inventory result that triggers a goods receipt # see Inventory and Stock Postings
    Not sure what?
When a product with a BOM is manufactured, where the price of the product is calculated from the last purchase prices of the components # see Production.
    The item is not BOM
When Landed Costs are performed. (Note: When adding AP invoice after landed costs was created, the last purchase price will remain unchanged)
No landed cost for that item

For example actually a PO has been created with  a price of RS.180/- per piece. And later vendor has decreased the PO price to RS.150/- per piece. After changes PO is saved and if we see the PO price we see RS.150/- per piece in it.But the requirement is that to see all the prices from the beginging of PO.If we change the PO price 2 or more times also i have to track all the prices changes history which are entered before. Thanks for you help.

  • In Purchase order history is not showing the Reversal of goods price

    Hello friends,
I have created a PO , for that i have done the GR and invoice. Now i want to reverse the goods using MType-102, for that i have created the credit memo .
I have done the reverse GR ,But in Purchase order history the For the GR reversed doc, its showing the price as 0.
    Pl help me out .

    Hi,
If your forward 101 material document is with price and it is showing in PO history and your reverse 102 material document is not with price in PO history , check the accounting document of 102 and if it is with price , then PO history is not properly updated.also check table EKBE and if po history is not properly updated , check for a relevant note and apply.

  • History of Article Purchase Price (ERP)

    Hi!
The only way that I know to get the calculated purchase price for an article in ERP is by using the function EINA_E_SINGLE_READ. However, this function always returns the today's price. Is there a way to get the price from the past, on given date?
    Thanks in advance!
    Regards,
    Igor

Hi, that function appears to be looking a the purchase info record, which has a static price, I think you need to look directly at the purchase orders for that article,  you can check table EKPO for line items, this will have the net price, you can also check PO history table EKBE this will show receipts against the PO with the price.

  • Price history of Text material

    Hi All,
I need a report for Price history of PO for the text material. Text material includes Asset, cosumable items etc. I have tried by using me1p but coud not get the result. please let me know the correct way to get that...
Looking forward for your fruitful solution.
    thanks,
    mx

    Hi,
As ME1P stores prices per inforecord, so to get the price history for the text material you
have to maintain an info record per material group. You create an info record material group wise
in ME11 t-code. In ME11 give the vendor number, plant and purchase organisation number and keep the
Material field blank. Then in the next screen, you  maintian your material group and then
in the purchasing data screen maintain the price.
Then create a PO with this combination and the same will be updated in ME1P. You can also
    refer table EKBE.
    Thanks,
    Atal

  • Accounting document number display in purchase order history tab

Is it possible to display the accounting document number in the purchase order history tab?  Currently it is displaying material document number for Good receipts and LIV (logistic invoice verification) document number for Invoice receipts against material document number colmn.  We can get to the accounting document number by drilling into the LIV document number.  We are looking for a way to display the accounting document number in the display screen of purchase order history tab instead of drilling down.
Is there an option to display accounting document number of the MIRO posting in ME23N , purchase order history tab?
Truly appreciate any help in this regard.

    Thanks for the response.

  • CK11n Costing Run does not pull purchasing price from info record.

    Hi,
I have material which is a semi finished product (Material type: SEMI) and is purchased from a fixed vendor (specified in the source list).
The costing run does not pick up the purchasing price from the purchasing info record but
instead incorrectly picks up the standard price from the material master (Costing 2 view).
Can you please help me solve this issue?
    Thanks,
    Ketan

    Execute OPL1
    or
SPRo>>IMG>>Controlling>>Product Cost Controlling>>Cost Object Controlling>>Product Cost by Order>>manufacturing Order>>Check Costing Variants for Manufacturing Orders (PP)
Select the costing variant in the table from "Change Costing Variant: Overview" Overview Screen
    Click Detail Button
Click Valuation Variant Button in the Control Tab
Change View Valaution Variant Detail Screen Appears
In Material Valuation Tab Set Price from Purchase Inforecord as Priority 1 if you want to use Price from Purchase Inforecord for semi-finished product during CK11N
You can list down Priority 2 to 5 depending on your requirement
    This would solve your problem

  • Issue in Exporting the Sales Price List and Purchase Price List for the Materials from SAP Business ByDesign (SAP Cloud)

    Hello Everyone,
I would like to have a discussion on the issues, which I am facing at the time of Exporting the Sales Price List and Purchase Price List for the Materials from
    SAP Business ByDesign (SAP Cloud).
    (1). Sales Price List :
We have maintained Customer Group Specific Sales Price List for the Materials in the following Location.
Location :         Product and Service Portfolio Work Center > Pricing > Price Lists > Customer Group Specific Price List (Type of Price List)
Target :             We want to export the entire records in some reports or excel sheet.
Records :          Number of Materials in the Customer Group Specific Price List is more than 2,00,000
    Issues :
(A). In the SAP Business ByDesign Screen we can filter by number of records but we can export till  50,000 records.
And if we are trying to export records more than that limit, then it throws "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error".
(B). We could not find any SAP standard reports in Product and Service Portfolio and/or Business Analytics Work Center
for getting the entire record set of the Sales Price List, so that we can have the entire set of records together.
    Searching For :
(A). Is there any SAP reports or data source available for getting the entire Sales Price List records?
(B). Can we have any other filter conditions for exporting the Sales Price List records in a single shot or module wise?
    (2). Purchase Price List :
We have maintained the Purchase Price List for the Materials in the following Location.
Location :           Product Portfolio Work Center > List Prices > Active List Prices (Type of Price List)
Target :               We want to export the entire records in some reports or excel sheet.
Records :            Number of Materials in the Purchase Price List is more than 4,00,000.
    Issues :
(A). In the SAP Business ByDesign Screen we can not see more than 10,000 records and the actual number of
records are more than 4,00,000. We could able to download the records till 10,000 but that is not sufficient.
We want to export the entire records in an excel sheet.
(B). We could not find any SAP standard reports in Product Portfolio and/or Business Analytics Work Center for
getting the entire record set of the Purchase Price List, so that we can have the entire set of records together.
    Searching For :
(A). Is there any SAP reports or data source available for getting the entire Purchase Price List records?
(B). Can we have any other filter conditions for exporting the Purchase Price List records in a single shot or module wise?
Please go through the attached screen shots for the references and more clarity on the issues.
I am waiting for the valuable responses.
    Thanks and regards,

    Dear Michael,
    The number of records :
2 Million (Approximately) is for the Sales Price List Material Price Data
4 Million (Approximately) is for the Purchase Price List Material Price Data.
