QM02 - Complaint Report

Hello everyone!
I have a requirement to develop a new "Complaint Report" for vendors. Using t-code QM02 to generate it.
When I tried to configure the report in Table View V_T390 (functional area N) report 8D_R, the system lets me change the PROGRAM and the REPORT to be used.
BUT, no matter what program I try to put there, the system is ALWAYS calling the standard program SAPLQM06. Because of this, I cannot use a Smartform since the standard program calls a SAP Script.
Has anyone been thru this?
Can anyone help me figurwe out how to make the system use the Z program and not the standard?

Assign custom program to QN type here:
SPRO -> QM -> Quality Notification -> Notification processing -> Print control -> Define Shop Papers, Forms, Print Programs
Here first define your shop paper & then assign to your QN type.

    Two months later, the phone's audio output has been damaged, i called the dealer ask for the guarantee, they answered "your guarantee is not on us". They made me directly to the company named  Brightstar / Teleservice  .
    on 10.22.2013 i send my phone in its original box to Teleservice Company with the fault information in it by cargo. ( Yurtici Cargo )
    A week later, the phone was sent back to me by cargo company.
    The note was added ,that they need me to uninstall the application of "find my iphone" from i cloud, i couldn't understand why it's necessary but i did what they asked for.
    Following days i called the company to get the information about their decision, they said it's decided to change with the new one.
    On 22/11/2013 supposedly " new "one send to my by cargo firm.
    i said supposedly because the "New" device is faulty; is has rattling noise coming from it !they placed the "new"phone  in the box which i send them my damaged phone 
    At the same day , this time, we've reached the phone which they send to the service office in person.
    i said there are sounds came from "New" phone they send to me and i don' t believe that it's really "NEW"... they got  the device from my hand and go away to the back room and 5 min. later came back ,then he said" we got it all right ",
    I told him, i can not accept this device
    They answered that they could not give original sealed box device , they gave me the information of new phones are coming them in this way from the manufacturer.
    Within this information, with your permission, I want to ask you a few questions ;
    1 - Is Apple firm REALLY sending Iphone devices ,under warranty change, to the authorized services in this way?
    2- Is Apple firm is aware of their authorized service of  Iphone devices named TELESERVICE, is sharing wrong informations with consumers , And is this behaviour accepted by Apple Company?
    3- Is Apple firm aware of the comsumers bad experiences, grievances  about authorized service ,named TELESERVICE, of iphone in many countries.
    4- Is Apple firm aware of lots of people are injured by TELESERVICE , lots of complaints are written in internet, and ther is a facebook page named TELESERVICE VICTIMS;

    i have been an Iphone user since the Iphone3 came out .I have used my Iphone3 and iphone4 model phones seamlessly  but Iphone5, during warranty coverage i'm done with the service problems. It will become a pretty discouraging experience for the next telephone exchanges .
    There is a change decision, issued by the competent service of mt device in the warranty period . I want them to be replaced  my phone with the original sealed box a new or demand that fee refunding . With this request, the same day i delivered the device to  TELESERVICE and they refused to change it with the original sealed box a new or demand that fee refunding.
    Assuming that every serious and honorable company ,as wellknown as Apple firm, cares about the customer satisfaction, i want to share with you about the process i am placed in.
    TELESERVICE is insisting not to change my phone with the original sealed box a new or demand that fee refunding, unfortunately, i have no chance to enter an action and wait for the consumer courts decision, and write the whole bad experience process to social media including this letter.
    For the brand awareness and satisfaction sustaining ,i need you to interfere flow my problem (and the grievances of all Turkish consumers injured by TELESERVICE) They are representing  Apple brand here. Thank you for your interest.

