Purchased song doesn't work

I just bought the new Linkin Park album but one of the songs doesn't work when I choose to play it. It doesn't load up to play, doesn't show the album artwork, and never starts to play. Plus when I listened to the album all the way through, track by track, it just skipped that track and moved to the next one. What do I do?

Do you mean that you can't download it or that you've downloaded them but the tracks don't play ?
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete tracks from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that album and use the 'Report a Problem' link (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

    I bought a "no ads" in-app purchase for a game. At first the ads were removed. After a few software updates, the ads come back.
    When I asked for a refund, apple refers me to the developer's web site. When I go to the web site, there is no way to ask for support.

    I have an ipod touch 4G updated to IOS 5 and itunes updated to 10.5.0.142. From the day I made the upgrade to ios 5 play count/last played song doesn't work.

  • A purchased song doesn't play, and won't authorize

    I purchased an album, and one of the songs on the album won't play.  It comes up with the Authorized box like the song hasn't been authorized, but even when I do it over and over it still won't play.  IT also won't play on any of my devices, or other computers that are authorized on this account.

    Try deleting the problem track from iTunes (allow iTunes to move the track file to the trash) and then re-downloading it via this procedure:

  • Purchased songs/videos not working

    I've had my iPod video since January, and everything I've recorded and downloaded to it is working perfectly, except for items purchased on iStore. Some of them were bought before my new iPod, some after, but neither songs nor videos are working (with songs the song title loads, then immediately skips to the next song. With videos a black screen loads for a second then unloads). The purchased songs were working on my older ipod, and when i try to use them on the computer they're fine.
    Has anyone else had this problem? I don't know whats causing it or how to fix it, keeping the software up to date doesnt seem to help. Any advice would be great.

    Have you played the songs in iTunes for a few seconds? This will authorize them. Now sync your iPod. Do they play?
    If not, make sure everything is up to date on your computer...
    iTunes
    iPod Updater
    If that doesn't work, in iTunes, go to advanced-->deauthorize computer. Now play the songs in iTunes. It will ask for your account information (from the iTunes Music Store). Enter that. Now play a few purchased songs for a few seconds. Sync your iPod. Do the songs work now?
    If they don't, please post back for many more suggestions.

    "Go to current song" (cmd + L) doesn't work.
    When I press cmd + L, the "downloads" window comes up instead.
    Worked perfectly in itunes 11.

    Does yours look like this. Someone else posted this issue. Appears to be a bug.

  • Song doesn't work

    I've dowloaded this album SINAI (Artist) - A PINCH OF CHAOS (Album). I would know why the song STRAIGHT AS AN ARROW doesn't work!!!
    The whole song it's 3min:53sec and at the minute 1:38sec the song stop completealy.
    I've had already problems like that in past dowloading from iTunes, so now i don't won't a gift for download another song like "iTunes costumers service" usually do, but I would like to download the SAME song, but clear!

    Are you deleting a song from a Playlist, or the main "Music" library?

  • I'm stuck in snapchat and my sleep/awake song doesn't work

    So I went out of character and downloaded ios7 software. i have a 4S. obviously imessage doesn't work - and it's not a vain problem. it's a problem problem. my phone is also for work and I can't be sure my clients are getting through to me, and I'm not trying to make my clients over-work.
    Oh, and three weeks ago my sleep/awake button just stopped working. the sales guy said: new phone/circa $600. the prelim-tech guy said: sensitivity button. so i did the latter.
    i've completely reset my settings now a few times, but this last time - i had hope that snapchat would work (not to brag but i have like 27 pending) - BUT I DIDN'T TURN ON MY SENSITIVITY BUTTON YET. so i'm just in snapchat telling me "Connect to iTunes to Use Push Notifications" over. and over. and over.
    can someone please help me?!?! I can do nothing on my phone right now. phone = vegetable. i will say to blackberry: at least you let us take out your battery and just punish you/get our stuff back together.

    No, it simply is not a problem.  iMessage works perfectly fine for myself and millions of others.  There is a small percentage of users experiencing issues with iMessage, but that does not mean that it does not work.

    Out of Warranty replacement is $199US for the 4S.
    If you want a new iPhone, then the 5C starts at $549US or the 5S starts at $649US for full retail without a carrier subsidy.

    Delete the App and reinstall.
    Restore as new, then install the app from scratch not from the backup to see if it works properly.
    Contact the App developer to find out why they app is not working.

    Stop making irrelevant comments.  Removing the battery has no affect on the issues that exist with your device.

  • "Go to song" doesn't work.

    I'm playing an MP3 that is in my iTunes library. iTunes is playing it. I click on the tiny little arrow so I can get to "Go to song" so iTunes will show it in the Music view. I select that and it does nothing.
    Sooooo, I go to the playlist "Recently played" and it doesn't show the song, even though I just played it.
    I'm trying to do a BASIC thing here - create a playlist - and iTunes is unable to do basic things.
    When did this app become so buggy and crappy?
    (The artwork on my iPhone iTunes is all screwed up because of a different bug).

    Yeah, I think Apple has turned into the Microsoft I used to detest. They are too big to produce quality. Apple used to be all about "It just works".
    I have an iPhone 5 with the famous broken Lock Button, an iPhone 4 that can't hold a phone call, a Mac Book with broken plastic pieces in various places from normal use, and Apple apps on Appe hardware using an Apple OS that won't work! Amazing.
    My iPhone 2-year contract is over and I think I'll go with something else. I really don't see the advantage of using Apple products anymore.
    The problem is I have a brand new $12,000 Mac Pro. Is there an OS X app for music that I can use? Or am I locked into what Apple wants me to use, like Microsoft used to be criticized for doing in the 90s?

  • Searching for a song doesn't work

    I have a MacBook Pro 2006, with OSX version 10.8.6, and I am using iTunes version 10.4.
    I have been getting this problem on and off, where I open iTunes, or it's been open for a while (it doesn't really make a difference), and I type in the search box to search my library for a song that I KNOW IS THERE, and the library won't react. It's as if the search bar doesn't exist/isn't doing anything.
    Can someone help me please, this is a really frustrating issue as I have over 16,000 songs, so it's near impossible it fish through all of them for one song manually.

    in me21n (trans. for creating purchase order) I've got this message:
    Material not subj. to inventory mgmt. in plant 1302 (Pl. check your input)
    Message no. ME124
    Diagnosis
    There is no data for plant 1302 (plant/storage location stock view) in the material master record.
    Procedure
    Enter a different material or - if possible - a different plant.
    Or maintain the missing view in the material master record.
    Could you please let me where is problem???
    I'm trying to do "creating purchase order" for material 000000-1331-894 and plant 1302.
    For another plant 5600 "it" works OK. I' ve checked purchasing in mm03 and compared "right" and "wrong" plant but I didn't find difference in mm03 for both of materials :(((

    Just check in SPRO for Material types whether u have set Quantity ahd Value field as Tick mark for that particualr plant-1302
    After that just checked whether that material is extended for that plant
    Just Go in Create mode
    T code MM01 and  copy paste ur material 000000-1331-894
    in Copy from also mention the same material
    select the views u want
    in org structure: Copy from Plant-5600 and store location
    in copy to enter the plant 1302 and str loc
    Hope after that while creating u will not get any errors
