Gopal

Hi,
You can create Text IDs like "Banking Instructions" and ask the user to enter a relevant values in the text ids under FB02 Tcode. The text is avialable in FB02 under Extras option. This Text information can then be populated in Bank Letter.
Please use TCode OBT8 for this purpose.

How can you set up the family sharing in iTunes with no payment method on file?  I do not want my teenage kids, my husband, or myself, for that matter, to be able to make purchases so easily.  It is costing us way too much!!

It is impossible. You need to set a Credit Card to use Family Sharing. You can restrict how your Kids purchase in the Family Sharing Settings.

  • Outgoing payment with Payment Wizard with Bank Transfer

    Hello to everyone !!!
I'm Configuring a Company who want to use the 'Payment Wizard' to make Outgoing Bank Transfers payments with it.
I did the configuration in 'Payment Methods' of Outgoing Bank Transfers, where I chose a File Format from the list (Even I don't know which one should I choose) and I also chose de 'House bank', bank and account where the Outgoing Bank Transfers will come.
At the time when I did the payment wizard it suggest me to make an outgoing payment of my due A/P invoice very well. The problem is in the next step (STEP 7) when i run the execution and in STEP 8 it says:
    0 Payments were added
    0 Bank transfers were added
So, It did not make any bank transfer Transaction!!!! =S
Someone knows what i'm missing from the configuration???
Someone knows if this is a bug??
    Thanks for your Help!!!!

This also applies to Credit Memos (and to manual Journal ENtries in 2007 A). Click on "Non-included Trans." to identify any troublesome transactions - Step 6.
    g) Select to either "Save the selection criteria", or "Mark as recommended" to process at a later point in time or select to "Execute" immediately - Step 7.

    i) If you selected to execute the payment run, in Step 9 the Document and Report Printing options will be displayed. To generate the bankfile and any associated documents relevant to your localisation, click on the radiobutton "Bankfile".
    j) A "Browse for Folder" window will pop up where the destination directory of the output files must be selected. Once a folder was selected and "OK" was clicked, the payment engine will take the data out of Business One and create the defined files.
    k) Once the procedure has completed, an information system message will be displayed: Payment Engine run was successful"
    8. Go to the destination folder and check the logfile and the bank file(s).

  • What is principle difference between 'payment run' & 'payment lot'

    Hello
what is principle difference between 'payment run' & 'payment lot' ?
by 'payment run'  I understand all incoming payments and outgoing credits are settled
but doesn't payment lot also do that.
    Thanks

    Anshoo,
Payment Lot = Records Payments made in bulk.
Payment run = Too records Payments made in bulk
    Difference
Payment lot = Usually u receive file from bank and post the items as a Lot <inbound file>
Payment run = U generate Payment run and send the file to the bank <outbound>
For Payment lot = Customer need not be on Direct Debit
For Payment run = Customer has to be on Direct Debit
For Payment lot = Payment can be thru chq/cash/cr card and Payment on account too can be posted
For Payment run = Payment is made only when the Customer is on DD  and you cannot make payment unless there is either Open Invoice or BB line item
    Hope this clears

  • External/Manual Payments 'Cancel Payment' question

    Hi,
I have a 'how to' question related to the Payroll External/Manual Payments Screen under
Person Form -> Assignment -> Other ->External/Manual Payments or
Person Form -> Assignment -> Other -> QuickPay -> External Payment.
I understand that this screen is used to 'tag' payments made outside of Oracle, such as a manual check [using the 'Check Payment from same bank' option]. However, I don't understand the purpose of the valued 'Cancel Payment'? Also, I don't understand how to use it?
Am I incorrect in assuming that it is used to void an external payment?
Can someone give a brief description of the purpose of this LOV option and how to use it?
A few other questions related to manual payments:
    1. How do I tell Oracle that a manual check I paid, and recorded under External/Manual Payments has been voided now?
    2. Are there any seeded reports related to external/manual payments? If so, what are they?
Thanks for you help in advance.
    Thanks.

    Hi
You can Either Use Quick Pay External Payment or Assignments External Payments window to make Pay ment s to the Employee Apart from your Payment Method that you have DEfined .
    Make check/cheque payments to employees.
Make cash payments to employees from external sources or petty cash.
Complete the voiding of a payment to ensure that no one can reissue a payment once you have voided it.
The Methods that you can Use while makeing External Or Manula Payments
Check Payment from Same Bank Account: Your check/cheque for the manual payment is drawn on the same bank account that you used for the original payment.
Other Form of Payment :Your manual payment is not made by a check/cheque drawn on the same bank account that you used for the original payment.
Always select this method when you make manual payments in cash.
Cancel Payment: Your payment cannot be reissued.
Always select this method when you want to identify cancelled payments so that you can exclude them from reconciliation
If you enter from the Assignments window, you see the source type and its effective date. The source type is either PrePayments or QuickPay.
If you enter from the QuickPay window, you see only the QuickPay source types. The Effective Date does not display because it is the same date as the QuickPay run. The Type does not display either because it is, by default, QuickPay.
    I hope this would Help.
    Cheers