    i have received an e-mail From Damla Ulber, who is Apple Account Manager in TELESERVICE Germany, including following massage, she tried to explain something about the process failures but above all offers nothing to solve the problem; here is the massage;
    Dear Mrs Unlu,
    In regard to your mail to arvato Bertelsmann, I would like to give you some information about your case:
    As Apple’s authorized service center in Turkey, we do after sales services for Ipads and Iphones. In “non-repairable” cases, broken devices are swapped by an equivalent devices of the same model and colour. These “swaps” were sent by Apple and it is indeed correct that they were sent in a box without any accessories- not like a purchased phone or tablet from a retail store. The meaning of “swap” is like “exchange device”.
    Apple has recently changed its after sales structure and opened a local warehouse in Turkey. You as a customer shouldn’t be affected by these troubles were occurring, but unfortunately shipments and services delayed and our customers had to wait longer than expected for an exchange device.  We – as Teleservice – are sorry for this bad experience.
    Since iOS 7, the FMIP (Find my Iphone) regulation is mostly activated by users so that in case the phone gets lost or stolen,  you are able to find your phone even if it’s off. So there is no way for use by unjustified persons. However, this is avoiding a repair as well. Without your permission – means without turning off the FMIP function – our technicians can neither repair nor swap this phone with a new one. Since your IMEI changes with a swap device, it would be easy to steal a phone with warranty, bring it to service and get a new, unwanted phone “for free”. This is why we asked you to turn off FMIP.
    Sound problems are the highest probability seen on Iphone 5 models and reason to swap the device since there is no chance to resolve this problem properly. Like new Iphones, Swap phones fulfill the same criteria, have the same software and – unfortunately- therefore, the same risk to be defect. In case your swap device doesn’t work properly as well, it will be swapped again and defective devices are sent to Apple. Everything sent by the customer will be sent back in the same way. This is why we are not able to provide you an original sealed boxes even if we would like you, because we basically do not have any.
    We are aware of complaining pages about us and other companies in the social media you were talking about. This is of course a very bad reputation and we try our best to improve our image for the future, however good experiences are rarely shared.
    This is not a defense mail, so please don’t get me wrong. I can totally understand your disappointment about our service as I am very unsatisfied about our unlucky situation as well. We would to like to offer the best service to our customers and will do our best to do so very soon since waiting devices are mostly handled.

  • Complaint registering in EP (reporting error)

    Dear All,
    I want to create iview in EP... which can register complaint.
    Here user will only need to provide the problem he is facing and as he clicks on Submit, system should generate complaint number ( this can be as similar to message we generate on service.sap.com while reporting product error)
    I want to provide same kind of link so that users need not to call and send complaint.

    it is a web application
    developed using php.
    and can be accessed using URL over LAN
    so suppose if i provide that URL for accessing this Complaint report than is it possible to access this module.?
    also 1 more thing,...
    here 1 more problem is i need user id...
    so how will i grab it from EP's session?? caz mine is external module....
    so cannot take session id from our EP application...

  • Blocked Account- Registering Complaint to FTC

    Dear Friends,
    I noticed so many threads within the community regarding account being blocked or suspended by Skype without any reason and not refunding the amount paid for subscription. I too faced the same problem within 3 days of starting paid subscription with Skype. Upon contacting customer support via email, was informed that I violated Terms of Use, would not let me know my violation either, and did not entertain my request for refund.
    It is a fraudulent business practice by Skype, especially accusing sincere customers of violations without any evidence is extremely offensive. After getting no assistance from Skype on this issue, I called up my credit card company and they assured me to refund the money paid to Skype. I also reported this issue to Federal Trade Commission at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt&panel1-1
    I am sure if we all register a complaint about such practices of Skype to FTC or consumer complaint reporting agency in your country, a proper action will be taken against Skype and also prevent other customers from such fraud.

  • IMacs deployed for Staff use randomly freezing

    This school year we deployed over 300 new iMacs. Like in years past all teacher user accounts come from OpenLDAP. All of their files are kept on a Mac File server. Computer don't have bluetooth (edu model), Airport is disabled, with all machines hardwired over 100Mb Copper or 1Gb Copper. From the beginning of the year until the end of November we had no complaints reported. At the end of November I enabled through WGM Screen savers for when the users are logged in and idle. As a "Often" preference I have set the flurry screen saver to come on after the machine going idle for 600 seconds. This setting was on all last year for 10.5 and we had no issues. How it got disabled from last year to this year I don't know. Along with 600 second (10 minutes) screen savers we also employ:
    *90 minute in-activity logout
    *1 hour display sleep
    **Computers are not set to sleep. Computer Hard Disks are also not set to sleep.**
    Since making this change at the end of November this is pretty much what we are experiencing now:
    "Teacher computers appear to be freezing or unresponsive after coming out of screen saver AND the machine has set idle for a long period of time. Screen saver alone does not cause the problem. Sitting idle does. At 90 minutes teacher machines attempt to gracefully log off their users. This log off attempts to close all open programs. Programs that require user intervention to quit (I.E. unsaved files) will halt the log off process. Once the process gets halted the machine acts like something else has its focus. You can't left click with the mouse on anything. A random application name (which is open) will appear beside the Apple Logo in the top left hand corner regardless of what you click."
    Force quitting the finder doesn't do anything. Forcing a log out doesn't work either because whatever halted the log off to begin with is still open and you can't select it to close it. At this point all the end user can do is shut off the machine and then boot back up. Once booted up again everything is fine.
    Crazy thing about this. Out of almost 300 Mac using teachers only about 20 people have reported this problem. I have 5 buildings which are Mac Land... the 20 people with the problem are spread out randomly over those 5 buildings.
    Things we have tried:
    *Running down the whole "open program thing" to see if its one program in particular. As far as I can tell its not.
    *10.6.6 update on all machines and servers
    *Swapping out users machine with a known working machine
    *Moving user's home directory to a different server with far less traffic.
    *Replacing keyboard and mouse.
    *Zap PRAM
    *Check/Repair HD permissions
    *Reset all caches (Boot into safe mode then reboot.)
    *Change out network cables on the machine
    *Change port which computer is plugged into on our switch gear.
    *Reset SMU
    *Wipe out all of Users Library folder and let preferences and what not create again on their own.
    Most frustrating about this problem is a staff member will call with the issue. I'll connect to their machine look it over. Theres nothing weird in the logs on the machine. Can't find anything wrong. I'll do one of the aforementioned things and then I won't hear from them for a week or so, but just as soon as you think its gone its back. Near as I can tell this doesn't happen to students. Weather thats because they don't use the machines the same way the teachers do or something else is the key I don't know.
    I'm looking for suggestions at this point. I've tried everything I can think of and have had no luck working this out. I was holding out for the 10.6.6 update hoping this would just go away as it was rolled out to the end users, but thats not working either.
    Any suggestions anyone can give would be greatly appreciated... Thanks for reading.

    No airport/wireless. We disable Airport through WGM and also remove it from our district images so that after format unless your an admin and you go to System->Network the airport isn't even setup.
    Staff does use USB keys, they have the right to do so through WGM, so at times they can carry their files around. Most of the time they are not plugged in but I will look around and double check.

  • IPad 4 Backlight Bleed

    I recently got my iPad 4 replaced for a stuck pixel, but when i got the replacement, while i was watching a movie in my room with the lights turned off i see some light bleeding it's not really noticeable in a well lit room but when i'm in a dark environment it is very evident. Do you think Apple will replace my device?

    It's true (obvious) that Apple only supports very specific sets of video file types. Every other types widely used in today's world are not supported. You have to put up with a third party app to barely play them, even then you will run into compatibility issues or bugs and ipad crashes. 
    iPad doesn't support Blu-Ray.
    OK. So? I don't even own a TV. What do I care about Windows HTPC? Let me introduce you to another old man, Yogi Berra,  who was obviously describing Apple Stores when he said "Nobody goes there anymore. It's too crowded."

How will you watch movies with your friends or family or guests??  Are you going to hand them out iPads and have them watch over AirX?  You've got to be joking...
    Your advice to the original poster was incorrect. Anyone who is unsatisfied with the quality of an Apple product should take it back to the store. If the people at the Apple store say the display is within specifications, then there is logically no point in continuing to exchange it. Apple will only exchange it for another previously-returned iPad that falls withing quality assurance specifications. If that isn't good enough then they can, indeed, return the iPad and get a Windows HTPC if they so desire.
    My advice was good.  Keep replacing with another one over and over only to find out there is more flaws to the screen is a waste of time and money for the buyer himself as well as for the distributor / manufacturer.  Keep returning for several times (some people return 15 times+) is a bad practice and it is a abuse for the economy.  Just stick with a flaw screen or return it for a refund.  Don't go playing exchange game like that.  It's stupid.

    Maintain authorization to users finance and finance authorization...u can achive it by maintaining authorization to users...it can be achieved as...
    Try to use the following approach:
    You only come to a certain point by step (1) "analyzing documentation". After that you should (2) "try" your result and maybe (3) "analyse the authorization trace".
    Steps (2) and (3) could also be done the other way around or in parallel.
    Step (1) Analyse Documentation (simplified of course):
    For S_USER_... objects this is how far I would get:
    S_USER_AGR is used to manage access to roles.
    S_USER_PRO is used to manage access to profiles.
    S_USER_AUT is used to manage access to authorizations.
    S_USER_GRP is used to manage access to users.
    On top of this you will need to allow access to some transactions (SU01, SU10, PFCG) via object S_TCODE, but don't assume that this stops people from doing things you don't expect: Always use te other objects as well to stay in control.
    Based on this I would build an initial set of authorizations for maintaining roles:
    transaction PFCG
    object S_USER_AGR with all activities except 22 (at least 01,02,03, 64)
    object S_USER_PRO with all activities except 22
    object S_USER_AUT with all activities except 22.
    This setup should allow the user to maintain roles and to generate them (i.e. to create profiles and authorizations based on the role definition).
    Step 2) Try:
    Then perform some activities using this initial setup and see whether additional authorizations are necessary (use SU53 when you run into a limitation).
    Step 3) Analyse Authorization trace:
    If that works, switch on the authorization trace (ST01) and analyse its contents to get further confidence about the authorization checks.
    One last hint on S_USER_AGR: If you later use the same approach to create authorizations for "assign roles to a user", you will notice that not just activity 22 (assign), but also activity 02 (change) is necessary. This seems to be due to SAPs philosophy that a role definition includes the list of users the role is assigned to - so every assignment of a role is also a change to the role. This is highly impractical: You don't want users that should just assign roles to other user-ids have change rights on the role.
    Check SAPs OSS 312682 for a hint on table PRGN_CUST: Via this table you can change this unwanted behavior. If you add a line in table PRGN_CUST as described in the note, activity 22 "assign" is sufficient to assign roles (as it is with profiles).
    This simplified line of thought of mine will probably trigger lots of other comments that hopefully will help you as well ...