  • Payment Order, Payment transaction area can not be posted

    Hi,
While creating a Payment order for a current account, we are recieving the following error:
'Payment Order, Payment transaction area can not be posted' and 'Error determining the number range'.
As a result Payment order is not getting created.
Number range interval has already been checked and assigned to the relevant Payment Transaction Area.
Please suggest the possible options to look for the solution.
    Thanks
    Shefali

    Hi Shefali ,
From the description you gave, it looks like the problem is related to number range only . Can you please double check if the number range you are mentioning is assigned to same Payment Transaction Area which is being used .
Also if possible post the long text with message ID if available.
    Regards
    Ravi

  • Cannot create Payments with Payment wizard

    Hi experts!
Using the payment wizard I select the invoices to be paid by bank transfer.
Even if I list all the necessary data and run no payment will be created.
If I create them one by one by the function of outgoing payments all goes on without problem.
I looked into Non-included transactions and for my bills appears  the message:
An error occurred while writing to the results table payment, no payment. 925
Does anyone knows how can i resolve this problem?

  • CONTROL ON ADVANCE PAYMENT / DOWN PAYMENT

    Hi Friends,
It is our normal practice to issue Advance payment / Down payment to our vendor against PO. We want to control the same while making cheque payment enable us to control double payment againt same PO after material receipt and passing the invoice.
In short we would like have control field of PO no. while issuing cheque to avoid double payment.
    Regards
    Suresh

    Dear Suresh,
Please capture the PO no in the field Purch.Doc field (EBELN) while doing F-48.
The advance payment information will be captured in the PO History,
When you do MIRO the message will pup up informing that the said advance is lying in Vendor Ledger.

  • Payment terms, Payment method, etc. blank in the Invoice Lists header.

    Hello,
I am creating Invoice Lists - LR with F2 - Invoices but surprisingly the payment terms, payment method, VAT registeration no., etc. are not populated into the Invoice Lists header. I think it should have been populated from the 'Payer's' customer master.
I am using 'Copycontrol' routine no. 16; if it is relevant in any way.
Can someone help me with this, cause I need to use these field's data into the printout.
    Thanks,
    Nandish.

    Hi Sreedhar,
BBP_UPLOAD_PAYMENT_TERMS program does not work well.I tried using this and this ask for RFC destination(LOGSYS) while replicating the payment terms.
and when you try to see these payment terms in customzing it does not give you correct result and so result in SRM HTML screens.
    What I did for this.
There are two tables involved in this
    BBP_PAYTERM
    BBP_PAYTERM_TEXT .
If you see entries in table BBP_PAYTERM ,it will have data with ERPCLNTXXX system while same kind of data will not be there for SRMCLNTXXX.
You have to copy ERPCNLTXXX data into SRMCLNTXXX data.
To do that copy all data with SRMCLNTXXX ,go to table Entry in Menu and delete all entries.
Then copy all ERPCLNTXXX data and go to Table Entry ,Create with template.
You can do this is SE11 or SE16 transactions.Do similarly with BBP_PAYTERM_TEXT.Please check entries before doing it for BBP_PAYTERM_TEXT table as this table may have similar entries for SRMCLNTXXX and then you will not require to copy all.
Actaully program recognise only Payment terms in SRM.
Once you have done this..You can see in customzing all correct payment terms replicated.
    SPRO->SRM server->Cross application basic setting->Create payment conditions.
    I hope this helps.
    regards,nishant
    please reward if this helps

  • Down payment/ Down Payment request

    Dear there !
Anyone tell me diffirence between Down payment/ Down Payment request and process produce. Give me example
Please send guide docs step by step to me
    My email: [email protected]
    Thank for all
    Minhtb

Downpayment is an advance given to Vendor.
As the vendor management is with Material Department any advance paymes due to vendors are intimated to the finance department through the Downpayment request.  This also ensures internal control.
Downpayments are considered as special GL transactions in SAP.  They must have separate indicator to identify these transactions from other regular GL transactions.

  • Differance between Residual Payment & Partial Payment

hi can you tell me the Differance between Residual Payment & Partial Payment.
    Regrds
    SG

Residual: A residual item results when a payment is made for less than the actual amount outstanding. You clear the original open item, and the system posts a new open item. This new open item is for the same amount as the original open item minus the amount paid.
Partial:  partial payment is a payment that is posted to an account without any open items being cleared. You assign this partial payment to an open item. When you post the partial payment, the system marks the document number of the original open item in the line item for the partial payment. The original open item and the partial payment remain open.