  • Catalog profile of QN plant wise

    We have requirement that for diff plant our business want diff defect code of Notification.
    Like we have created catalog profile X1 for QN type Q1. Now Q1 is used in two diff plant 0101 & 0102.
    Now our business want 0101 defect code should not appear in QM01- Q1 of 0102 plant & vice versa.
    Note - Here they don't want to create diff. catalog profile.

    For this kind of scenario, maintain two notification types (Copy of Q1) for diffeent plants...in doing this you can also achieve plant wise complaints report through standard.

  • Quality Notification- Action Box

    HI,
    I am configuring Quality Notifications for Customer related defect and Material defect. In Action Box I have to include transfer posting from unrestricted to quality inspection and also transfer posting from unrestricted to Blocked stock.
    I want to know which functional module I have to include in customization of action box and also which Functional module should be processed when doing saving.
    I have used functional module QMLR_CREATE_INSP_LOT and Functional module which have to be processed while saving is QMLR_CREATE_INSP_LOT_STEP2 for vendor related defects.
    Now to configure Customer related defect and Material defect, what Functional module I have to use and what Functional module I have to use while to process saving.

       Quality notification is like a complaint report. By using tcode QM01, you can create.
    In this give input of material no in reference object tab page.
    In subject give coding, ex.. rewok, rejection.and complaint qty.
    In execution give the coordinator name.
    After that release.

  • Help on quarantine virus files

    I just got a new macbook about a month ago. since then, i've been getting a lot of phishing emails and bogus social networking "friend" requests. my email has been hijacked and used for mass mailings.
    this morning, I opened what LOOKED like a legit email from fedEx. it was in the bulk folder, but it's christmas tomorrow so i thought it was a package pickup notice. now we're afraid afraid it was a virus...
    SO i downloaded clamXav. it found 2 questionable files (not the "fedEx" letters) and we put them in a quarantine folder. Now what do I do with them?

  • Get delivery number for PO items for complaint display report

    Hi All,
    I am working on Complaint Display report, While delivering the line items for a PO sometimes vendor may do mistake and then customer generates the complaint display report to let the vendor know the delivery mistakes. Delivery mistake can be done because of the following:
    1. Charging amount more than was it was mentioned on PO
    2. Not delivering complete quantities and etc.
    Now I want to get the delivery items for each goods receipt item.
    Information that I have is the invoice number and vendor number and the line item material number.

    You can refer to Purchase Order History Table ( EKBE) for this.You can pass the Purchase Order or Invoice number to the EKBE-EBELN and EKBE-BELNR fields respectively. set EKBE-VGABE = '2' ( i.e invoice receipts). EKBE-BEWTP = 'IR' or 'IR-L' ( Po history category).
    Hope it solves ur problem.

    Actually, i done as per the Empties processing Building Block, as per the BPPs:
    Process Flow is:
    Step 1: Assigin empties articles to Full products as component in Basic Data View in Article Master Record (T.code:MM42)
    Step 2: Create Purchase order for full product to External Vendor, automatically the componenets has be to exploded with Return item active. (only components will be marked as Return Active)
    Step 3: Goods Receipt from Vendor to DC.
    Step 4: Stock Transport Order from DC to Store. ( Here also, components will be activated as Return Item)
    Step 5: Goods Receipt in Store
    Step 6: Return the empties articles (component) to DC. (T.Code: MB01 )
    In my case, since the Return Item is not activated for components in Purchaser order or STO, i not able to return the empties in T.Code:MB01
    If, required please give ur mail id, i will send the BPP document for Empties Processing to you id.

  • Complaints CRM Reporting Requirements

    Hi All ,
    I am working on Complaints Module of CRM. I need to extract to the data from the SAP CRM to BW . The extraction of data is over and now I am stuck in the BW side . I have a lot TAT's based on Complaint Status .
    Can anybody tell me some best practices to be followed for desgining the ODS, Cubes and to Reports ..
    I am giving example on TAT 's  - Complaint "Approval' TAT -  Date from when the complaint status was changed to approved - Creation Date.
    And I also Complaint Aging in Days - Closed Date - Creation Date , and if the complaint is not closed It should take current date.
    Does anybody came across these type of calculations ? please share the ideas ..
